Abstract

Teknologi website mengalami perkembangan yang cepat menyebabkan berbagai informasi dengan mudah untuk didapat. Sebuah website yang baik harus dapat diakses dengan mudah dan waktu penayangan halaman web yang cepat sehingga informasi dapat disampaikan dengan baik. Organisasi akuatik untuk memudahkan proses pelayanan administrasi dan menyampaikan informasi terpadu diperlukan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website. Website performance merupakan elemen kualitas website dan dengan adanya kinerja yang baik dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Website Performance memberikan korelasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna sebesar 86,70%. Salah satu cara untuk mengukur performa sebuah website dilakukan dengan menggunakan GT Metrix dari lighthouse. Analisa dilakukan dengan memperhatikan core web vitals Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) First Input Delay (FID) dan Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) dan kriteria web performance, Load Time (LT), Response Time (RT), Page Size (PS), Number of request (NR), Markup Validation (MV), dan Broken Link (BL). Hasil dari analisa performa website organisasi akuatik mendapatkan skor sebesar 56% dengan grade F. Dari hasil pengujian performa dan struktur menandakan bahwa performa website organisasi akuatik belum menunjukkan hasil yang baik, dengan nilai performa dan struktur yang dibawah rata-rata terutama untuk bagian LCP yang memiliki nilai structure 12.6 MB dan waktu untuk akses selama 4.5s dengan rekomendasi dibawah 1.2s. sehingga dapat dikatakan website organisasi akuatik memiliki performa yang kurang baik.

Abstract

Uncle Photo is a bussines in the field of photography and videography which is located at Jl. Raya Banaran Rt 1 Rw 4, Sekaran, Gunung Pati, Semarang City. The products offered by this business include photo and vidio albums. Using PHP framework, Boostrap CSS framework and MySQL as the database. To build this website for the sale licenses to make it easier for licenses users to do business and communicate online. Customers who need photography and videography service can choose various packages on the Uncle Photo Website. The conclusion from Uncle Photo’s research is that web and online ordering can run well according to the input and output made by user so that customers can place orders and store owners and employees get detailed and detailed order reports. The system also provides an attraction for users, Uncle Photo alsohas a vision to provide the best service for customers and gain customer trust.

Abstract

The TIJE application is a digital platform that has been specifically developed to provide smartphone users convenient online access to Transjakarta information. In order to use the platform, individuals must first establish an internet connection and then download the TIJE application. In order to evaluate user satisfaction with the TIJE application, it is essential to identify any faults or problems that may be associated with its utilization. One such way for assessment is the use of the PIECES framework. The study utilizes a quantitative research technique, using a survey administered via Google Forms as the principal instrument for data gathering. The data that has been gathered is then subjected to analysis using the statistical software package SPSS version 26. The assessment of user satisfaction with the TIJE application may be conducted with the PIECES approach. This approach assesses user satisfaction across many areas. The findings suggest that participants assigned a rating of 4.04 to Performance, 4.23 to Information and Data, 4.25 to Economy, 4.51 to Control and Security, 4.55 to Efficiency, and 4.59 to Service. The ratings achieved for the TIJE application vary from 4.2 to 5, indicating a notable degree of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Di Perguruan Tinggi, beasiswa biasanya diberikan atas berbagai pertimbangan. Pada umumnya, yang menjadi bahan pertimbangan utama adalah penghasilan orangtua, Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) mahasiswa, serta jumlah tanggungan orangtua. Yang menjadi persoalan dalam pemberian beasiswa adalah tak adanya standar pasti untuk menentukan siapa yang berhak memperoleh beasiswa. Penulis membangun aplikasi penentu perolehan beasiswa dengan menggunakan metode Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Interference System (ANFIS). Metode ini menggabungkan kemampuan adaptasi yang dimiliki oleh Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) dengan kemampuan penentuan keputusan secara kualitatif yang dimiliki oleh fuzzy. Dengan aplikasi/program yang menggunakan metode ini maka penentuan perolehan beasiswa dapat dilakukan secara otomatis dengan mempelajari pola-pola sebelumnya.Dari hasil penelitian ini dihasilkan bahwa ANFIS berhasil menganalisa masukan berupa IPK, tanggungan orangtua, dan penghasilan orangtua, lalu menghasikan keluaran berupa nilai hasil analisa ANFIS. Nilai ini kemudian dimanfaatkan untuk memilih penerima beasiswa berdasarkan kuota beasiswa yang disediakan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan rule sebanyak 27 rule, dalam arisetektur ANFIS pada aplikasi penerima beasiswa.

