<![CDATA[The implementation of this online seminar/webinar service program aims to fortify/self-restrain in the face of difficulties during the pandemic with a religious or religious process. This is important because religion or religion can minimize stress and mental health that occurs at this time. This service activity was carried out with Participatory Action Research (PAR) using a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was Labuhan Papan Village. The sample service involved 100 people from Labuhan Papan Village. Data was taken using a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire) to find out/impression of the implementation of the service program. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the online program seminar increases the religious/religious feeling of the people of Labuhan Papan Village in carrying out worship activities by following the health protocols set by the government. For this reason, it is hoped that the people of Labuhan Papan Village will support, carry out activities by implementing health protocols, and carry out similar activities in different places so that information and knowledge can be disseminated to the entire community of Rokan Hilir Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the program increases public awareness of the importance of health protocols during the pandemic by providing a handwashing place at the Masjid Darul Jannah, this service aims to increase public awareness of the importance of health protocols during a pandemic, this is important because seeing the mosque is not available handwashing place at the door of the mosque the. This service was carried out with Participatory Action Research (PAR) on programs to increase public awareness of the importance of health protocols during the pandemic by providing a handwashing place at the Darul Jannah mosque which was held on July 21, 2021 at the Simpang Baru exit which involved 20 service participants. Data was taken using a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire) to determine the success/impression of the implementation of the service program. from the results of the analysis, it is known that the program increases public awareness of the importance of health protocols during the pandemic by providing a hand washing place which is considered successful, and the service participants strongly and agree with this service program. For this reason, it is hoped that all stakeholders in the village will support and carry out similar activities in different places so that information and knowledge as well as goodness, can be disseminated to many areas.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 is getting worse and increasing throughout the world, resulting in restrictions on people's movements for activities including carrying out activities in mosques such as tadarus al-Quran every Friday night and recitation of the Koran for children. Our way to reduce the transmission of the corona virus, all activities can only be done from home such as working from home, studying from home, reading the Koran from home and many more. With this background, community service was carried out, namely an online recitation program for children in Kampung Pisang. This service aims to ensure that children can continue to learn to recite the Koran even though they are only online. This is important to continue to carry out because seeing the increasing number of Covid-19 statistics in Malaysia will result in children still not being allowed to do face-to-face recitation of the Koran like before. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which is held every day except Friday nights at 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm lasts for two hours using the Google Meet application. He involved as many as 9 children from Kampung Pisang, Sabah Malaysia. Data was taken using a satisfaction questionnaire (questionnaire) to determine the success of this program implementation. From the results of the analysis, it is known that this program is very welcome and highly appreciated because there are also those who are willing to carry out such a program. Even though they cannot leave the house, it does not prevent them from getting education and recitation of the Koran. Thus, the results obtained from parents and children who participated in this program strongly agreed with this program and received many positive impressions. For this reason, it is hoped that all stakeholders in Kampung Pisang, especially parents who have to play a role in continuing to support children to take part in this online recitation program so that the world will gradually recover and be able to perform activities of reciting the Koran in mosques face to face.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of the real work lecture of this devotional live pharmacy program aims to indetify the types of medicinal plants in addition to herbal medicine in an effort to improve health degrees in the community, to know how to use it, the benefits and uses of some medicinal plants in housing, as raw materials for herbal medicine and as an alternative to overcoming chemical drugs that are expensive. The medicinal plants found can be used as traditional medicine, from minor ailments to degenerative diseases well as fitness enhancer. This is important because it knows the medicinal plants of a live pharmacy. This devotion is carried out by Participatory Action Research (PAR) carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. Then the sampling of plants by the Proportional Random Sampling by 15%. The live pharmacy program was implemented on August 4-August 10, 2021 in Perumahan Cendrawasih RW.04 Kelurahan Air Putih Tuah Madani involving 30 devotional participants. Data is taken using a questionnaire instrument (kuistioner) to find out the success / impression of the implementation of the devotion program. <![CDATA[The coastal village