The job creation law, which functions to accelerate economic recovery, especially in the construction world, has been ratified by the DPR. This Law affects the regulation of the intervention authority in terms of the implementation of construction services, both for construction service providers and users of construction services, and the supervision of regional regulations regarding the construction sector's performance, which consider hindering investment. The Law expects to provide provisions for the construction world, namely job creation, worker competence, welfare improvement, increased worker productivity, and empowerment of regional construction workers. So, to ensure and supervise if this Law has a positive impact on the world of construction as we advance, the role of the DPR RI is vital. For this reason, caution needs in formulating the derivative rules. But over time, the construction community rejected these laws. So based on this background, this research aims to see the impact of the Job Creation Act on the construction world

Fishbones are fishery waste that can be processed and utilized into economic value products, namely fishbone meals. One fish whose bones can be used as a fishbone meal is the red snapper (Lutjanus sp). As the primary raw material for making fishbone meals, the bones of red snapper (Lutjanus sp) are rich in calcium mineral salts such as calcium phosphate and phosphorus. Calcium is a mineral that is needed by the human body. Calcium is perfect for babies, children, pregnant women, and the elderly. Calcium deficiency can cause osteoporosis. This study aims to utilize fish bone waste to have economic value and provide information to the public about fishbone meals rich in calcium minerals. This study used an experimental method with two replications. The results showed an increase in the color, texture, and odor of bone meal of red snapper (Lutjanus sp). THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SOURSOP (Annona muricata L.) BOOKING WATER ON BLOOD BIOCHEMICAL LEVELS OF MOUSE (Mus musculus) INDUCED RHODAMIN B Pramita Wally

This study aimed to determine the effect of giving soursop (Annona muricata L.) boiled water for 14 days on biochemical blood levels, including SGOT, SGPT, urea, and creatinine in the balb-C strain mice induced by rhodamine B orally. Twenty-five male mice were divided into five groups, namely groups I and II as negative control and positive control. Group III was treated with soursop leaf boiled water at 3.64 mg/mouse, and group IV was treated with soursop leaf boiled water at 7.28 mg/mice. Mice, while group V was treated with 10.92 mg/mouse of soursop leaf boiled water. The treatment was carried out for 14 days by giving soursop leaf boiled water seven days after administration of rhodamine B. On days 1, 7, and 14, the mice took intracardially, and then the levels of SGPT, SGOT, urea, and creatinine were measured. The data were then analyzed using the One way ANOVA test and continued with the LSD test. One-way ANOVA test results showed that giving soursop leaf boiled water had a significant effect on reducing SGOT, SGPT, urea, and creatinine (p<0.05). The results of the LSD test showed significant differences between levels of SGOT SGPT, urea, and creatinine in the group before treatment, after administration of rhodamine B, and after administration of soursop leaf boiled water. It concludes that the treatment of soursop (Annona muricata L.) cooked in the water had the most practical effect in neutralizing the damage to liver and kidney cells of mice exposed to rhodamine B. Because it contains antioxidants, the water that boiled with soursop leaf provided a cytoprotective effect by neutralizing the free radicals caused by rhodamine B

