Abstract

The many risks faced by health workers during COVID-19 are the result of various factors. These include the lack of robust processes to carry out tasks safely, the lack of health logistics supplies, and inadequate protective equipment. These problems not only pose a physical and psychological danger to health workers, but also critically make them transmit the virus (Widiawati et al, 2018). Therefore, it is necessary to consistently implement Occupational Health and Health in hospitals to prevent unintended risks. The purpose of this study is to provide information related to the consistency of health workers in the application of occupational health and safety in the inpatient institution of Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research with direct observation techniques and interviews. The informants in this study were the Head of the Hospital, the Head of the K3 Section.  Head of the inpatient room. And Heads of Training, Doctors, and Nurses. Research from Tajuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar shows that there is no K3 training during this pandemic. Until now, it has only done education through the delivery of messages or templates about the use of PPE. But before the pandemic, we did regular training every year. The conclusion that the maintenance and examination are in accordance with the guidelines of the Minister of Health which says that it is carried out in accordance with real medical needs and applicable medical service standards while still preventing work accidents and wearing PPE

Abstract

According to (Bank Indonesia, 2015) Business feasibility, financial aspects, marketing aspects and aspects of human resources (labor) are MSME problems that have been felt so far by the Bank. The lack of a common mindset between bank requirements that must be met by MSMEs, including the availability of financial statements and bussines plans (business development plans) is an obstacle that causes the lack of access to MSME finances. According to (Rudiantoro & Siregar, 2012) The great potential of Enterprises, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is often constrained by capital problems to develop businesses. If MSMEs do not innovate and develop their business, then there could be many MSME actors who cannot continue their business. For a company that will win the competition in the market segment, then it must reach the point of quality in all aspects. Of course, not only paying attention to quality products, but those that are cheaper and have better service will be the target of consumers. Most MSMEs only use personal funds (capital) in running their business and there is no separation between personal money and company money, even though to develop a business for the better requires considerable funds and separation between personal money and company money. The objectives of this study are: 1.To determine the application of SAK ETAP in the presentation of financial statements to MSMEs in Kerinci Regency.2.         To find out the obstacles faced in the application of SAK ETAP to MSMEs in Kerinci Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. (Moeloeng 2012:6) states that qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what the subject of the study experiences for example behavior, perception, motivation, action, etc., holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special context that is natural and by utilizing various scientific methods. Sugiyono (2010: 14) states that qualitative methods are used to obtain in-depth data, namely data that contains meaning. The outputs of this study are: 1. Publication in Scientific Journals The results of this research are expected to be published in accredited national journals that support the profession. 2. Intellectual Property Rights (Intellectual Property Rights) The results of this research are important to confirm the findings of lecturers as one of the protections of Intellectual Property Rights resulting from inventions in the general public.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance in universities. Cilpan Finance Tangerang II. This study used quantitative methods, the population size was 51 respondents with a saturated type of sampling, namely all employees at PT. Bina Putra Makmur Nusantara. Data collection using questionnaires distributed to PT. Cilpan Finance Tangerang II. The collected data were then analyzed using validity test, reability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test with the SPSS Version 25 assistance program. Compensation variables negatively affect the performance of PT. Cilpan Finance Tangerang II, based on the results of the analysis of the influence of factors affecting turnover intention shows a calculation of < ttabel, namely -2,720 < 2,009, sig 0.009 < probability 0.05. Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on performance at PT. Cilpan Finance Tangerang II, Motivation variables have the most dominant influence on performance by calculating > ttabel which is 4.652 > 2.009, and sig 0.000 < probability 0.005. The motivational and disilin variables together and simultaneously have a pore and significant effect on the performance of pt. Cilpan Finance Tangerang II, because the calculation is greater than the ftabel value of 137.048 > 3.19 with a significant level of < 0.05 which is 0.000

Abstract

Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases. All data used in the analysis is data obtained from observations, interviews and various literatures concerning Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying in Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period. Based on research that Shopping Lifestyle has an effect on impulse buying for the purchase of Rabbani brand hijab in Sawoo sub-district during the pandemic, this is evidenced by t count > t table (3.961> 1.985), Fashion Involvement has an effect on impulse buying for Rabbani brand hijab purchases in Sawoo sub-district during the pandemic, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2,499 > 1,985), Hedonic Shopping Value has an effect on impulse buying for the purchase of the Rabbani brand hijab in Sawoo sub-district during the pandemic, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2,130 > 1,985). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on Rabbani Brand Hijab Purchases in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period, which can be proven by F count > F table (34.3949 > 2.70 ). And the magnitude of the influence of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, and Hedonic Shopping Value on Impulse Buying on the Purchase of Rabbani Brand Hijab in Sawoo District, Ponorogo Regency during the Pandemic Period is 51.8%. While the remaining 48.2% is influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of E-WOM, Product Knowledge, and Lifestyle on the Decision to Purchase a used Iphone with an Ex International warranty in Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires with written statements to respondents and analyzed using the SPSS 21 software application. The population in this study were Iphone users with Ex International warranty in Ponorogo. The sample in this study amounted to 100 using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence between e-wom on the decision to purchase a used Iphone with an Ex International warranty in Ponorogo. (2) There is an influence between product knowledge on the decision to purchase a used Iphone with an Ex International warranty in Ponorogo. (3) There is an influence between lifestyle on the decision to purchase a used Iphone with an Ex International warranty in Ponorogo. Abstract

This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of teamwork, workload and work dicipline on the performance of the Ponorogo Regency Population Control and Family Planning Office employees. The Object of this research is the Office of Population Control and Family Planning in Ponorogo Regency. The sample in this research were employees of the Department of Population Control and Family Planning, Ponorogo Regency, totaling 115 peoples using the Saturates Sampling technique. The method in this research is a quanitative research method. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that : (1) There is an influence between teamwork on the performance of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Ponorogo Regency. (2) There is an influence between workload on the performance of the employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Ponorogo Regency. (3) There is an influence between work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning in Ponorogo Regency. (4) There is an influence between teamwork, workload and work discipline on the performance of the Ponorogo Regency Population Control and Family Planning Service employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Word of Mouth and Perceived Value on Polygon Bike Purchase Decisions in Ponorogo. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data from this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires with written statements to respondents and analyzed using the SPSS 25 software application. The population in this study was the bicycle community in Ponorogo. The sample in Tian's research amounted to 100 using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically examine the effect of the variables obtained in this study. Profitability, Non Debt Tax Shield, and Company Size on Capital Structure in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The population used in this study is 30 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling  in order to obtain a sample of 18 companies. The results of the research analysis show that partially Profitability has a positive and significant effect on Capital Structure, Non Debt Tax Shieldhas a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure, and Company Size has a significant and negative effect on Capital Structure. Simultaneously the variables of Profitability, Non Debt Tax Shield, and Company Size have a significant effect on Capital Structure (DER). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 13.5% while the remaining 86.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study

Abstract

The development of communication and information technology is growing rapidly resulting in increasingly fierce competition in the world of work, so companies must be able to improve performance in their environment, in order to realize the vision and mission that has been set by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at the Ponorogo Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DPPKB). This research uses quantitative research. Collecting data in this study, namely primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 115 respondents with a sampling technique using total sampling or census where all members of the population were all sampled or as respondents providing information. The testing stages used include instrument testing, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 5.075 > 1.981 t table, while the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.198 > 1.981 t table, while the significant value is 0.030 <0.05. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.686 > 1.981, while the significant value is 0.008 < 0.05. (4) Motivation, discipline and work ethic simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated F value of 7.541 > F table 2.86 and the significant value obtained is 0.000 <0.05
