Religion has a very important role in human life. Religion becomes a guide in the effort to create a meaningful, peaceful and dignified life. Realizing the importance of the role of religion for human life, internalization of religious values in the life of each individual becomes a necessity, which is pursued through education both in family, school and community circles. This research was conducted in 2 (two) cycles each cycle of two meetings. . The first cycle of the first meeting was on January 11 and the second meeting was on January 14, 2017. The second cycle of the first meeting was on February 1 and the second meeting was on February 4, 2017 using student activity instruments and teacher activity instruments in learning, as well as student learning outcomes instruments. The results of the study using the Peer Editor by paying attention to the appropriate learning steps in managing learning for the teacher and the existence of a cycle to the next cycle, classically the level of completeness is 93.33% greater than classical, which is 85%, meaning that learning through peer editing can well implemented.Keywords: Reading Meanings, Editors, Peers

Cooperatives aim to improve the welfare of members in particular and society in general, as well as participate in building the national economic order, to achieve this, of course, cooperatives must be independent and more developed with the support of active comprehensive participation from their members. Cooperatives are expected to be independent, resilient and efficient so that they will be able to face various economic problems. Cooperatives must be improved so that income distribution and poverty alleviation, especially for members, can be realized. Cooperatives require an active role of their members in all cooperative activities, this active role is created when there is a feeling of belonging so that they can effectively take part in cooperative decision making. However, a cooperative whose business is in the service sector is certainly not easy to invite participation in all aspects of activities, it requires an appropriate and appropriate strategy, one strategy that can be used to increase member participation is Cooperative Education. This study aims to determine how much influence Cooperative Education has on member participation in Women's Cooperatives (Kopwan) in Tulungagung Regency. Paradiplomacy is a diplomatic relationship carried out by non-state actors. Paradiplomacy is one part of international relations in the modern era, and that international relations in the present era is not state-centric or centered only on the state, but also on non-state actors such as individuals or even local governments. The cooperation between Kyoto Prefecture and the government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta is one form of paradiplomacy, which is called the Sister City. Sister Province itself is a collaboration either engaged in politics or economics or both carried out between two regional governments that have the same problems and views and the cooperation carried out is aimed at solving problems that exist between the two cities. The cooperation between the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Kyoto is one of the Sister Province collaborations which is said to be quite productive and produces many things that benefit both parties. In this paper, the author will try to explain the cooperation carried out by the two parties in detail and explain the past and future that can be done by both parties involved in the cooperation. The author uses data from 2015-2020. The author assumes that the Sister City cooperation between DIY and Kyoto produces many productive things. The author uses a descriptive-analytic method. In the 21st century, the problem of sustainable development has been used as an important issue that needs to be socialized in the community. in the preparation phase of the action program to regulate parking bags in the new market Gotong Royong Probolinggo City, discussions began from the form of activities, locations, and evaluations. A form of activity that will be carried out by a group of students, which is carried out openly directly on site. The method used in these activities is coordination and communication by plunging directly into the parking lot of The Gotong Royong Market in Probolinggo City with the focus of structuring the parking space in the central Gotong Royong market. With the results of evaluation activities that can be done by students lacking the functioning of parking spaces in the arena gotong royong market and the lack of orderly parking activities in the market, so that it makes the parking arena in the market there are no officers or parking attendants. it is also prone to the loss of vehicles in the market arena. Thus, it can be concluded that parking facilities are used limits to distinguish parking spaces between four wheels and two wheels. This is because the parking system in Gotong Royong market is in accordance with the procedures that have been scheduled and does not cause traffic jams. In March 2020, Indonesia is experiencing a Covid-19 pandemic, not only Indonesia, but almost the entire world that has experienced the Covid-19 pandemic. Appeals to prevent the spread of this virus, people must stay at home. This has an impact on an unstable economy, including UMKM/MSME players. Therefore. However, all problems can be resolved with several policies an Adaptation strategy is needed for MSME players so that they can maintain their business during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study there are 2 MSME actors who are wholesalers, and retailers, they adapt in ways that the wholesaler reduces the supply of goods. Retail traders still supply the same number of goods before the pandemic, because these traders did not really have an impact on the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study are important to be understood by MSME actors for wholesalers, and is expected to always be responsive to environmental changes. Keywords: UMKM, Adaptation, and policies

