Abstract

The research was conducted in the implementation of a web-based Achievement management information system, where in this system there are 3 actors, namely admin, teacher and principal. The admin actor is in charge of managing data for teachers, students, classes, subjects, grades, extracurriculars, OSN and a list of recommendations for students with academic and non-academic achievements. In the homeroom teacher actor manages student data and grades and prints report cards. While the principal actor can see data on teachers, classes and subjects. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier to manage report cards and achievements. Then the homeroom teacher can only enter the grades of students who are only in their class. Subject teachers do not need to test students or assess students manually because the system will recommend students based on subject scores from daily grades, UTS and UAS with a weighted score according to the requirements that have been determined by the school. For extracurricular activities supervisors, there is also no need to test students one by one because the system will recommend students based on several aspects of predetermined values for students to represent the school in non-academic competitions such as pencak silat, volleyball, basketball and others. After that the system can automatically recommend students to represent the school in academic (OSN) and non-academic competitions, according to the provisions of the competition criteria held with report cards and student skill scores

Abstract

Ethnomathematics is an approach tio learning mathematics that connects the material studied with the local culture of students. Ethnomathematics can be used by mathematics educators to overcome problems in the field of mathematics, namely the negative perception of students about mathematics which is seen as difficult. This study aims to explore, identify, describe and analyze mathematical concepts contained in the art of kenthongan music. This research is a qualitative descriptive exploratory research with an ethnographic approach. Data were collected by observation, documentation, and interviews. This research was conducted on the kenthongan music art group "Syailendra". The analytical technique used is the Miles and Huberman model and the data validity test uses triangulation. This study shows that there are mathematical concepts found in the art of kenthongan music, especially in the kenthongan art group "Syailendra" which can be used as learning resources in learning mathematics. The mathematical concepts found include the concept of geometry in which there is the concept of a circle and the concept of a tube, then there is the concept of natural numbers and the concept of arithmetic sequences. Furthermore, universal mathematical activities such as counting, locating, measuring, designing, playing, and explaining activities were also found

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of population dependence, technology, and education on human development. Human development in this research is measured by adjusted per capita expenditure. The research method used in this study is from panel data from 2019 – 2021 in 34 provinces in Indonesia with a descriptive quantitative model. Based on the partial analysis, the population dependency technology variable has a positive and significant effect on human development by the probability value of smaller than alpha (0.05). At the same time, the education variable has a negative and significant effect on human development in Indonesia during the covid-19 period. Simultaneously, all variables significantly affect human development, shown through R2 of 99.80% and 0.20% and are explained by other variables outside the study.

The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This study took the population of all employees at PT. Manulife Indonesia Life Insurance Telemarketing Division, South Tangerang Branch, totaled 57 people, while the sample used was the saturated sample formula. The research variable consists of independent or independent variables (X), job stress (X1), and Job satisfaction (X2), while the dependent or dependent variable (Y) is performance. The data collection method is through questionnaires distributed to employees of the telemarketing division of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia. South Tangerang branch, the data obtained were then processed using the SPSS version 25.0 application. The analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis models. And using the instrument test, hypothesis testing, which includes classical assumption test, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of testing the effect of work stress and job satisfaction affect employee performance. Based on the results of the SPSS calculation, it is obtained that the Fcount = 29.185 with a significant F value of 0.000. Using a significant level of 0.05, the table value with DK = n-k-1 (57-2-1 = 54) obtained a Ftable of 3.17 significant level of 0.000. The significance value is still below the set significance value of 0.05, so it can conclude that work stress and Job satisfaction significantly affect employee performance with the regression line equation. Abstract

The roads in Banyuwangi city have sustained considerable damage; the asphalt supply has yet to meet the need because 45% of the roads are built using gravel and soil. Another problem is related to plastic, a type of waste that is difficult to recycle. To solve these two problems, we conducted research in making polymer-modified asphalt by utilizing food packaging plastic waste. The process followed the standard specification of Highway Construction Division 6, revision 3: the polymer blending process was performed when the hot asphalt mixing temperature was 145°C- 155°C. The research results found that the variation of asphalt content used in the mixture was 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, and 6%. Moreover, the optimal asphalt content was 5.3%. The polymer was mixed with the optimal asphalt content of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4%. The test results showed that the optimal polymer content was 0.5%, with a maximum of 1%. Polymer-modified asphalt had a high stability value of 23.64% greater than conventional. In addition, the air cavity value in the mixture was 5.74% greater than conventional asphalt. The discovery of this mixture of materials is very appropriate for sustainable road construction in Indonesia.
