Abstract

This research aims to analyze the collaboration between the Taman Sidoarjo police and the community in anticipating cases of theft. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative method carried out by in-depth interviews. The results of the research show that the increase in theft cases is really disturbing the community. People's security and comfort are disturbed by the fear of losing their motorized vehicles. Taman Sidoarjo Police collaborates with the community to overcome theft by conducting socialization and outreach programs, forming community security groups, security training, giving prizes for information, using online reporting, and joint patrols. Factors causing crime include public unawareness, economic factors, and environmental influences. The research also discusses concrete efforts by the Taman Sidoarjo Police, such as prevention programs, responses to community reports, and adaptation to crime trends. This research contributes to understanding the effectiveness of police cooperation in dealing with criminal acts of theft of two-wheeled motorized vehicles, and provides recommendations for further improvements to increase security in the area

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to determine consumer characteristics, consumer preferences for tempeh chips products in MSMEs in Pasuruan, specifically in Ibu Nur Jannah in Urip Sumoharjo village. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research area was taken purposively, namely in the village of Urip Sumoharjo, Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Purworejo District, Pasuruan City. The method for taking samples from respondents is Accidental Sampling. Samples were taken from 61 consumers at Mrs. Nur Jannah's UMKM. The data taken is primary data and secondary data using interview techniques, observation, and filling out questionnaires for respondents. The research results show that consumer characteristics based on age at the age of 26 to 35 years are 42.6%. Characteristics of respondents based on education level, namely at the high school level, was 65.6%. The largest characteristic of respondents based on gender is women with 62.3%. And from the F test, X1, X2, X3, And in the T test all X variables have a significant influence on variable Y because they are smaller than 0.05.Kata kunci: Consumer Prefernces, Consumer Characteristics.

Abstract

Optimizing public service communication to enhance customer satisfaction through the Trans Jatim Ajaib Application is an important step in providing optimal service to the public. By leveraging digital technology and responsive features to user needs, this application can facilitate access to information, ticket booking, and interaction between customers and service providers. Through research focused on improving customer satisfaction, the government can gain valuable insights to design more effective and responsive service strategies, thereby enhancing overall service quality and user experience. The researchers employed a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. With this approach, the research aimed to identify the extent to which this application meets the established standards of public service communication and to determine customer satisfaction regarding public services delivered through the mobile application using interview, observation, and documentation methods. The research findings indicate that the implementation of communication through the Trans Jatim Ajaib Application has proven successful in delivering public service information and enhancing customer satisfaction. Users acknowledge that the application provides ease of access, convenience, and beneficial features that meet their needs. Although there are notes and expectations for improvement regarding technical issues, overall, user satisfaction and communication levels regarding this application are high.

Abstract

The implementation of technology in public services continues to evolve, including in the issuance of Driving Licenses (SIM). The Probolinggo City Satpas (Driver's License Issuance Unit) has introduced an online SIM service innovation to enhance convenience and efficiency for the community. This research aims to examine the implementation of online SIM services at the Probolinggo City Satpas. This qualitative study uses a descriptive method to analyze data obtained through interviews and observations at the Probolinggo City Satpas. Charles O. Jones' implementation model, which includes three variables (organization, interpretation, and application), is the focus of this research. The online SIM service at the Probolinggo City Satpas has been running well according to procedures and operational standards. Positive indicators include service procedures, completion time (15-30 minutes), costs in accordance with regulations, product and staff competence, as well as the friendliness of the Satpas team. Outreach is also conducted in schools and factories. Online SIM data is directly connected to the National Police Traffic Corps (Korlantas Polri). The implementation of online SIM services at the Probolinggo City Satpas is considered successful and beneficial for the community.

Abstract

Through education, theoretical understanding and decision-making skills can be improved, enabling individuals to recognize their responsibilities through guidance, experience sharing, and job-related training in infrastructure development planning. Previous research shows that the higher the level of education of village officials, the better their performance, which in turn improves how development is planned. However, in Pohsangit Lor Village, Wonomerto District, village officials have varying levels of education, the majority at high school level with the highest education being Bachelor's Degree, which influences the optimization of infrastructure development performance. This research aims to examine the role of education in influencing infrastructure development planning in Pohsangit Lor Village. The method used is explanatory qualitative research, which aims to explain the relationship between education and development planning. To guarantee source triangulation and triangulation techniques are used to guarantee the correctness of the data. researcher. A total of 3 researchers and 10 informants from village elements were involved in a Limited FGD. The results show that education of village officials plays an important role in ensuring targeted planning and according to the village budget. Although there are challenges in training participation, capacity building through continuing education is essential for successful village infrastructure development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is entitled "Analysis of Rohingya Refugee News Framing on Online Media on Liputan6.com and Detik.com Against Public Opinion". This study uses William Gamson and Modigliani's framing analysis approach to analyze news about Rohingya refugees on Liputan6.com and Detik.com. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the framing of Rohingya refugee news is presented by the two online media, with a focus on the framing of Rohingya refugee news on Liputan6.com and Detik.com. The research method used is qualitative, with an in-depth analysis of news about Rohingya refugees on both media platforms. This study found that news on Liputan6.com and Detik.com tends to focus on the humanitarian aspect of the Rohingya refugee issue. The results of the study indicate that the framing applied by the two media influences public opinion with an emphasis on humanitarian issues. Keywords: Framing Analysis, News, Rohingya Refugees