Abstract

Semakin besar dan pesat perkembangan suatu organisasi, maka semakin sulit mengelola data yang kian banyak. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, muncullah kebutuhan akan sistem informasi. Pengembangan dengan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) adalah metode yang sering digunakan. Dengan mempertimbangkan pentingnya penggunaan model SDLC yang sesuai dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis model SDLC yang digunakan oleh beberapa penelitian terdahulu dengan topik yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang terdiri atas tahap Research Question, Search Process, Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria, Quality Assessment, dan Data Collection. Penelitian terhadap 12 jurnal pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini menghasilkan informasi jumlah model waterfall, Joint Application Development (JAD), agile, dan prototype yang digunakan masing-masing 3, 2, 3, dan 2 jurnal, serta bidang yang diimplementasikan, yaitu bisnis, pendidikan, dan pelayanan masyarakat masing-masing 6, 5, dan 1 jurnal. Dari hasil penelitian, juga ditemukan bahwa penggunaan model-model tersebut sudah efektif untuk pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website, sebab pengerjaan telah direncanakan dengan matang dan dilaksanakan dengan terstruktur, sehingga hasil pengembangan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The development of information systems is a crucial process in the current modern era, as information systems play a vital role in managing, processing, storing, retrieving data, as well as assisting in the necessary decision-making for organizational. Therefore, companies and organizations are competing to build information systems in the present era. However, the rapid growth of information technology results in new needs and challenges, prompting organizations to develop their information systems. A review was conducted to provide an understanding of why organizations in case studies need to develop information systems, the methods used, and the fields covered in the developed information systems. The review was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, aiming to provide an overview of 14 papers discussing information system development from 2021 to 2023. The results indicate that the primary reason for an organization to develop an information system is the need for a system that can help manage employees more efficiently. Furthermore, the study found other reasons, such as assisting in the process of admitting new students, improving patient services, facilitating the book borrowing process, and managing student learning outcomes or E-Reports. The most widely used method for information system development is the Waterfall method, where information system development is widely implemented in the fields of education, business, healthcare, government, and human resources.

Abstract

Ketimbang ngemis Palembang adalah komunitas sosial yang bertujuan membantu lansia atau orang tua yang lebih memilih berjualan atau menawarkan jasa untuk mencari uang dari pada melakukan meminta-minta atau mengemis. Dalam komunitas ketimbang ngemis Palembang, memanggil orang tua ataupun lansia tersebut dengan Somul (Sosok Mulia), biasanya dalam satu bulan komunitas ketimbang ngemis Palembang mencari satu atau dua Somul dan yang akan terpilih diberikan donasi oleh donatur dengan cara transfer kerekening yang disediakan. Tujuan dari sistem pendukung keputusan inti untuk menentukan somul yang paling layak diberikan donasi dengan metode smart dan Borda. Metode smart dipilih karena memungkinkan apabila ada penambahan atau pengurangan alternatif sehingga tidak akan mempengaruhi pembobotan karena setiap penilaian alternatif tidak saling bergantungan dan metode borda merupakan suatu metode voting yang digunakan pada pengambilan keputusan kelompok untuk pemilihan single winner ataupun multiple winner. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelompok yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan perangkingan terhadap somul yang paling berhak mendapatkan donasi.

Abstract

In an effort to reduce the burden on family budgets, the government implemented the Poor Rice Program (Raskin), a social security program for the poor that offers subsidized rice assistance to low-income households. However, in practice, many households are categorized as poor even though they should not be. On the other hand, poor families should be involved, but are not included, and the process is still seen as less focused. Errors in data processing procedures can occur because Raskin recipients are still determined by human data processing. Data processing is time consuming, especially when it comes to ranking and decision making. In this regard, this research explores ways in which Decision Support Systems (DSS) can encourage faster and more precise decision making. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Product (WP) are the two main methods covered. To increase the effectiveness and accuracy of government aid programs in Indonesia, the main objective of this research is to compare the use of SAW and WP techniques in making decisions regarding the receipt of Rice Miskin aid. The findings of this research support each other by referring to local residents with the pseudonyms W3, W12, W9 , W11, and W17 as recipients of rice assistance from regional governments who are inadequate in decision-making authority positions. Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively investigate and analyze the Janabadra University Academic Information System (Siakad) Website by applying the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Method. This method is used as a framework to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with various aspects of the functionality, security, reliability and responsiveness of the Siakad website. The research involved collecting data through various approaches, including participant observation, in-depth interviews with active Siakad users, and distributing structural questionnaires. The results of an in-depth analysis of the usability dimensions include navigation, information structure, and user interface, while the security and reliability dimensions highlight aspects of data security and system availability. Website responsiveness is also analyzed to ensure optimal accessibility. The findings of this study provide a detailed picture of the strengths and potential for improvement in Siakad. The implications of the findings can serve as a basis for decision makers and developers to make specific improvements, ensuring that Siakad not only meets user expectations but also adheres to high security and performance standards. This study makes a significant contribution in the context of developing academic information systems in higher education institutions, illustrating the importance of the UAT Method approach as an effective evaluation tool. The findings of this research provide a detailed picture of the strengths and potential for improvement in Siakad. The implications of the findings can serve as a basis for decision makers and developers to make specific improvements, ensuring that Siakad not only meets user expectations but also adheres to high security and performance standards. Abstract

A personnel information system is a system that provides information about personnel to help companies manage employee data more easily and quickly. PT Graha Sriwijaya Sejahtera Sentosa is a company engaged in the distribution of car batteries under the Massiv brand. Problems that exist in companies include the accumulation of prospective employee application files resulting in the destruction of rejected employee application files, searching for employee data which takes a lot of time because employee data has to be searched in a storage cupboard so it is less efficient and employee leave applications are still recorded manually. in written media such as books and paper which have a fairly high risk of being lost or damaged, which causes data processing related to the company's human resource information system to still have shortcomings and inefficiencies. The system development method used is the RUP method (Rational Unified Process) by observing the running system. This research aims to collect data and convey information about employees. The results of interviews with the company's HRD revealed problems in collecting employee data adapted to the PIECES framework as welldiagram usecase as well as in planning to useclass diagram anddiagram activity andMySQL for database storage. The purpose of creating this system is to simplify the process of collecting personnel data in companies. Therefore, having a personnel information system in the company can help the company more easily collect employee data, provide information to employees regarding the company's internal affairs, and help employees more easily apply for leave without having to contact their superiors directly.
