Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial performance and company size on company value with Good Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in the consumer goods industry sector in 2019-2021. The population in this study was 72 companies in the consumer goods industry sector, with a research sample of 24 companies. This type of research is a quantitative method. With the purposive sampling method, the data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique uses SPSS 26. The results of the analysis obtained are that Financial Performance has a negative and significant effect on Company Value, Company Size does not affect company value, Good Corporate Governance can moderate the relationship between the influence of Financial Performance on Company Value, Good corporate governance can moderate relationship between company size and company value.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are a very important or key factor in the form of individuals or groups of people or workers as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve the business goals of a business. In business development to carry out greater expansion, a business's human resources function as assets that can be trained and developed in accordance with business interests in the business. HR management is tasked with recruiting, evaluating worker performance, ensuring that each person carries out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with their job, and maintaining worker satisfaction with their work environment so as to create effective conditions that support workers in increasing business profits for a business. However, the perception of the approach taken by HR management varies according to the size of the business, whether small or large. In this article, the difference in perception between small businesses such as Risol "Margo" and large businesses such as PT. Unilever's HR management effectiveness is based on 4 (four) factors, namely resource availability, recruitment and retention processes, employee responsibilities, and organizational structure which will influence both businesses in achieving their business goals.

Abstract

The development of free trade has created increasingly fierce business competition, which has encouraged companies to become more creative in carrying out their business activities. The market is characterized by various new products and services, with innovation continuing to develop. The company makes various efforts to increase sales, meet customer needs, and increase trust. Scarlett Whitening is a beauty product quite popular in Indonesia, as seen from its high sales figures, and it can beat foreign products. It is necessary to evaluate and improve several promotional efforts that have been carried out, such as those of celebrity endorsers and brand image, when faced with purchasing decisions and consumer trust as intervening variables. This research aims to determine the influence of Celebrity Endorsers and Brand Image on purchasing decisions, with consumer trust as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative. Data is presented through questionnaires distributed to 150 student representatives throughout Indonesia using the SEM PLS method for testing and hypothesizing. The results of this research show that there is no influence between celebrity endorsers and consumer trust and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The boarding house X has 93 rooms with different facilities so that it is necessary to design a boarding house accounting information system to manage the business process. Before designing a system, it is necessary to analyze system needs as a framework that can help solve problems and categorize needs. The PIECES Framework method (Performance, Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, Service) is useful for measuring the functional and non-functional needs of the accounting information system to be built. The results of this study show the overall average value of the importance of the six PIECES framework domains is 4.45 with the predicate VERY IMPORTANT. The data was obtained from 50 respondents who were residents of boarding house for daughter X. From this data, it can be concluded that it is necessary to design a boarding house accounting information system.

Abstract

Management accounting information systems play a role in helping managers identify problems, resolve problems, and evaluate performance. This information refers to the process of continuous value improvement in increasing the value of either a product or service. This research aims to determine the characteristics of the management accounting information systems applied at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Manado Branch Office in supporting the achievement of financial performance. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research and reseach data collection is carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the management accounting information owned by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Manado Branch Office, namely information that has the characteristics of broad scope, timeliness, aggregation, and integration has been carried out will which really helps management manage existing information, especially in decision making and helps in improving financial performance for the better.

Abstract

The funding for community empowerment on Hiri Island, an isolated administrative district of Ternate City, requires attention to support the development of the island communities. The objective of this study is to assess the application Minister of Finance Regulation in the allocation of funds in 2023 year. This study used a qualitative methodology to examine Edward III's concept of policy implementation. With the qualitative methodology, the studies finding that the allocation of funds has proven to be highly effective in empowering the community. The communication, allocation of resources, performance of staff, and work quality of Hiri sub-district employees are highly professional. Their team demonstrate a transparent disposition, collaboration is commendable, including the effective mechanism for controlling policies at the lower levels.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of compensation and motivation on employee turnover at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Snack Division either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Snack Division having its address at Jalan Ancol Barat I No. 10, RW.3, Ancol, Kec. Pademangan, North Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 14430. The type of this research is quantitative with the method is causal research. The population in this study were employees of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Snack Division consisted of 120 people and used a type of sample, namely the entire population was sampled, namely all employees of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Snack Division has 120 employees. The results of this study note that compensation has a positive effect on employee turnover, this can be seen from the t test with tcount 9.134 > ttable 1.657 with a significance level of 0.000 this value is smaller than 0.1 (0.000 < 0.1). Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Turnover, this can be seen from the t-test with a t-value of 4.024 > t-table 1.657 with a significance level of 0.000 this value is greater than 0.1 (0.000 <0.1). Compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover, this can be seen from the results of the F test with an Fcount of 43,333 while Ftable of 3.07 means 43,333> 3.07. Thus, it can be interpreted that discipline and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on employee turnover.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what kind of marketing strategy should be used to increase patient satisfaction and also to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist at the Voluntary Healthy Clinic. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Primary data was collected through interviews with several clinic stakeholders. Apart from using the interview method, the author also uses observation and documentation methods to deepen the data obtained. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of this research show that an effective marketing strategy used to increase patient satisfaction is at quadrant 1 point, namely supporting aggressive strategies (SO/Strengths and Opportunities) by implementing several strategies, namely (1) By utilizing a strategic location, the clinic can take advantage of various opportunities such as develop services or programs, namely laboratories, midwifery, inpatient services, etc. and carry out promotions via internet media, distribute brochures and put up banners, (2) With strengths such as ambulance facilities, various kinds of patent medicines, home services care/home visits, long-distance consultations provide opportunities to increase patient satisfaction and also increase patient confidence in seeking treatment at the Voluntary Healthy Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Earning Per Share on stock returns in LQ 45 for the 2016 – 2022 period, to determine the partial effect of Interest Rate on stock returns in LQ 45 companies for the 2016 – 2022 period, to determine the partial effect of Interest Rate on stock returns in LQ 45 companies for the period 2016 – 2022 and to determine the simultaneous effect of interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns in LQ 45 companies for the period 201 6 – 202 2 . The research method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports and data from Bank Indonesia. The selection of samples in this study are companies that are listed on the IDX from 20 16 to 202 2 which are included in the company. The results of the study stated that the variables partially had no effect on stock returns while the interest rate and exchange rates had a partial effect on stock returns. Simultaneously variables, Interest Rates, and exchange rates have a significant influence on stock returns. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination that the variable, Interest Rate and exchange rates have the greatest influence Interest Rate and exchange rates have a significant influence on stock returns. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination that the variable, Interest Rate and exchange rates have the greatest influence Interest Rate and exchange rates have a significant influence on stock returns. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination that the variable, Interest Rate, and exchange rates have the greatest influence 39.7%.

Abstract

Tracer Study is research that can provide useful information for evaluating the results of higher education and can then be used to improve and guarantee the quality of higher education. This research uses a quantitative research approach with a survey research type. The research population is Management Department graduates who graduated in 2019 and 2020. The sample used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is sample members. The research results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and information about graduates was extracted including the number of graduates. Includes who the graduates are, employment status of graduates, waiting time for graduates, coverage of graduates' workplaces. The research results show that Management graduates are able to survive as private sector employees. Horizontal Alignment reaches 90%, which means that most management study program graduates have worked in fields relevant to their study background.
