Abstract

Nilai perusahaan merupakan nilai jual suatu perusahaan yang tercermin dari harga sahamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019 sebanyak 27 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling yakni adanya penetapan dalam sampelnya yang disesuaikan kriterianya secara khusus sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 19 perusahaan. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2019.

Abstract

Profit growth or profit owned by a company is how much profit they make this year compared to the previous year. This research use food and beverage sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2019 aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage and activity on profit growth. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in this study with the existing conditions and samples obtained from 15 food beverage sub-sectors. The use of multiple linear regression as a method of analysis and hypothesis testing is carried out on simultaneous (F) and partial (T) tests. The final result of this study is characterized by the absence of influence of the liquidity ratio and activity ratio on profit growth, while the leverage ratio has an influence on profit growth in the food and beverage subsector contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

To get the maximum profit, the company must be able to compete with other companies and must improve the company’s performance in order to maximize the profit received. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity, and firm size on profitability. The dependent variable in this research is profitability and the independent variables are leverage, liquidity, and firm size. This research was conducted at textile and garment companies that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2019 period. And with a total of 19 companies or population in this research. The sample in this study were 9 companies with a total of 36 data obtained using purposive sampling method and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of this study state that leverage has a negative and significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability, and firm size has no and not significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

Paylater is the latest payment system issued by e-commerce that we can shop for anything and paylater (buy now pay later). However, this convenience makes people more consumptive. This study aimed to determine how financial literacy, locus of control, and lifestyle factors influence the financial behavior of Paylater users in Surabaya. The sample will consist of 100 respondents who will be chosen using the Cochran method and a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method applied is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, locus of control, and lifestyle all play a role in influencing financial behavior.

Abstract

Firm value is essential in the company because all company decisions can influence investor decisions. If the company value is good, investors and potential investors will view the company favorably, and vice versa. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, capital structure, and profitability on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2021. The population used in this study is cosmetics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2021, totaling six companies. The research sample used a saturated sampling technique, where the population in this study was used as a sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study prove that liquidity and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure negatively affects substantial value in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The Property and Real Estate sector has an important role in the economy. The financial ratio performance obtained is quite good, but not with the share price. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of profitability and leverage on stock prices with EPS being the intervening variable for Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020. The population is Property and Real Estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2020 as many as 273 companies. The sample method is purposive sampling obtained as many as 150 companies in accordance with existing criteria. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. According to the results of research analysis, it is said that profitability and Earning Per Share contribute to changes in stock prices. Leverage does not contribute to changes in stock prices. Profitability contributes to changes in EPS. Leverage does not contribute to changes in Earning Per Share. Then according to the results of path analysis, it is said that Earning Per Share is able to become an intervening variable on profitability and leverage on share prices of companies in the Property and Real Estate sector.

Abstract

Profitability shows the financial performance of bank to measure the success and efficiency of bank in carrying out bank activities and generating profits. Risk management is needed to reduce uncertainty for bank profitability to be successful and efficient. This study examines the effect of capital adequacy, credit distribution, and non-performing loans on profitability in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a purposive sampling method to select a sample of 38 banks using the 4-years observation method (2017-2020). This analysis used is secondary data from the bank’s annual report. Multiple linier regression was used with quantitative data as technical analysis. Based on the findings of this study, the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) contributes to profitability (ROA), the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) does not contribute to profitability (ROA), and the ratio of non-performing loans (NPL) contributes to profitability (ROA).

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial difficulty characterized by reduced and even negative profits. This research analyzes the accuracy of the modified Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, and Grover models in forecasting financial distress in transportation and logistics companies in Indonesia. This quantitative descriptive method research uses a population of all transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2022. The sample size was 23 companies, which were taken using the purposive sampling method. For data collection, the process is to analyze all records and data related to the research owned by the company selected as the object of research. The analysis compares the calculated prediction results with the actual conditions of the sample companies in 2022. The results of this study show that the Zmijewski method is the method with the highest level of accuracy in predicting financial distress in the transportation and logistics sector, followed by the Grover method, the Springate method, and the modified Altman Z-score method

Abstract

Strict business competition requires that each business must implement a strategy in product marketing to gain competitive advantage. One of the strategies to increase purchasing interest in consumers is the application of branding to products. Branding is the activity of creating images on a product. MSMEs Tape Pak Lan is one of the MSMEs located in Semen Musir Kidul hamlet. Although it has been standing for quite a long time, this MSMMEs do not have a logo on their business at all. Looking at the problem, this devotion activity aims to create a visual identity on MSMMEs Tape Pak Lan through the logo branding process. The creation of the logo is considered appropriate because it is in accordance with the business conditions required by MSMM Tape Pak Lan. The method carried out in this service is to start by conducting a survey on MSMEs Tape Pak Lan by conducting interviews, analysis of business needs, and submission of logo results. The result of this devotion is the existence of a visual identity through the logo for tape product packaging.

Abstract

The company's management effectiveness and corporate value are reflected in stock prices, which are influenced by fundamental factors. The IDX80 Index, which consists of 80 stocks with high liquidity and large market capitalization, is often used as a reference by investors because it represents the performance of superior stocks on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, investment decisions, and dividend policies on IDX80 stock prices for the 2020-2023 period, with leverage as a moderation variable. This study used quantitative data types in the form of numbers. The data source is secondary data from the official website of the IDX. The population in this study was the entire IDX80 index company for the 2020-2023 period, as many as 118 companies. Purposive Sampling of Research, 30 company samples were obtained. The data analysis method uses a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) which is processed using Eviews 13. Research results show: (1) Profitability, liquidity, and investment decisions contribute positively to stock prices; (2) Dividend Policy does not contribute to stock prices; (3) Leverage moderates influences of profitability, investment decisions, and dividend policy on stock prices; (4) Leverage does not moderate the effect of liquidity on stock prices.
