Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Astra Honda Panorama Bengkulu City either partially or simultaneously. There are several independent variables (x) that will be discussed in this study, including Compensation, Work Discipline, and Motivation. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Astra Honda Panorama Bengkulu City, totaling 40 people. In this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews.In this study, there are several data analysis techniques used, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 4.287 + 0.653 (X1) + 0.159 (X2) + 0.167 (X3). The results of the t test on the Compensation variable (X1), show t count > t table, namely (4.083 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.000 < 0.050). Discipline (X2), shows t arithmetic > t table, namely (2.404 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.017 < 0.050). Motivation (X3), shows t arithmetic > t table, namely (2.344 > 2.02809) and sig < a (0.033 < 0.050). From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Compensation, Work Discipline, and Motivation have a partial or simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on employee performance at PT.Arta Boga Cemerlang, Bengkulu City. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang, Bengkulu City, totaling 60 people and sampling using the saturated sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 4.522 + 0.370 (X1) + 0.546 (X2). This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Work Experience (X1) and Work Ability (X2) on employee performance (Y). And the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.653 or approximately (65,3%) through hypothesis testing together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study using the t test and f test, Work Experience (X1) and Work Ability ( X2) = 0.000, it means that the value of Fsig <0.05 indicates jointly and has a significant effect.Keywords: Work Experience, Work Ability, Employee Performance

Abstract

Keunggulan dari olahan Roti Surya adalah selain rasanya yang khas, segmennya yang menjangkau menengah ke bawah alias terjangkau. Toko Roti Surya Bakery yang berpusat di Jalan Kinibalu, No. 52 Kelurahan Kebun Tebeng  ini buka dari jam 6 pagi sampai jam 9 malam.  Kini Toko Roti Surya telah berkembang menjadi 5 kedai roti. Diantaranya: di Kebun Tebeng, Pagar Dewa, Rawa Makmur, Pintu Batu dan di Kapuas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promosi online dan kualitas produk terhadap daya tarik membeli konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini data didapatkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada 130 responden yaitu konsumen yang datang untuk membeli atau berbelanja pada Surya Bakery Kebun Tebeng Kota Bengkulu dengan menggunakan metode insidental sampling. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data menggunakan data kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji intrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari uji regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS yaitu Y = 3,418 + 0.357 (X1) + 0.363 (X2). Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) nilai R Square sebesar 0,717 atau 71,7%, dimana koefisien determinasi tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel promosi online (X1) dan kualitas produk (X2) memberikan sumbangan dalam mempengaruhi daya tarik membeli (Y) pada Surya Bakery Kebun Tebeng Kota Bengkulu, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0.283 atau 28,3% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel promosi online (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya tarik membeli (Y), dimana nilai thit lebih besar dari ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,05, dan kualitas produk (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya tarik membeli (Y), dimana nilai thit lebih besar dari ttabel dengan tingkat signifikansi <0,05. Ini berarti Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Kata kunci : Promosi Online, Kualitas Produk, Daya Tarik Membeli Konsumen

