<![CDATA[In principle, roads in Tolitoli Regency have been equipped with a drainage system. From the results of the field survey, the data needed as a reference for evaluating the drainage system are obtained, namely the dimensions of the channel, the area of the study area as primary data and land surface elevation, population data as secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed in order to obtain different soil surface heights, different heights at each point of the drainage channel, the dimensions of the current drainage channel along with the depth of sediment in the drainage channel, so that the cause of the malfunction of the drainage system can be determined. The cause of non-functioning drainage in urban residential areas is due to sedimentation at the bottom of the channel which causes drainage not optimal. So it is necessary to maintain the function of the existing drainage channels in urban residential areas so that they can function optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation oh health protocol at citilink airlines, all officers who work in airport area or all prospective to comply with the health or SOP protocols of the pandemic. Applying health protocols is expected to minimize the spread of the covid-19 virus and create a world of aviation. This research is a qualitative kind. The method for collecting data in this study is interviews, observation, documentation, and library studies. The purpose of the study is to know how the application of health protocols to citilink airlines, and how the application of health protocols to the word of aviation will affect aircraft. Studies show that the application of health protocols in citilink airlines corresponds with the same SOP as it does. Based on the findings of the researchers, prospective passengers object to, regulations that require every prospective passenger to perform PCR.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of control of the movement of aircraft, vehicles and on the apron must be monitored by the relevant Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers in maintaining and improving the security and traffic safety of the movement of aircraft, vehicles and people, so as to create aspects of security, safety and smoothness on the air side. especially on the apron. This study aims to determine the provision of safety for personnel, vehicles and equipment while on the apron because there is no service road, and to determine the parking arrangements for pilot school aircraft by Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers. The study used qualitative research methods, using the Triangulation method. The results showed that 1) Aviation safety on the air side is the most important part in the implementation of flight activities, 2) Training aircraft parking is carried out by training instructors from each pilot school and has been determined by AMC officers. If there are additional aircraft, there will be a change in the parking system, where the AMC unit plays a role in taking over the task of parking the aircraft.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 virus is a pandemic has lasted from December 2019 until now, at this time Covid-19 is declared to have become endemic because the handling can be controlled. The Covid-19 virus pandemic that occurred hhad an impact on the air transportation mode sector due to the rapid soread of the Covid-19 virus. Rapid test sereological is on of the methods to detect whether there is Covid-19 virus transmission in a person’s body. This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of the Rapid test has on passenger satisfaction in the new normal era at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Solo. This study uses quatitative reserch by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 96 respondents to all passengers at Adi Soemarmo Airport solo, in analyzing the data the instruments used are validity test, reliability test, simple linier test, t test and R square determination test. The results of this indicate that there is a significant effect between the influence of the Rapid test on passenger satisfaction and evidence that it has The results of determinant coefficient in this study obtained a determinant value of 0,389 which means that magnitude of the effect of the variable rapid test (X) on the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) is 38,9% at Adi Soemarmo International Aiport Solo.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the Government's Strategy in Controlling and Structuring Street Vendors in Susumbolan Market, this study uses qualitative descriptive. The obstacles encountered in the field are the lack of communication carried out by the government in controlling and structuring street vendors, lack of awareness of traders, lack of facilities and infrastructure. Efforts made by the government in controlling and structuring street vendors are through increasing socialization to street vendors. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Government's Strategy in Controlling and Structuring Street Vendors in the Susumbolan Market can be said to be quite good.]]>

<![CDATA[The research used in this research is quantitative research. This study aims to explain the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through the submission of hypotheses and to analyze how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from reports on the realization and targets of PAD and PBB revenues at the Tolitoli BKD office. Data collection techniques using time series data with data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research used, it can be concluded that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent or the effect of land and building taxes on local revenue in Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2020 period. With an R-square value of 61% and the remaining 39% influenced by other variables outside the study, for example the Cost of Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB). This research is expected to be taken into consideration by the Tolitoli Regency Government to support effectiveness and efficiency in the management of Land and Building Taxes and Regional Original Revenues.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to design a condominium building with a modern architecture approach. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method where in this method is carried out through a search for existing problems in the form of facts that occur in the field to identify the fulfillment of a place to live for low-income people. The data obtained are then analyzed to determine the need for the construction of flats with a Modern Architecture concept approach. In addition, the building is also more impressive with the use of fabricated materials, there are many openings in the building that function as ventilation, natural lighting, and the building is more impressive open so that the view from the building is very good. The total area of the site or location for the construction of this flat is 12,000 m² with planned BC.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the research is to determine Lecturer Perception on Using LMS in Teaching E-Learning Process in Teacher English Department. It was aqualitative research used 3 lecturers and 4 students as a sample. They were the lecturers of English Department in academic years 2020/2021. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative.The results of this study indicate that as long as lecturers use LMS are (a) in perceive e ase of use it is found score of lecturers are 4,7% strongly agreed and agreed 52,3% and doubted is 42,80%. (b) in perception of the usefulnessis strongly agreed 17% and agreed 56% although doubted is 27,70%.(c) attitude toward the use of LMs is strongly agreed 22%, agreed 44% and doubted is 33,30%. (d) behavioral intention to use, score is agreed 83% and doubted 66,65 (e) job relevance, it is found that mean score of lecturer is agreed 67% and doubted 49,95%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the perception of English lecturers regarding the use of LMS is a positive idea. Based on interview of students perception of English department in six semester those are MN, AAF, SN, and MA of using LMS in teaching learning process that the researcher conclude those students are easy to access LMS, Students perception based on the important of using LMS is very useful for this time.]]>

<![CDATA[In every educational process, students are input components that have a central position, an educational process cannot take place without the presence of students, called students. When entering a teaching and learning process in schools, students have certain backgrounds that determine their success in following the learning process and naturally students have different characteristics. The main problem in this study is whether there is a difference in the learning achievement of children of employees and non-employees and whether the work (profession) of parents can affect the learning process. The theory that strengthens this research uses several theories related to the title, namely the notion of learning, the notion of motivation, the notion of learning achievement, the factors that influence learning. To provide answers to questions and to prove the hypothesis, qualitative analysis methods are used. Based on the results of the discussion of this study, it can be stated that the work of parents has no effect on children's learning achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Regional Original Income on Economic Growth in Central Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2019 Period. The instrument used in this study is a ratio scale with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple linear analysis show that Regional Original Income has an effect on Economic Growth, Regional Taxes have an effect on Economic Growth, Regional Levies have an effect on Economic Growth, Results of Separated Regional Wealth Management have no effect on Economic Growth, Other Legitimate Regional Original Income has an effect on Economic Growth in Regencies/Cities in Central Sulawesi for the 2015-2019 Period.
