Personifikasi : Jurnal Ilmu Psikologi is a scientific journal in Psychology published by Psychology Program of Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Personifikasi aims to facilitate the process of interaction, discussion, and further discussion of the development of psychology in Indonesian society. Personifikasi includes topics related to the theme of clinical psychology, industry and organizational psychology, educational psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, psychology of tourism, and Madurese culture of psychology. In this journal, there are discussions related to the development of problem found in society. Personifikasi : Jurnal Ilmu Psikologi published twice in a year, in May and November. Each article sent to Personifikasi will be reviewed using blind review method and two-peer reviews method. Personifikasi published scientific articles of critical thinking and research results in the filed of Psychology.

Abstract

Job crafting merupakan merupakan bentuk perubahan dari inisiatif karyawan untuk menyeimbangkan sumber daya dan tuntutan pekerjaan yang diperlukan untuk melatih inisiatif dan kreativitas guru. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan work self efficacy untuk meningkatkan kemampuan job crafting guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran work self efficacy terhadap job crafting pada guru. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru SMA di Kota Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal komparatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala work self efficacy dan skala job crafting. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 13,002 dan taraf signifikansi p=0,001 (p lebih kecil dari 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa ada peran yang signifikan antara work self efficacy terhadap job crafting. Hasil analisis sumbangan efektif menunjukkan bahwa work self efficacy berkontribusi sebesar 6% terhadap job crafting pada guru. Semakin tinggi work self efficacy maka akan meningkatkan job crafting guru.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the relationship between authoritative parenting style and self-efficacy with student mathematics learning achievement in Junior High School X Tegal. This research used quantitative methods. The subjects in this research were 330 Junior High School X Tegal students for the 2021/2022 school year. The sampling technique was the cluster random sampling technique. This research used two scales and a report on students' mathematic learning achievement. The authoritative parenting style's first scale consists of 17 items with a score of a reliability coefficient of 0,781. The second scale is the self-efficacy scale consists of 17 items with a score of a reliability coefficient of 0,749. This research used analysis regression and partial correlation technique for analyzing the data. The first hypothesis's result showed no relationship between authoritative parenting style and self-efficacy with students mathematics learning achievement, R equal with 0,073, F equal with 0,864, and p equal with 0,422 (p more than 0,05), which means the hypothesis is not accepted. The second hypothesis showed that authoritative parenting style and students' mathematics learning achievement have no correlation, r1-2 equal with 0,073, p equal with 0,190 (p more than 0,05), which means the hypothesis is not accepted. The third hypothesis showed that self-efficacy and students' mathematics learning achievement have no correlation, r2-1 equal with -0,021 and p equal with 0,703 (p more than0,05), which means the hypothesis is not accepted.

Abstract

Konflik merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi dalam kehidupan pernikahan, termasuk pasangan suami istri usia remaja. Adanya konflik dapat memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif bagi relasi pernikahan, tergantung bagaimana individu mengelola dan menyelesaikannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara gaya resolusi konflik dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada remaja yang menikah. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 65 remaja tahap akhir (18-23 tahun) yang telah menikah dan tinggal di Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Thomas Kilmann Instrument (TKI) untuk mengukur gaya resolusi konflik dan ENRICH Marital Satisfaction (EMS) untuk mengukur kepuasan pernikahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya resolusi konflik tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada remaja yang telah menikah. Meski demikian, kami menemukan juga bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor kepuasan pernikahan yang signifikan ditinjau dari status pekerjaan dan jumlah anak.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine the results of research on parenting stress in children with autism spectrum disorders that has been carried out for the last ten years, namely in the period 2012 - 2022. The search for research articles was carried out using certain keywords by following the PRISMA guidelines . There were 12 research articles analyzed in this literature review which were obtained through the Google Scholar, SAGE Journals, PubMed, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, Taylor and Francis Online, and Wiley Online Library databases, which were then analyzed for the purpose, methods, sample, and research findings.  The results of this literature review are in line with previous studies regarding the level of parenting stress in children with autism spectrum disorders which showed that parents of children with autism spectrum disorders experienced significantly higher parenting stress than parents of children with other developmental disorders. and children with normal development, and there is a significant difference between the level of stress on mother's care and stress on father's care for children with autism spectrum disorders. There are 3 main factors that relate to and influence the level of parenting stress on parents, namely children, parents, and external factors. Parenting stress has consistently been found to negatively impact parents' quality of life in terms of mental health. Future research can look at socio-cultural factors associated with parenting stress in various cultures so as to add information to the literature on parenting stress and how intervention methods can be given that are culturally appropriate for each parent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen konflik pedagang asal Madura di Surabaya. Manajemen konflik dibagi menjadi enam gaya manajemen konflik yaitu menarik diri, akomodatif, pemaksaan, kompromi, berkolaborasi, dan memecahkan masalah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus kolektif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pedagang asal Madura. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan interview. Informan dan subjek dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubberman. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan temuan dari keenam gaya manajemen konflik yang paling dominan seperti akomodatif dan memecahkan masalah. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua subjek sebelum berkomunikasi dengan lawan bicara mencari informasi tentang sifat dan kebiasaannya terlebih dahulu, menetapkan batasan antara yang harus dikatakan atau tidak dan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan selama pandemi Covid-19. Sedangkan untuk memecahkan masalah selama terjadi konflik semua subjek mencari akar permasalahan yang terjadi, mengambil keputusan dengan tenang, mencari solusi bersama, meminta bantuan orang lain untuk menjelaskan permasalahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

One of the factors of high traffic accidents is the growing rate of vehicles.  In Indonesia, traffic accidents that occur are dominated by two-wheeled vehicles, namely motorcycles and often involve young drivers. One of the causes of adolescent involvement in accidents is aggressive driving behavior which can be influenced by moral disengagement. This quantitative study aims to determine the role of moral disengagement on aggressive driving behavior in adolescent motorcyclists. The hypothesis of this research is that moral disengagement plays a role to aggressive driving behavior on adolescent motorcyclist. This research uses purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The respondents range from 14-19 year old motorcyclists in Palembang, amounting to about 150 respondents. The instrument used is the Aggressive Driving Behavior Scale (ADBS) by Houston et al. (2003) and the Moral Disengagement Scale by Bandura et al. (1996), both modified. Simple regression technique was used to analyze the research data and with the help of IBM SPSS 22. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the R square value between moral disengagement and aggressive driving behavior is 0.107, the F value is 17.682, and the significance value is 0.000 (p smaller than 0.005). This shows that moral disengagement has a significant role in aggressive driving behavior. Thus, the hypothesis proposed by this study can be accepted.
