Liquidity is an important aspect that can be considered a bank's lifeblood. To maintain business continuity, banks must always manage liquidity effectively. Liquidity easing is one strategy to assist economic growth during the COVID-19 epidemic—instances where macroprudential policies are employed to relax limits on liquidity. The government's goal, which is to foster increased economic growth, is to increase the amount of money lent to people in debt. On the other hand, this easing of liquidity is thought to help maintain bank operations solvent. This easing of liquidity during the pandemic carries out by reducing the reserve requirement, followed by an increase in the MPLB ratio. In addition, Bank Indonesia strengthened RIM by adding an export money order in its calculation. This research aims to look at how macroprudential policy, such as the Statutory Reserves instrument, the Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio, and the Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer, affects the liquidity of traditional commercial banks in Indonesia from 2018 to 2021. The monthly data comes from the Financial Services Authority website, specifically the Indonesian Banking Statistics section. To evaluate the three hypotheses, the researchers employed a multiple linear regression approach utilizing EViews 10 software. First, the Statutory Reserves have a negative and minor influence on commercial bank liquidity, according to the findings. Second, RIM has a good and considerable impact on commercial bank liquidity. Third, PLM has a considerable negative impact on commercial bank liquidity. Simultaneously, it discovers that three separate elements influence the liquidity of commercial banks

In this study, one of the problems that was found was that PT. Hamifaro Jaya Lestari's cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system was not as good as it could be because it still used a manual system of recording by writing in a book and using Excel. Critical thinking skill is a cognitive process involving one's mind to integrate knowledge in analysing information and determining solutions to existing problems according to data and facts to produce the right decisions. This study aimed to determine whether emotional intelligence and self-efficacy affect the critical thinking skills of XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 41 Jakarta in economics. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample of 84 class XI IPS SMAN 41 Jakarta students. The data collection for emotional intelligence and self-efficacy using a questionnaire, while the critical thinking skills using an objective assessment test. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Emotional intelligence and self-efficacy simultaneously positively and significantly affect students' critical thinking skills. This study's results imply that students' emotional intelligence and self-efficacy can improve their critical thinking skills

This study aims to determine the effect of desktop game application design on the subject of Introduction to Accounting 2 with the topic of inventory at the Department of Accounting, State Polytechnic of Malang. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy and learning motivation on student achievement in financial accounting subjects in class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri in East Jakarta. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were students of class XI Accounting at State Vocational Schools in East Jakarta, with an affordable population of 178 students and a total sample of 119 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling through the isac and michale tables with a significance level of 5%. The results of partial hypothesis testing indicate that the emotional intelligence variable (X1) influences learning achievement (Y). The evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable 2,930 > 1,98081, the self-efficacy variable (X2) has an influence on learning achievement (Y) as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (2,061 > 1.99081), learning motivation (X3) influences achievement learning (Y) as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (4,410 > 1,99081) and simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that emotional intelligence (X1), self-efficacy (X2), and learning motivation (X3) affect learning achievement (Y) as evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (49.062 > 2.68). Based on the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence and learning achievement. There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and learning achievement. There is a positive and significant influence between learning motivation and learning achievement. And there is a simultaneous influence on student achievement between emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and learning motivation

As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, there is excellent potential for Islamic financial instruments for the prosperity of the people, one of which is Zakat as an instrument of income distribution that can be the answer to problems that are visible in Indonesia, economic and social. Zakat itself has complete laws and instruments, but the potential and reality of its collection are still reversed. This study describes the conditions of collecting Zakat and the factors influencing muzakki's decision on digital Zakat. Using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method, the factors influencing muzakki's decisions are trust, ease of use, and zakat literacy. The results of this study indicate that trust, ease of use, and zakat literacy affect the decision of muzakki to pay Zakat digitally. The first result shows that the ease of use factor has the most considerable influence on the decision of the digital Zakat and the most influential sub-factor is flexibility

Food purchase through the GrabFood delivery feature for people in DKI Jakarta, which is proven to help humans in their daily lives, is determined and influenced by many factors. In this study, the factors studied were consumer trust and the use of online motorcycle taxi services. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer trust and the use of online motorcycle taxi services on food purchases through the GrabFood Delivery feature for people in DKI Jakarta (Non-Thousand Islands). This research is quantitative. The object of this study is the people of DKI Jakarta aged eighteen years and over who use the GrabFood delivery feature, with an unknown population. The sample in this study amounted to 115 respondents, determined using the Malhotra formula by multiplying the number of sub-indicators by five. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis which includes several tests, namely reliability validity test, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and statistical test. There are several indicators of each variable that state the least results. Namely, there is an indicator of company image on the consumer trust variable, an indicator of the ease of using online motorcycle taxi services and the last indicator of the number of purchases on the food purchase variable. The results of this study indicate that consumer trust and the use of online motorcycle taxi services partially affect food purchases. The variables of consumer confidence and the use of online motorcycle taxi services simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on food purchases which can be proven by the results of several tests that have been carried out using the SPSS 25 application

This study aims to examine the effect of interest in becoming a teacher, self-efficacy, and practice of field experience on readiness to become a teacher in undergraduate education study program students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire/ questionnaire. The approach in this research is a simple random sampling approach. The number of samples is 167 people from 315 people (population). The results of the requirements analysis test showed that the data were normally distributed and had a linear relationship. Based on the partial test (ttest) it can be concluded that interest in becoming a teacher has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher, and the practice of field experience has no effect on readiness to become a teacher. While the joint regression coefficient test (Ftest) shows that interest in being a teacher, self-efficacy, and field experience practice affect the readiness to become a teacher and the coefficient of determination test (R2) shows that R square has a value of 0.532. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the influence of the variables of interest in becoming a teacher, self-efficacy, and practice of field experience on readiness to become a teacher is 53.2%. The conclusions that can be drawn in this study are interest in becoming a teacher, self-efficacy, and field experience practice as indicators of readiness to become a teacher, indicators of interest in becoming a teacher, self-efficacy, and field experience practice can be used by students for student readiness when becoming a teacher.