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of compensation, work environment and career development on turnover intention of Pt employees. The work of Sawitindo Mas. This research is an associative type of research, namely research that explains the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely a research method that emphasizes objective phenomena. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Karya Sawitindo Mas has 98 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = -0.365 - 0.681 (X1) - 0.278 (X2) - 0.316 (X3). The results of the Regression Coefficient X_1, of -0.681 have meaning if the value of the Compensation variable (X1) increases by one unit then The Turnover Intention (Y) value will increase by -0.681 assuming the Compensation variable (X1) is considered constant. The Regression Coefficient X2, which is -0.278 means that if the value of the Work Environment (X2) variable increases by one unit, the Turnover Intention (Y) value will increase. of -0.278 with the assumption that the Work Environment variable (X2) is considered constant. The Regression Coefficient of X3, of -0.316 means that if the value of the Career Development variable (X3) increases by one unit, the Turnover Intention (Y) value will increase by -0.316 assuming the Factor variable Career Development (X3) is considered fixed. Conclusion Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. The work of Sawitindo Mas, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing that the results of the study are t_hit>t_(α/2) (-7,570 > 1,985) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. The work of Sawitindo Mas, this is evidenced by the results of the t-test showing that the results of the study are t_hit>t_(α/2) (-6.347>1.985) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). Career Development has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. The work of Sawitindo Mas, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing that the results of the study are t_hit>t_(α/2) (-3.147 >1.985) and (sig = 0.002 < 0.050).  Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Career Development, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variety and service quality on purchasing decisions (a case study on Mantan Karyawan store consumers in Bengkulu City). This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The object of this research is consumer at Mantan Karyawan store located in Bengkulu City. Sampling was done by accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 140 consumers. The data of the study was collected by using questionnaires. The collected data was then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, t-tes and F-tes. The results of the study show that variables, product variety and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mantan Karyawan stores. Partially the two variables, product variety and service quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision. The more variety of products available in the store, the better the quality of service provided in accordance with the wishes of consumers, then the purchase decision will increase.Keywords: Product Variety, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and sales promotion on product purchase decisions at the 3 Second Distro Store in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumer of Toko 3 Second Distro which is precisely located on Jl. Putri Gading Cempaka, Gading Cempaka District, Decrease Village, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Product Quality 3 Second Distro has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Sales Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, and Product Quality and Sales Promotion together have a positive and significant effect on Product Purchase Decisions at 3 Second Distro Stores. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of PT.Metatani Palma Abadi District Ulu Talo Seluma Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Metatani Palma Abadi District Ulu Talo Seluma Regency in Division 3 using the Total Sampling method. With the number of respondents in this study were 175 people. In this study using data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using Test Instruments, Analysis of Respondents' Responses, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the equation Y = 5.664 + 0.268 (X_1) + 0.131 (X2) + 0.221 (X3) is obtained. The results of the research and the hypothesis show that the Communication variable (X1) shows t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (3,723> 1,973) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), Motivation (X2) shows t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2.191 > 1.973) and (sig α = 0.030 <0.050), the Work Environment (X3) shows t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2,966> 1,973) and (sig α = 0.003 <0.050). The results of the F test show a significant value of F, namely (0.000 <0.050) and the value of Fcount> Ttable, namely (24.541> 3,895). From the results of data management, it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely communication, motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on the devendent variable, namely employee performance. Abstract

 This study expects to decide the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth, Promotion, and Brands on Purchase Decisions for Shopee Customers in Bengkulu City. This exploration was directed on Shopee clients in Bengkulu City. The populace utilized in this study were Shopee clients in Bengkulu City. The quantity of tests utilized was 105 respondents. The information that has been gathered is handled utilizing the Classical Assumption Test Technique, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), and Partial Test (t-test), Simultaneous Test (f-test). The consequences of this study show that somewhat the Electronic Word of Mouth variable significantly affects the Purchase Decision variable, H1 is acknowledged, Promotion significantly affects the Purchase Decision variable, H2 and Brand significantly affect the Purchase Decision variable, H3 is acknowledged. While the f-trial of Electronic Word of Mouth (X1), Promotion (X2) and Brand (X3) impact Purchase Decisions (Y) of Bengkulu City Shopee clients with the goal that H4 is acknowledged. The generally critical level is (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Furthermore, has a relapse condition Y = 0.316 + 0.1255X1 + 0.336X2 + 0.671X3. Where the relapse condition implies that together the Electronic Word of Mouth, Promotion and brand factors show that every factor has a relationship with Purchase Decisions for Shopee Customers in Bengkulu City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction (a case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu). This type of research is called quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The sampling method is accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 150 respondents. The method of data collection is using a questionnaire spreader. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely the t-test and f-test. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction with iPhone products in Bengkulu City. Brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with iPhone products in Bengkulu City. Partially, the two variables of product quality and brand image have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of employees of PT. The Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Regency. 2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. The Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Regency. 3) To find out the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. The Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Regency. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. The Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Regency consist of 50 employees. the sample is 50 employees of PT. The Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Regency.Based on the results of research on the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Regency, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) There is a negative and significant effect of work stress (X1) on employee performance (Y) PT. Nine Main Pillars of Kepahiang Bengkulu Regency. 2) There is a positive effect of job satisfaction (X2) on employee performance (Y PT.
