This research aims to analyze and determine the causality relationship and direction between Domestic Investment (DI), Foreign Investment (FI), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Sumatra Region. The research approach of this study is quantitative. The data sources used in this study are the secondary sources obtained from the Indonesian Central Agency (BPS). Data analysis using panel vector autoregression method (PVAR). The results showed no two-way causality relationship and one-way between Domestic Investment (DI) and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). A one-way causality relationship exists between Domestic Investment (DI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Sumatra Region. There is no causality relationship between two-way and one-way causality between Foreign Investment (FI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in Sumatra Region

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of regionally owned enterprises' equity participation share on original regional revenue in the East Java Province. The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of East Java Province provided the Budget Realization Report from 2017 to 2021, which is the source of the data. This study employs quantitative and descriptive analysis techniques and a WarpPLS 7.0 research test instrument. The results of this study suggest that the original regional revenue is influenced by the effectiveness of the profit share on the submission of capital to regionally owned enterprises. The degree of effectiveness ratio hits an average of 100.71 per cent from 2017 to 2021 and is classified as very effective

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ivaro Ventura Ciputat either partially or simultaneously. the method used is quantitative. sampling technique using saturated sampling and obtained samples in this study amounted to 63 respondents. data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, the results of this study are the regression equation Y = 4.471 + 0.585X1 + 0.312X2, the value of the correlation coefficient or the level of influence between The independent variable with the dependent variable was obtained at 0.792, which means that it has a strong relationship. the value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence simultaneously is 0.62.8 or 62.8% while the remaining 37.2% is influenced by other factors. hypothesis testing obtained F arithmetic > Ftable or (50.627 > 2.760). thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of value added tax and income to people's purchasing power, either simultaneously or partially. The method used in this study is the method of determining the probability sample which uses the area sampling method. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. For analysis method, SPSS Version 25 is used. The results of the hypothesis test concluded: there is a relationship between value added tax and income on consumer purchasing power. In this study, The contribution of X₁ and X₂ to Y is 84.2%, meaning that 84.2% of the variable value added tax and income contributes to consumer purchasing power, while the remaining 15 .8% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

PT. XYZ faces several challenges in optimizing the distribution of dates, especially in terms of costs and delivery allocation. In the efficiency of the cost of distribution of dates, companies need to reduce operational costs associated with distribution activities. The research objective to be achieved is to analyze the minimum cost of distributing dates at PT. XYZ with the approach of transportation methods. The transportation methods used in this study are Vogel's Approximation Method, Least Cost, North-West Corner, and Stepping Stones. Vogel's Approximation Method, Least Cost, and North-West Corner are used to find the initial solution. While the Stepping Stones method is used to find the final solution. Data processing is carried out using Cbom-Atozmath and POM-QM to obtain fast, detailed, and accurate results. Data processing using the VAM (Vogel's Approximation Method) method results in a total date distribution cost of IDR 171,983,5100.00. Data processing using the NWC (North-West Corner) method resulted in a total date distribution cost of IDR 171,983,5100.00. Data processing using the LC (Least Cost) method resulted in a total date distribution cost of IDR 1,719,835,100.00. The results of calculations using the Cbom-Atozmath and POM-QM software also show the same results. The use of transportation methods to streamline the cost of distributing dates to the Company resulted in savings of Rp. 69,224,000.00. The total cost of distribution of dates by PT. XYZ before efficiency using the transportation method was Rp. 1,789,059,100. The total cost of distribution of dates by PT. XYZ after efficiency using the transportation method was Rp. 1,719,835,100.00

Abstract

MSME Soponyono Noodle Mill is one of the MSMEs in Wonokusumo, Surabaya, that adds the value of wheat flour to wet egg noodle products. However, defects in its operation can cause the product to lose its added value. This study focuses on analyzing the relationship between sigma levels and decrease in added value in wet egg noodle products. The method used in this study is the calculation of level 6 sigma, the Hayami method, and simple linear regression. The results showed that the average defect value of Sigma noodles is 3,47, which states that the production process of wet egg noodles still has not reached the level of 6 Sigma. Wet egg noodle production has a high added value of Rp10.800/Kg with a ratio of 44%. The profit is Rp6.800 / Kg. The simple linear regression analysis results state the relationship (correlation) Sigma effect of 98,3% with a decrease in the added value of wet egg noodle products. This value is also evidenced by the Sig value of the sigma level variable is 0,001, more minor than alpha 0,05. As the sigma level approaches 6 (the highest quality level), the loss or reduction in its added value gets lower. This shows that efforts to increase the sigma level will positively impact the product’s added value