This study aims to determine the effect of the Flipped Classroom learning model on the learning independence of class X Accounting students at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental quasi-experimental method, and the research design uses a Posttest Only Control Group Design. The subjects in this study were students of class X Accounting 1 and 2, with 72 students. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument for student learning independence. Calculate the validity of the statement items using the product-moment formula and reliability using the Cronbach Alfa formula. The data analysis technique was carried out with prerequisite tests, first with normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity using Fisher's exact test. Then test the hypothesis by using the t-test. The results of the requirements analysis test stated that in the normality test, the two classes were normally distributed. The results of the homogeneity test of the variance data were homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using SPSS.v26 shows that a p-value of 0.020 is obtained with a significance of 0.05. Thus, p-value < t table (0.020 < 0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant influence in the Flipped Classroom learning model with the help of video learning on student learning independence in Basic Accounting Subjects for class X Accounting at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted not only the business performance of the large business sector but also has implications for the MSME sector. This research was conducted to develop the concept of the meaning of the Micro PPM Policy among MSME actors in the city of Malang under the values, ideas, and business practices carried out by MSME actors. Besides looking for a "cultural theme" related to the implications of Micro PPM policy, this effort also aims to incorporate values originating from the business philosophy of MSME actors in managing their business to create a complete conceptual framework regarding the impact of implementing Micro PPM policies. Banks as intermediary institutions whose operational activities are to collect and distribute funds. In maintaining financial stability in order to remain liquid, banks establish reserves for impairment losses as an effort to anticipate the risk of loss. This study aims to determine the relationship between Non-Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratios to the Establishment of Allowance for Impairment Losses in Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. The method used in this research is the associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are 46 Conventional Commercial Banks. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and selected as many as 6 banking companies. The results of this study indicate that the results of the t-test on Non-Performing Loans on the Establishment of Allowance for Impairment Losses obtained the value of tcount (2.860) > ttable (2.084). The results of the t-test on the Loan to Deposit Ratio variable on the Formation of Allowance for Impairment Losses obtained the value of tcount (-1.284) < ttable (2.084). The results of the F test of Non-Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio on the Formation of Allowance for Impairment Losses are obtained by the calculated Fvalue (5,224) > Ftable ( 3,35 ). and the Loan to Deposit Ratio has no relation to the Establishment of Allowance for Impairment Losses. Meanwhile, the Non-Performing Loan and the Loan to Deposit Ratio simultaneously have a relationship with the Establishment of Allowance for Impairment Losses

The research conducted in this journal is the design of an information system on the development of student achievement using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The purpose of research and development of this system is to help students find predictions of early graduation and allow the admin to find out progress and forecasts of active student graduation. This research begins with the design of the business process of the actor who will see the prediction of graduation. In designing the application, FR tables, use case diagrams, use case scenarios, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams are created. Then proceed with database design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Relationship Between Tables (RAT) and table design. After designing the database, a user interface design is made in the form of a mockup. The result of the research in this final project is creating a Student Achievement design of Development Information System with the Naive Bayes Algorithm. This information system comes from application design, database design, user interface design, and system testing design which is then implemented to calculate graduation predictions based on student academic achievement.

JOB SATISFACTION BASED ON THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK DISCIPLINE AT PT. LOLC VENTURA BSD BRANCH Ading Sunarto; Asridah Warni Tanjung

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction in PT. Lolc Ventura BSD branch, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research was quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling where 105 respondents were obtained. Data analysis was performed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 16,179 + 0,594X1 where the correlation value obtained was 0.421. This value indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination found was 42.1%. In hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (8.657% > 0.192%). Thus, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which indicated a significant effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Work discipline had a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.276 + 0.616X2 and a correlation value of 0.621 which indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination was 38.5%. In hypothesis testing, obtained tarithmetic > ttable or (8.031% > 0.192%) which indicated that H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. These results indicated that there was a significant effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. Work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on job staisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.154 + 0.404X1 + 0.375X2. The correlation value of 0.722 showed that the independent variable and the dependent variable had a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination obtained was 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing was obtained by the calculated Fvalue > Ftable or (55,443 > 2,690) which indicated that H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction in PT. Lolc Ventura BSD branch

The impact of the pandemic is also caused not only in the health sector but also in the economic and social fields. At the beginning of the pandemic, the Indonesian economy was surprised by the growth that fell sharply, which was -5.32% in the second quarter of 2020. The negative economic growth was caused by a decline in economic growth factors, one of which can be seen through the expenditure approach. This study aims to analyze the effects of consumption, investment, and exports on Indonesia's economic growth during the pandemic. The method used is quantitative, with the help of statistical applications, E-Views 9, with panel data regression techniques in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study show that household consumption, Foreign Direct Investment, and exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth. On the other hand, domestic investment has a negative and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the relationship between household consumption, FDI, DI, and exports can explain economic growth through an expenditure approach without including government spending and imports. The results of the Random Effect Model found that the greatest influence obtains from FDI, exports, household consumption, and DI, respectively. It is due to the pandemic, which has caused economic activity in the most likely expenditure to encourage production activities, which is foreign investment. Furthermore, exports have the second largest impact on economic growth during the pandemic. On the other hand, domestic investment has a negative effect due to an increase in the number of realized investments during a decline in economic growth during the pandemic, in addition to a decrease in production and distribution activities, causing investors and investors to reduce investment in several areas in inequality during the pandemic
