Abstract

The worldview serves as a foundation in character building and decision-making, including in leadership. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, by collecting data from related sources, including analysis from Prof. Dr. Hamid Fahmy Zarkasy. The results show that the Islamic worldview, which includes three pillars: Islam, Iman, and Ihsan, has a significant influence on leaders' behavior and decisions. The values of honesty, justice, and compassion in Islam shape a positive and ethical work culture, so that leaders can create an environment that supports high performance. The outcome of this study is that leaders who internalize Islamic values can improve employee well-being and strengthen team commitment, ultimately contributing to better and sustainable organizational performance. The purpose of this article is to explore how an Islamic worldview can influence ethical leadership in a managerial context, as well as to demonstrate the importance of Islamic values in shaping ethical leader behavior and organizational culture.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of innovation capability and work productivity on service quality within a manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 115 permanent employees, selected via random sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Results indicate that both innovation capability and work productivity significantly and positively affect service quality. Furthermore, innovation capability also exerts a significant positive influence on work productivity. These findings underscore the pivotal role of fostering innovation capability and enhancing work productivity to improve service quality, thereby equipping companies to compete effectively in the era of Industry 4.0. This research contributes to managerial practices by providing a comprehensive model for optimizing service quality through workforce development strategies, emphasizing innovation and productivity as key drivers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the linkages between transformational leadership, innovation, and organizational learning in improving individual and group performance. This study uses a narrative literature review approach to analyze relevant studies, with research data coming from indexed academic literature over the past ten years. The analysis focused on identifying the relationships, mediating and moderating factors among the three elements. The results show that transformational leadership has a significant impact on individual performance, both directly and through the mediation of innovation and organizational learning. Innovation acts as a catalyst that strengthens the relationship between leadership and performance, while organizational learning helps improve adaptation to technological change and external dynamics. The implications of these findings include the importance of developing an adaptive and innovative organizational culture, particularly in the education sector. In conclusion, this study makes significant theoretical and practical contributions by offering a new conceptual framework for understanding the interaction between leadership, innovation and organizational learning. The findings are relevant to support managerial strategies in creating a collaborative, innovative and sustainable work environment in the digital era.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has been widely recognized as an effective leadership style in driving innovation, improving performance, and shaping adaptive organizational culture. This article aims to comprehensively examine the influence of transformational leadership on innovation, performance, and organizational culture through a literature review. This research identifies four key dimensions of transformational leadership-idealized influence (charisma), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration-that contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and individual development. The results of the literature review indicate that transformational leaders are not only able to improve performance and drive innovation, but also build an organizational culture that supports collaboration, openness to change, and empowerment of team members. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing transformational leadership skills to create an environment that motivates employees, encourages creativity, and ensures the sustainability of innovation in organizations. In addition, this study also provides insight into the role of readiness to change in enhancing transformational leadership effectiveness. Theoretically, this article enriches the literature on transformational leadership, providing new perspectives on the application of this leadership style in the context of dynamic organizational change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di UPTD Puskesmas Serpong II Kota Tangerang Selatan, puskesmas adalah unit pelaksana teknis dinas kabupaten/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kerja yang merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat yang amat penting di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif asosiatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji f), dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan beban kerja baik secara partial maupun simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Human resources is the greatest asset for the survival of the company, both for now and for the long term. Human resources is one thing that cannot be separated from the level of the business world and work, especially now that there is a lot of competition in the business world. This study aims to explain the influence of work motivation partially on employee performance, to explain the influence of the work environment partially on employee performance and to explain the work motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. Based on the results of the analysis showed that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance the research method this time is a quantitative research method presented in the form of narrative literature review. The conclusion of this study is that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation and work environment explain the effect on employee performance variables by 65.3%. While the remaining 34.7% is the influence of other independent variables that are not studied in this study such as leadership, salary, work stress and so forth.

