Abstract

Technological developments have provided convenience for people in various aspects of life. To prevent and deal with the negative impacts of technological developments, effective and efficient efforts are needed. This includes implementing appropriate laws and regulations to protect society from technological crime. Government and non-government organizations, as well as technology companies, also need to work together to strengthen cyber security, increase public awareness of the risks of digital crime, and educate users about safe practices in using technology. The normative juridical research method that you mentioned is the right approach to study laws and legal theories related to criminal acts, especially hate speech through social media, based on Indonesian positive law. The statutory approach in normative juridical research focuses on an analysis of existing laws and regulations. Referring to the Chief of Police Circular Letter Number SE/06/X/2015 concerning Handling Hate Speech, the police pay attention to and implement preventive measures in dealing with hate speech. The circular letter provides guidance for law enforcement officials in handling hate speech cases. The handling of hate speech in Indonesia is helped by the existence of the ITE Law which contains more detailed rules regarding crimes committed through electronic media, but also presents several obstacles, firstly the police factor, where complaints are still being made. Many perpetrators do not understand that their actions are defamation. They think what they are doing is just a demonstration of bullying or dissatisfaction with a party. Even if the act harms another person, it can be prosecuted

Abstract

Raw material inventory is a very important asset for a business. The inability to carry out effective planning of raw material inventory can have a negative impact on the production process. Research aimed at optimizing material inventory planning is a very important step to increase the efficiency of the production process. Qualitative analysis is indeed an important and relevant research method in optimizing material inventory planning. This method focuses on an in-depth understanding of the data collected, exploring the meaning of the information provided by informants through interviews, observation, or documentation. The MRP (Material Requirements Planning) method is an effective approach in optimizing material inventory planning. This method allows companies to place orders for raw materials precisely, determine the amount of goods to be purchased, and reduce the risk of delays in the supply of raw materials. The results of using the MRP method are: (1) being able to order raw materials precisely, because we already know what is needed, (2) can determine the amount of goods to be purchased, (3) reducing the risk of delays in the supply of raw materials

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of satisfaction or satisfaction felt by customers after they use a company's product or service. It reflects a customer's subjective evaluation of their experience and the degree to which their expectations were met. Customer satisfaction has a significant impact on business success. Therefore, companies often try to increase customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs and expectations, improving product or service quality, providing good customer support, and maintaining effective communication with customers. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of service quality, price and location on customer satisfaction at the Alibdi Muara Bulian Car Wash. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study resulted in the results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of the price variable on customer satisfaction that the value of Tcount (5,993) > Ttable (1.986) based on the comparison of Tcount and Ttable face H2 accepted means the price (X2) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The results of testing the hypothesis on the influence of service quality, price, and location variables on customer satisfaction show that the value of f is obtained by a ftable value of 2.71 while the value of fcount is 91.267 and the significance value is > 0.05, so H4 being accepted means that it is proven that there is a joint and significant influence of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. R2 determination test shows that the combination of service quality, price, and location variables together contributes 74.4% to customer satisfaction while the remaining 25.6% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

High economic growth is a sign of good social welfare. The total added value generated by all business units in an area is known as GRDP. Meanwhile, existing resources can be simplified and focused on the growth of sectors that have multiple impacts on other sectors during the regional economic development process. This study aims to determine the potential of leading sectors, changes and shifts in industries, and the position of economic sectors based on their growth and contribution in East Kutai Regency for the 2012-2022 period. The techniques used are location quotient (LQ) analysis, shift share, and growth ratio model (MRP). This quantitative study used secondary data as time series of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of East Kutai Regency and East Kalimantan Province from 2012-2022. The results of the Location Quotient analysis show that the mining and quarrying sector is the basic sector in East Kutai Regency. Based on the results of the shift-share study of the seventeen economic sectors, progress has been rapid from year to year, so there has been a shift in the financial industry. The results of the analysis of the growth ratio model (MRP) show that the dominant growth sectors are the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, the electricity and gas procurement sector, the water supply sector, waste processing, waste, the construction sector, the wholesale and retail trade sector, the transportation and warehousing sector. Accommodation provision sector, information and communication sector, financial and insurance services sector, real estate sector, corporate services sector, government administration sector, education services sector, health services sector and social activities, and other service sectors

Abstract

Unemployment is one of the development issues confronting Indonesia, including North Maluku Province. To determine how much North Maluku Province's economic growth can absorb labor to reduce unemployment, it is necessary to conduct an analysis based on labor growth. The reality is that the high economic growth rate only sometimes guarantees significant employment absorption. A high economic growth rate only sometimes ensures effective employment absorption. This study aims to determine whether investment and labor have a partial or simultaneous effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the Regency/City in North Maluku Province over the period of 2010-2018. The results of partial hypothesis testing show that the labor variable (X1) affects North Maluku's GRDP. It is supported by the obtained t value of 2.19 > t table of 1.99 and a significant deal of 0.033 <0.05. Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected, meaning that variable X1 affects variable Y (GDP) of North Maluku. Besides that, the results of partial hypothesis testing show that the labor variable (X2) affects North Maluku's GRDP. This is supported by the obtained t value of 4.55 > t table 2.17 and the sign value. 0.000, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted, meaning that the variable X2 affects Y (GDP) of North Maluku. And finally, the findings of the simultaneous testing of hypotheses show that both X1 and X2 impact Y. This conclusion is supported by an adjusted R square value of 0.6965, which translates to 69.65% of the total