area has various potential resources whose utilization has not been optimal. One of the important potentials to be considered is human resources, with the creative abilities they have, humans are able to create limited and low-value resources into resources of high economic value. Buantan Besar Siak Village is a village located in the coastal area of Siak Regency. This area has a wealth of potential natural resources, including oil palm, rubber and fishermen. This counseling aims to answer the wishes of the community, develop the knowledge and skills possessed by lecturers, provide solutions to community problems, and make natural resources a useful source of income. The results of the service carried out are enthusiastic mothers and young women and feel helped to get useful knowledge. Some recommendations that the author can give are: first, the skills obtained are practiced in daily life; second, the existence of a sustainable service program from related parties; third, the convenience provided by related parties in processes related to service.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is the form of School Action Research, which is a research that is a collaboration between researchers and teachers. This study aims to improve the competence of subject teachers in preparing the Lesson Plan (RPP) through a workshop at MA Masmur. A total of 20 MA Masmur subject teachers became research subjects through workshops held at the school in two cycles. Submission of material related to the development of the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) is carried out by the researcher who is the Head of MA Masmur. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The research procedure carried out includes the following steps; 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection. Data were collected through interviews, observations and reflections. The data was then analyzed using the percentage technique to see the increase that occurred from cycle 1 to cycle 2. The results of this school action research showed that in the first cycle the average value of the 2013 Curriculum RPP component developed by the teacher was 52.2%, in the second cycle the score was 52.2%. the average component of the 2013 Curriculum RPP developed by teachers was 84.4%, so there was an increase of 32.2%. The results of the School Action Research (PTS) can be concluded as follows: Through workshops it can increase teacher motivation in compiling the 2013 Curriculum RPP completely]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the quality of mathematical items on the topic of Trigonometry. The items are pretest/posttest questions that have been tested on class XI students who have studied the topic of Trigonometry. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique used the statistical application of the Anates 4.05 program. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the validity of the questions was categorized as good and very good. In addition, the test reliability value was obtained with 0.79 points which stated that the question had a very high level of reliability. Based on the differentiating power, the items are quite good and are classified as easy and medium questions based on the level of difficulty. The quality of the pretest/posttest items is valid and reliable and deserves to be tested.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify student learning barriers on the topic of Chemical Equilibrium Shifts. This research is a descriptive analysis research. This research was conducted in class XI MAN 3 Pekanbaru with a total of 30 students. Data collection in the study was carried out using document studies, observation, and interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed using a descriptive interpretive method. Based on data analysis, it can be seen that learning barriers are caused by previous learning experiences that familiarize students with memorizing concepts so that they are not familiar with problems that require higher analytical thinking skills. And due to the limitations of students' understanding of contextual applications and concepts. Based on the analysis of the findings and discussion, the conclusions that can be obtained are that the learning barriers identified on the topic of chemical equilibrium shifts in this study are didactic and epistemological.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a Class Action Research with two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The study was conducted on 32 students of class XI IPA at MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Techniques used in collecting data include tests and observation of student activities. The results showed that the application of the TAI type of cooperative learning model could improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by an increase in student learning outcomes and student activity from cycle I to cycle II, namely the value of learning outcomes on the final test and student activity in cycle I is 80% of students scored 78 and the average value of student activity is 1.9, while in the final test and student activity in cycle II were 90% of students scored 78 and the average value of student activity was 2.7. This shows an increase in student learning outcomes and activeness by using the TAI type of cooperative learning model.]]>

Community empowerment in developing the economy in Parit Kebumen Village is going pretty well, indicated by the existence of MSMEs in Parit Kebumen Village such as Handicraft Businesses, stalls, Shrimp Ponds, Rubber, Oil Palm, Coconut, Tofu, Tempe and public knowledge about MSMEs at this time do not fully know because the village community opens a business only to meet the daily needs of the Parit Kebumen village community and needs to be considered in managing MSMEs starting from aspects of financial management, human resources, operations and marketing.]]>
