Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Timeliness of Delivery and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Bengkulu City. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are the customers of PT. Pos Indonesia Kenanga Gardens, Ratu Agung District, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu, with a sampling method using the "Purposive Sampling" method. In the implementation of the study, respondents were obtained randomly, in a total of 98 people. This study uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data that has been collected will be processed using instrument tests, analysis of respondents' responses, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20. Based on the results of multiple linear regression obtained, the formulation Y = 0.092 +0.101X1 + 0.494X2 + 0.175X3. The coefficient of determination R2 = 0.769 or 76.9% while the remaining 0.231 or 23.1% is influenced by other variables. After the test results have been carried out, it can be seen that the service quality variable (X1) shows tcount of 2.448 > ttable of 1.985 with a significance level of 0.016 ttable of 1.985 with a significance level of 0.00 ttable 1,985 with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. The results of the f test show fcount > ftable (108.479 > 2.70) and a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the quality of service, timeliness of delivery and facilities partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Keyword: service quality, on time delivery, facilities, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, with the formulation of the problem: Does Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Environment affect employee performance and the number of respondents in this study were 42 respondents using total sampling. Based on the results of research that has been done about the influence of Leadership Style (X_1), Compensation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) At LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, it can be concluded as follows: Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance in LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (3.906 > 2.021) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. This is due to the workload carried out by nurses who have multiple roles. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (2,961 > 2.021) and (sig á = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_(α/2) (6.785 > 2.021) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Leadership Style (X_1), Compensation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) together have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at LS Cafe Resto Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value F_count>F_table, namely ( 74.424 > 4.072) and (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience and work ability on career development at pt jatropha solutions manna Bengkulu Selatan and to determine which factors are the most dominant influencing employee career development. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. population. The results of the study and the hypothesis showed that work experience (sig a = 0.00 < 0.050), work ability (sig a = 0.000 <0.050). Simultaneously significant effect on career development. Partially, the two variables of work experience and work ability have a significant influence on employee career development. It is better if the company PT Jatropha Solutions Manna Bengkulu Selatan can continue to maintain and even improve employee careers so that the company's goals can be achieved. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of relationship marketing, Store Atmosphere and location on buying interest at the Moy Stuff store. This type of research is associative research, namely research that explains the influence between variables. The population in this study were all consumers in the Moy Stuff store. The sample of this study used the number of indicators used in the questionnaire with the assumption that n x 5 amounted to 115 people. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1).Relationship marketing has a positive effect on buying interest in Moy Stuff, thus the higher the relationship marketing, it will increase buying interest in Moy Stuff. 2). Store atmosphere has a positive effect on buying interest in Moy Stuff, thus the higher the store atmosphere, it will increase buying interest in Moy Stuff. 3). Location has a positive effect on buying interest in Moy Stuff, thus the higher the location, the more buying interest in Moy Stuff. 4).Relationship marketing, store atmosphere and location together show an influence on buying interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, social security and incentives on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu. This research is a quantitative research with a sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this test can be seen from the multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS, namely, Y = 9.118 + 0.162X1 + 0.215X2 + 0.305X3. From the results of hypothesis testing, namely, Job Training variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu with t count > t table (2,362 > 2,004). Social Security variable (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu with t count > t table (2.283 > 2.004). Incentive variable (X3) has a significant effect on employee performance at Grage Hotel Bengkulu with t count > t table (3.567 > 2.004). Job Training, Social Security and Incentives together have an effect on the performance of Grage Hotel Bengkulu employees with a calculated F value > F table (20.211 2.77) Keywords: Job Training, Social Security, Incentives and Employee Performance

Abstract

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). This research is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumer loyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can be done with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sells typical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about the HENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.The results of this study can be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategy are the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public and tourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well as technological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factors that are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet the standard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms. External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community, abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the many competitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is to improve product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality of content and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providing standards of service to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on repurchase interest at Lisa Jaya Bengkulu, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Price and Quality of Service. The object of this research is 60 customers who shop at Lisa Jaya Bengkulu shop.In this study the authors used descriptive research methods with quantitative data analysis. The data collection in this study is by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is Y = 2.696 + 0.316 (X1) + 0.480 (X2). The results of the t hypothesis test show that the variable price (X1), shows t count of 2.266 > t table 2.00247 with a significant level of 0.027 < of 0.050. Service Quality Variable (X2), shows t count of 4.525 > t table 2.00247 with a significant level of 0.000 < of 0.050. While the results of the F hypothesis test show that the significance value of F is 0.000 < 0.050 and Fcount> Ftable, 24.033 > 3.166. So it can be concluded that price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Lisa Jaya Bengkulu shop. Keywords: Price, Quality Of Service And Interest In Repurchasing

The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of Marketing Strategy and Purchasing Power on Increasing Sales in UMKM Jeruk Kalamansi White Orchid Central Bengkulu The population used in this study is all employees working at PT Anugra Argon Medika Bengkulu Branch totaling 150 respondents. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. This type of research is quantitative research, data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 130 samples, which were considered sufficient to represent the population. The samples taken are consumers of Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test, determination test and hypothesis test. The results showed that location has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City, meaning that if the location increases, the purchasing decision will also increase. The location of the Bengkulu City Bro & Sis Cafe which is in the campus environment can increase consumer decisions to shop at the Bengkulu City Bro & Sis Cafe. Promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City, meaning that the more promotions increase, the purchasing decisions will also increase. Promotions carried out by Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City on social media can attract consumers to come to Bro & Sis Cafe Bengkulu City. From the results of the study, the effect on the variables of Service Quality  and Cast On Delevery, Timeliness of Delivery and Discount Flash Sale on Customer Satisfaction of Shopee users in 5th semester students of the Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. conclusions can be drawn as follows: Service Quality  has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction Shopee Users in 5th Semester Students of Management Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Cash On Delivery  has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction  Shopee Users in 5th Semester Students of Management Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Timeliness of Delivery  has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction consumers on Shopee Customers in Semester 5 Students of Management Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Discount Flash Sale  has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction on Shopee Customers 5th Semester Students of Management Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Quality of Service , Cast On Delevery , Timeliness of Delivery and Discount Flash Sale has an effect on consumer satisfaction. This can be seen from the hypothesis test together (Simultaneously) Ftable > Fcount (12.749> 1.850). This is proven from the correlation analysis R = 0.713 (71.3%) and is almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.509 or around 50.9% while 0.481 or 48.1% is a contribution of other variables not examined  Keywords: Service Quality, Cash On Delivery, Timely Delivery, Discount Flash Sale, Customer Satisfaction.