Abstract AFTA or ASEAN Free Trade Area is a free trade area between countries that are members of ASEAN. AFTA was formed in January 1992 and officially started in 1993. AFTA is aimed at developing the potential and economic strength of ASEAN, which still has many developing countries. AFTA itself has the function of increasing the flow of investment, the flow of labour and the flow of information and technology exchange between developed and developing countries in the Southeast Asian region. The presence of AFTA is expected to empower all the potential of each country that is incorporated in ASEAN. However, AFTA which was formed by ASEAN also experiences several obstacles at present. One of the biggest obstacles is the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from this, the trade war between China and the United States also had a significant impact on the life of AFTA as a free trade area. In this discussion, the author will discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by AFTA and also Indonesia as a member country that is actively involved both in ASEAN itself and in AFTA within 5 years, namely from 2015-2020. The author uses descriptive analytic methods or explanatory research.

The ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) is a forum established by ASEAN countries to maintain regional security and prevent security instability in the region. The role of the ARF is to agree on a “DOC Implementation Manual” which aims to defuse tensions and promote the peaceful management of situations and respect for the status quo. Ongoing discussions and dialogues within ASEAN as well as ASEAN and China regarding the implementation of the DOC through the Code of Conduct (COC) for South China Sea disputes. Thus ASEAN plays a very important role. This role is interesting to study in the implementation of DOC through COC in ARF. Poverty is an urgent national problem and it requires systematic handling steps. This study had purpose to analyze poverty alleviation efforts through the Social Welfare Center (Puskesos) from the perspective of public services. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data included primary and secondary data and the collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. Informants determined by using purposive sampling. Data analysis used Miles & Huberman model, that's data reduction, presentation, making conclusions and verification. Validity of the data used triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of Integrated Database services (BDT) through the Social Welfare Center (Puskesos) had run optimally. This is proven by good administrative services, goods, and servicing the poor society from the process of providing goods, preparation, to the proposals. This service implementation is supported and in collaboration with social strength at the RT / RW level, social cadres, employee and village facilitators. The management of mechanism and registration are done by giving information to the society about the programs, procedures, and requirements that must be completed. Then, This data becomes the government's reference for processing data verification and validation in determining the poor society who have a right to receive the facilities will be given. The obstacles of this implementation are services such as access to distant of part area, networks, BDT processor programs, and society's apathy in completing requirements. So, it needs commitment and principle of picking up the village government by involving social cadres and youth cadets who have been given training to provide assistance to the poor society. ABSTRACT The role of the Sub-district Social Welfare Staff (TKSK) aims to make the distribution of aid from the government to poor families or people with social welfare problems (PMKS) in Kanigaran sub-district a success. This is the key to the welfare of the people in Kanigaran sub-district. This study aims to determine the role of Sub-district Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) in assisting Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS), and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementing the role of District Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) in facilitating Persons with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS). Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the District Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) had not played a good role in facilitating the community with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) in Kanigaran sub-district. and also assistance. This occurs due to the limited ability of the Sub-district Social Welfare Workers (TKSK) in handling communities with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) in collaboration between the TKSK Subdistrict Social Welfare Workers and the government, the TKSK in the area, and fellow District Social Welfare Workers (TKSK). The form of assistance provided by the Government or the Social Service is to provide assistance in the form of groceries, rutihahu, goat programs in each region, and providing business capital according to the needs of the people they are living in Kanigaran District, Probolinggo City. Sanitation and river management have become issues that have not been resolved lately because considering the growth and development of such population in the City or Regency is a problem that sounds very complete. This sanitation program is motivated to avoid a disease that causes death. So, the implementation of clean living is more encouraged considering that the City of Probolinggo is prone to flooding. This research will explain how a program to make river sanitation and management in the City of Probolinggo become more focused and orderly by implementing development and participation in the local community or residents. By using qualitative research methods and the descriptive approach used is the unit of analysis in the form of the concept of community-based development to determine the local socio-cultural conditions by paying attention to the values in the community.
