Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT. Mandala Multi Finance Bengkulu city. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Mandala Multi Finance Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Toba street, No. 24, Panorama,Singaran Pati district, Bengkulu City. The sampling technique, namely total sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 40 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Stress has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Work Discipline, Work Environment and Stress together have a positive and significant effect on Performance Employees at PT. Abstract

Research at PT. Computer bloggers in Muara Bangkahulu District, Bengkulu City with the formulation of the problem How does Brand Image, Brand Awereness and Service Quality influence the Purchase Decision of Acer laptops at PT. Computer bloggers, population and sample in this study are all consumers at PT. Computer bloggers totaled 150 respondents. The sampling technique used convenience sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 150 respondents. Observation data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using SPSS 24. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence on Brand Image, Brand Awereness and service quality variables on Purchasing Decisions. the following conclusions can be drawn: Brand Image, Brand Awerenes, and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect partially on Acer laptop Purchase Decisions at PT Blogger Computer, and Brand Image, Brand Awerenes, and Service Quality, have a significant effect simultaneously on Purchase Decisions at Computer Blogger PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and incentives on employee productivity at PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. The population in this study were all employees at the PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. Sampling in this study, using the census method, namely taking the entire existing population. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that (1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City, and (2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. (3) the work environment and incentives simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees at the PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City by 75.50%. Abstract

The population used in this research is all employees who work at PT Angri Andalas, Air Periukan District, Seluma Regency. 150 respondents. The sampling technique used total sampling based on predetermined criteria of 150 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaires. The processed data was analyzed using the SPSS 24 formula. Based on the results of research and analysis of the influence of the Compensation, Work Environment  and Training  variables on Employee Job Satisfaction. The following conclusions can be drawn: Compensation  has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction  of employees, this is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (6,229 > 1,980) The work environment  has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction  of employees, this is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (2,240>1,980) Training  has a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction  of employees, this is proven by hypothesis testing with the t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (3,084>1,980) Compensation, Work Environment, and Training (X3) influence employee Job Satisfaction. This can be seen from joint hypothesis testing (Simultaneous) Ftable > Fcount (68,710 > 3,940). This is proven by the correlation analysis R = 0.765 (76.5%) and is almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination is R2 = 0.585 or around 58.5% while 41.5% is the contribution of other variables not studied. Keyword: Kompensasi, lingkungan dan Kepuasan

Abstract

Research on Mukomuko Indah Travel Travel Cars (MMI) with the formulation of the problem How does service quality and comfort affect trust in order to increase consumer satisfaction in MMI travel cars? The population used in this study were all consumers on the MMI Travel Car totaling 100 respondents. The sampling technique used accidental sampling based on predetermined criteria totaling 100 respondents. Based on the results of research that has been done about the effect of Service Quality, Convenience, on Trust in order to increase Consumer Satisfaction in using MMI Services it can be concluded as follows: Service Quality affects trust in using services. Convenience affects trust in using services. Trust affects consumer satisfaction in using services. Service Quality has an indirect effect on consumer satisfaction in using services. Convenience has an indirect effect on consumer satisfaction in using services. Trust in Customer Satisfaction of MMI Passengers positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction Keywords :  Service Quality, Convenience, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims at 1) To determine the effect of workload on the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu Branch 2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu Branch 3) To determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction affect the performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu Branch. This type of research is a quacitive approach. The method used in this study is the descriptive method. The population in this study is the entire  performance of Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu Branch employees  totaling 52 employees. the sample amounted to 52 people performance of employees of Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu Branch. Based on the results of research on the effect of workload and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu, can be concluded as follows: There is a negative and significant influence of workload (X1) on employee performance (Y) of PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu  Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Core Service Quality, Peripheral Service Quality on KZ Allshop Bengkulu Customer Satisfaction. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study including, Core Service Quality, Peripheral Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is all KZ Allshop Bengkulu customers. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using instrument tests, Respondent Response Analysis, Classical Assumptions Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and also Hypothesis Testing. From the results of data management, it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely Core Service Quality and Pherieal Service Quality, partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable namely Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Quality, Core Service, Peripheral Service, Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to determine "The influence of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Seluma Regency Fisheries Service", either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 50 employees at the Seluma City sub-district office in the Seluma Regency Fisheries Service, using the side total technique, which means the entire population was used as the research sample. The collection technique uses questionnaire data that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is Multiple Regression. The results of this research show that: (1) The research results show a positive influence of training variables on employee performance. Based on the results of the partial test ( T test ), the T_count was 3.321 and the regression coefficient was 0.189 with a significance of 0.002. (2) The research results show a positive influence of the Work Motivation variable on Employee Performance. Based on the results of the partial test ( T test ), the T_count is 2,773 and the regression coefficient is 0.144 with a significance of 0.000. (3) The results of simultaneous testing or jointly obtained that the Training and Work Motivation variables have a positive effect on employee performance. This is proven by the test results obtained by an F_count value of 5,567, with significance (0.007 < 0.050). Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine "The influence of store atmosphere and price fairness on customer satisfaction at the Nyonya Fashion store, Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency". Both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this study was 130 people who had shopped at least twice at the Nyonya Fashion store, Manna City, South Bengkulu Regency, using the Incidental Sampling technique.       The collection technique uses a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this research show that: (1) the research results show a positive influence of the Store Atmosphere variable on Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of the partial test, the t count was 2.454 and the regression coefficient was 0.307 with a significance of 0.015. (2) research results: There is a positive influence of the Price Fairness variable on Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of the partial test, the t count was 8.479 and the regression coefficient was 1.357 with a significance of 0.000. (3) Simultaneous or joint test results obtained by Store Atmosphere and Price Fairness have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. This is proven by the test results obtained by the calculated f value of 140.309, with significance (0.000<0.050). Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Price Fairness, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Social Media Marketing and Product Innovation on Consumer Purchase Interest (Case Study at Toko Jaya Rasa Bengkulu). This study aims to determine which factors are most dominant in influencing consumer buying interest, the research was conducted from November 2023 to March 2024.The sample of this research is consumers who have bought products and know Toko Jaya Rasa Bengkulu city from social media. This research uses quantitative methods on 140 respondents. The sampling technique is accidental sampling, the method used in this research is quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y= 3.427 + 0.387 (X1), + 0.289 (X2) and the coefficient of determination R Square (R2) obtained a value of 0.510 or around (51.0%). The research results and  hypotheses in this study indicate that social media marketing variables and product innovation have a positive effect partially or simultaneously on buying interest in Toko Jaya Rasa Bengkulu.
