Abstract

The demand for rice fluctuates significantly along with the increase in population every year, making PT. Daya Tani Sembada, as a premium rice-producing company, must do planning to deal with changes in demand that will occur. This research aims to analyze rice demand forecasting and the optimal rice inventory. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling, where the Director and Administrative Staff are vital informants. Demand forecasting was analyzed using the Double Exponential Smoothing (Holts) method and inventory control using Economic Order Quantity. The results showed that: 1) forecasting calculations show that the demand for rice in the next period is 33,367.38 tons; 2) inventory control calculations show that the company can prepare premium rice inventory of 29.89 tons, safety stock of 336.03 tons, ROP when rice inventory is at 779.47 tons, and TIC that must prepare amounting to IDR. 5,357,082,020, -, overall, demand for rice has increased by 8,662.58 tons from the previous period so that the company can increase production for the next period by the draft inventory control calculation

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the decline in sales of agroindustries, including the Super Moro Tresno Ledre agroindustry. It can be seen from the decrease in the Number of tourists in Bojonegoro Regency in the last two years (2020-2021), which has an impact on the sale of ledre as a typical souvenir food from Bojonegoro has decreased consumers. In addition, the development of ledre agroindustry in Bojonegoro is quite a lot, which certainly causes competition among fellow ledre agroindustries. This research aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and the attributes that need to be improved to increase customer satisfaction. This research uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method for the first objective and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method for the second. The results showed that the overall level of customer satisfaction based on the CSI value was 75.67%, which means that customer satisfaction is in the "Satisfied" index. Based on the results of the IPA analysis, it is known that several attributes need to be improved, which include product packaging standards, responses to consumer complaints and suggestions, varied and affordable prices, suitability of packaging portions at the cost spent, prices offered with the benefits obtained by consumers, freedom of movement in the store, and shop space arrangement

Abstract

Ledug Coffee Indonesia is a trading business engaged in coffee production upstream, downstream, and education. With the large number of similar robusta coffee business actors and the high demand for coffee, Ledug Coffee Indonesia still needs to innovate in diversifying processed coffee to increase added Value and sales through a targeted marketing mix. The purpose of this research is to find out about the amount of said Value of robusta coffee from green bean to roasted bean and from roasted bean to ground coffee and to determine the effect of the marketing mix (7P) of robusta coffee business on consumer buying interest in Ledug Coffee Indonesia methods in research analysis tools Hayami Method and WarpPLS 7.0 with 65 respondents. The results showed that the ratio of added Value generated from processing green beans into roasted beans was 38%, indicating that the Value was considered moderate. The percentage of added Value generated from processing roasted beans into ground coffee is 40%, which suggests that the Value is classified as medium. The results of the analysis of the effect of the 7P marketing mix on consumer buying interest in the robusta variant Ledug Coffee at Ledug Coffee Indonesia, which has a positive and significant impact, namely the product variable (X1), price (X2), people (X5), and process (X6). In contrast, the place variable (X3) has a negative and significant effect. The promotion variable (X4) has a negative and insignificant impact, while the physical evidence variable (X7) has a positive and little influence

Employee discipline serves as the primary foundation to achieve the company's goals. However, several factors can influence a company's success or failure, namely leadership and work motivation. This research aims to comprehend the influence of leadership and work basis on employee work discipline at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch. A saturation sampling technique is employed for sample selection in this research, which involves the entire population existing in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Branch, totaling 88 respondents. This research uses a questionnaire directly administered to the respondents. The analysis method utilized Partial Least Squares (PLS). Abstract

Firm value is essential in the company because all company decisions can influence investor decisions. If the company value is good, investors and potential investors will view the company favorably, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, capital structure, and profitability on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2021. The population used in this study is cosmetics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2021, totaling six companies. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique, where the population in this study was used as a sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study prove that liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure negatively affects substantial value in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

In recent decades, technology has undergone rapid advancements, especially with the growth of the internet and telecommunications technology. One of the activities that people engage in for entertainment using the Internet is watching videos. The Internet as an entertainment medium, particularly in video streaming, has influenced changes in the communication industry, giving rise to the concept of subscription-based Video on Demand (VOD) services. This research investigates the impact of Brand Image, Price Perception, and Product Quality on the intention to resubscribe to Netflix's VOD service in Surabaya. The study was conducted with 120 respondents who met the criteria of having previously subscribed to Netflix and residing in Surabaya. The non-probability and purposive sampling methods were employed for participant selection. The analytical technique used in this research was Partial Least Square analysis. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire, with a Likert scale used to measure the variables in the study. This research indicates that Brand Image, Price Perception, and Product Quality positively and significantly influence the intention to resubscribe to Netflix's VOD service in Surabaya

Abstract

Design thinking can help students think outside the box and develop creativity. This study aims to describe students' design thinking skills based on the level of creativity in class X Merdeka 8 SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. The subjects involved in this study were 36 students. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques used are written tests, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the creativity level test, students are grouped into five levels, namely very creative, creative, quite creative, less creative and not creative. Each level of creativity is chosen by one student using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that students with a very creative and creative level are able to meet the five indicators of design thinking, namely emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Students with a creative level are able to meet 4 indicators, namely emphatize, define, ideate and prototype. While students with non-creative levels are only able to meet the indicators of emphatize, define, and ideate

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence about taxpayer awareness's effect on motor vehicle tax compliance moderated by tax socialization. The population in this study are taxpayers of two-wheeled and four-wheeled motorized vehicles registered at the Bojonegoro SAMSAT Office reported in 2022. The sample used is part of the population. The models obtained were 100 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was collected in this study through surveys and questionnaires distributed to taxpayers at the SAMSAT and Google offices. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the SmartPLS 4.0 software application. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness has a significant influence on motor vehicle tax compliance. However, tax socialization weakens taxpayer awareness of taxpayer compliance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of company size and sales growth on performance. Company size is a reflection of management's success in increasing company assets. Sales growth illustrates the company's success in expanding the marketing of its products. Company performance reflects its success in managing its finances well, proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). The analysis used in this research is panel data regression using secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website. The companies studied are coal sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during 2020-2022. This research is essential now when coal is experiencing a surge in demand after previously experiencing its lowest phase. Therefore, coal companies must be able to prepare their company performance well to maintain the sustainability of their company. The research results show that company size has an effect, while sales growth does not affect company performance. The coefficient of determination in this study was 68%, which shows the level of goodness of the model in explaining company performance. This research answers the challenges of fluctuations in the coal mining industry that may occur in the future and is a solution to the uncertainty of coal demand and supply in the world. Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology encourages various innovations in the financial sector. The payment system has evolved from a cash payment system to a non-cash payment system. The convenience offered by the non-cash payment system will impact the effectiveness of monetary policy and financial stability through the money supply in the community. This study aims to determine the impact of non-cash payments on the narrow money supply in Indonesia. This study was conducted using secondary time series semester data sourced from Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) with a period between 2016 (I) and 2022 (II). The data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study will show that transactions using debit cards have no significant effect on the narrow money supply, while transactions using credit cards have no significant effect on the little money supply, and e-money has a positive significant impact on the limited money supply in Indonesia