Abstract

Tujuan review buku ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan buku You Do You karya Fellexandro Ruby. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, sumber materi diidentifikasi melalui pembacaan dan analisis. Hasil review buku ini menunjukkan bahwa semua pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan kecemasan dan kekhawatiran hidup dapat terjawab sendiri jika Anda tahu cara menjawab pertanyaan: "Who are you?" Ketika Anda mengenal diri sendiri, Anda memahami bahwa hidup Anda (karir, bisnis, hubungan, dan keuangan) harus merupakan kelanjutan dari siapa diri Anda. Buku ini tidak hanya berfokus pada masalah tetapi juga menawarkan jawaban atas rasa takut menemukan kehidupan dan mengenal diri sendiri. Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mereview buku “Dahsyatnya Kekuatan Berfikir Positif: Dapatkah Mengubah Hidup?” yang ditulis oleh Norman Canfield. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun dan membangkitkan aspek positif pada diri, baik itu berupa potensi, semangat, tekad maupun keyakinan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif analisis isi (Content analysis) yang dilakukan terhadap buku tersebut. Penulis juga menggunakan sumber data sekunder dari berbagai artikel dan buku yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian. Buku ini merupakan buku inspiratif yang membahas mengenai mengubah hidup dengan berfikir positif. Berpikir positif merupakan sikap mental yang melibatkan pikiran-pikiran dan kata-kata yang membangun perkembangan dalam berfikir. Berfikir positif juga merupakan sikap mental yang mengharapkan hasil yang baik serta menguntungkan. Buku ini mengajak pembaca untuk melakukan analisis mendalam terhadap diri sendiri untuk melakukan hal-hal positif, agar menghadirkan kebahagiaan dan kesuksesan dalam setiap situasi dan tindakan.   Kata Kunci: Berfikir, Positif, Hidup, Kebahagiaan, Kesuksesan   Abstract – The purpose of this study is to review the book “The Powerful Power of Positive Thinking: Can It Change Lives?” written by Norman Canfield. This research was conducted to build and generate positive aspects of oneself, be it in the form of potential, enthusiasm, determination or belief. This study uses a qualitative approach to content analysis (Content analysis) conducted on the book. The author also uses secondary data sources from various articles and books related to the research object. This book is an inspirational book that discusses changing lives by thinking positively. Positive thinking is a mental attitude that involves thoughts and words that build development in thinking. Positive thinking is also a mental attitude that expects good and profitable results. This book invites readers to conduct an in-depth analysis of themselves to do positive things, in order to bring happiness and success in every situation and action.

Abstract

Islamization of science is a movement to integrate Islamic values and principles into various disciplines, aiming to create knowledge that is in accordance with Islamic ethics and morality. In the context of globalization and rapid modernization, challenges to the application of science based on Islamic teachings are increasing. This research explores the relationship between worldview, paradigm, and theory in the process of Islamization of science. Using qualitative and descriptive research methods with note-taking techniques, analysis of literature and thoughts from key figures such as Imre Lakatos and Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, this article focuses on how Islamic values can be integrated in the development of scientific theories and methodologies. The results show that the Islamization of science involves not only changing the content of science, but also the approach used in research. In addition, resistance from secular thought is a major challenge in the implementation of Islamization. This study concludes that the Islamization of science can produce knowledge that is not only academically useful, but also supports moral and ethical commitments, which are important for creating a generation of Muslim scientists with integrity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menentukan cara terbaik untuk menerapkan standar intelektual yang ideal untuk membangun sistem pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan simak catat. Sumber data untuk laporan ini berasal dari narasi lisan yang disampaikan oleh Sabda Putra Subekti di channel YouTube Gita Wirjawan yang berjudul "Sabda Ps: Tanpa Standar Intelektual, Peradaban Bisa Celaka | Endgame #57". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk menjaga kualitas peradaban manusia dengan individu dan masyarakat yang ditargetkan, manusia membutuhkan standar intelektual di setiap bagian komunitas. Awal dari penelitian ini adalah polarisasi ide yang menghambat seseorang untuk berpikir kritis dan demokratis. Seseorang harus memiliki tingkat intelektual yang cukup untuk berpikir logis dan membuat keputusan yang bijaksana.
