Abstract

Purpose - This research aims to test how much motivation, rewards, professional or personal closeness, training, education, facilities and infrastructure contribute to improving employee performance. Findings - The results of the literature review show that discipline can improve employee performance indirectly through motivation. Design/methodology/approach-This research uses a structural equation modeling model which shows that motivation, reward, professional or personal closeness, training, education, facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Originality/value-This research shows an innovative view that companies need to retain top performing employees by using experience, good talent management, and motivation. By focusing on the best results from employees, this article provides insight into the importance of companies carrying out good talent management for their employees to drive results for the company. The value of this article is that it provides practical guidance for companies who want to find the best talent for the company to encourage the best performing employees who produce good results for companies who want to improve employee performance and encourage maximum results for the company.

Abstract

Technological developments have resulted in a shift in people's frequency of transactions. For companies operating in the banking services sector, providing customer satisfaction is a basic thing that should not be ignored. Therefore, banks must improve service quality and have digital-based service innovations. The purpose of this research is to determine BSI Mobile services in an effort to improve service quality at BSI KC Medan Aksara. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through the author's observations. The results of this research show that BSI Mobile is a super application owned by BSI because it not only has transaction features but also provides sharia features that can make transactions easier for customers. With BSI Mobile, customers can make transactions independently via BSI Mobile without having to go to a bank branch or ATM. Apart from that, the presence of BSI Mobile reduces customer queues at the banking hall, increases the number of transactions via BSI e-channels and makes service quality effective and efficient.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to PT customers. Free Time Kediri and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, and Y) have a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that each variable is declared valid. Then in the Reliability Test each variable was declared reliable because it had a Cronbach's Aplha value > 0.60. Then in the t test it is known that the variables product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 so that these two variables partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Then the F test shows that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which shows that product quality and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at PT. Free Time Kediri.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge and work attitudes on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service. The sample in this study was 47 respondents with ASN status. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that knowledge has no significant effect on employee performance, but work attitude has a significant effect on employee performance. Together, knowledge and work attitudes have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Bima Regency livestock service.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of receiving motor vehicle testing retributions (PKB) and the effectiveness of receiving terminal retributions on the effectiveness of the Bandung City Transportation Department's revenue for the 2019-2022 period. The population in this research is the Bandung City Transportation Department budget realization report. The sample in this research is the budget realization report for the Bandung City Transportation Department for 48 months during the 2019-2022 period (time series). The method used in this research is a quantitative method with secondary data. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and then hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The research results show that partially the effectiveness of receiving PKB retributions (X1) has a negative effect on the income of the Bandung City Transportation Department, while the effectiveness of retributions receiving terminal (X2) does not have a positive effect on the income of the Bandung City Transportation Department. Simultaneously, the effectiveness of receiving PKB retributions and the effectiveness of receiving terminal retributions have a positive effect on the effectiveness of the Bandung City Transportation Department's revenue.

Abstract

The scope of human resource management in general discusses matters relating to humans, including employee job satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is a factor that is considered important, because it can affect the organization's overall fraud. The satisfaction felt by employees at work is an indication that employees have feelings of pleasure in carrying out work assignments. Job satisfaction is also a positive employee attitude towards various situations in the workplace. This study aims to look at the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and feelings on job satisfaction in Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat employees. Sampling using a saturated sample that is as many as 56 employees. The results obtained are motivation and content on employee performance that affect employee performance at Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Leadership is a central issue in agency management and largely determines the success or failure of management activities. The success of a leader with his leadership will support the formation of an effective leadership style. Decision. taken by a leader has a big influence on the continuity of activities and development of the institution. The development of an agency depends on its leader. If the agency is led well and correctly, the agency will develop rapidly, and vice versa, if the company is not led well, the company will not develop well either. So the figure of a leader is very influential in the company. As a leader, you need to pay attention to your leadership because your leadership style can be an example for other employees. A leader can have a positive or negative impact on the performance of the employees he leads. Because leadership is a force of enthusiasm and creative moral force that is able to influence members to change their attitudes so that they can work in accordance with the wishes of the leader. So a leader must be able to study the character of his employees so that he can evaluate himself and find out whether his leadership is in line with his employees' expectations.

Abstract

Worker efficiency is an important part of an organization's tasks. Because the level of progress or decline of the organization depends on it. When representative performance is ineffective, the organization will fail. Work efficiency cannot be separated from the nature of the work. This can be estimated from the abilities of each worker. However, this does not encourage improvements in good company administration. Furthermore, there must be great correspondence and participation between the organization and its workers. Regardless of whether they work for a similar organization. Even so, each worker's presentation is unique. Therefore, pioneers must know this.

Abstract

Micro business activities fields that can develop and are consistent in the national economy. Micro, are a good place for the creation of jobs planned by the government, private sector and individual business actors. As for the purpose of this study is to determine the growth and correlation of micro businesses affect the economic growth of Girian Vilagge, Biyung City. In this study using quantitative methods, namely analyzing and interpreting relationships between variables through accurate data and the latest in accordance with the problems in the study this by using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the growth variable of Micro Business (X) has a significant value of 1.97 and the relationship of X and Y can be seen from the value of the Pearson correlation that is equal to 0.690 if we see from the guidelines the degree of Pearson correlation is located in section number 4 namely if the value Pearson correlation 0.61 to 0.80 means the level of relationship between variable X and variable Y is strong correlation.

Abstract

Industrial Revolution 4.0 as a new dimension of the industrial world will force companies to change in order to maintain competitiveness with other companies. The success of a country's industry in achieving these changes will determine its economy. Indonesia as a developing country is also facing the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 in various fields, including the palm oil industry which is Indonesia's mainstay. Research activities are carried out at the Palm Oil Research Center located in Marihat Pematang Siantar, North Sumatra. For one month, from January 16 to February 16 2023. Data and information collection was carried out using direct and indirect methods. Primary data was collected through field observations and interviews. The palm oil industry is referred to as Indonesia's super palm oil industry. The palm oil industry is one of the main sectors of the palm oil industry and has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, facing challenges that continue to change along with the industrial revolution 4.0. The process of change and adaptation of the palm oil industry towards the Industrial Revolution 4.0 will determine Indonesia's position in the global vegetable oil competition map. The strategy for developing the palm oil industry in facing 4.0 is that in facing the Industrial 4.0 era, the palm oil industry can utilize digital technology and innovation to increase efficiency and sustainability. The palm oil industry is referred to as Indonesia's super palm oil industry.
