<![CDATA[In the era of globalization, technology is developing very rapidly in line with the needs of today's society. The rapid development of technology today is very helpful for people's activities in terms of knowing information from various worlds, news and data transmission. This research focuses on the promotions provided and the prices offered by Lion Air. This study aims to determine how positive the impact of promotions and prices offered so that many are interested in buying tickets on Lion Air Airlines. The method used is a statistical method with a quantitative research design. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The data collection instrument used a Likert scale. Researchers used data analysis techniques with 2 tests, namely: instrument testing and hypothesis testing. In the instrument test there is an i test of validity and reliability, and in the hypothesis test there is an t test, an f test, a test of the coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression tests. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the impact of airport trains on taxis at Yogyakarta International Airport and find out whether there are differences in the income of conventional taxis. This research was taken in March 2022 at Yogyakarta International Airport. In obtaining data the author uses quantitative methods with questionnaires. The data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 55 all taxi drivers at the airport. The data processing method used was validity test, reliability test, statistical descriptive test, and hypothesis testing which included independent sample t-test. The results show the mean value of 2.56 which means it is negative. Researchers tested the Independent t-test hypothesis to calculate the difference in the income of taxi drivers before and after the airport train. The result is a value of 0.000, the value is less than 0.05, this shows the impact of airport trains on the income of conventional taxis.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gut competence on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data processing using SPSS Version 24.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression, and to find out how much influence teacher competence has on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan. The results of the simple linear regression test obtained the equation, Y = 3.876 + 0.476X, where teacher competence has a significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan, the coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.607 which means that the teacher competency variable affects teacher performance in SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan by 60.7%. To find out whether the hypothesis is accepted in this study, the technique used partially on the independent variable is the teacher competency variable (X) which has a t count of 7.666 > 1.68595, meaning that it has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. So Ha is accepted because t count > t table. Therefore, it can be concluded that teacher competence or independent variables have a significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of the crisis of love found in the community of Christ's followers today. Nowadays, it is found that the lives of most of the believers who in fact profess to be followers of Christ, but in fact show the value of life that is contrary to their confession of faith, whereas Christianity is identical with love and care based on a high impulse of compassion towards others as a form of service. The real. Because, if the basis of Christianity is no longer love as has been taught and demonstrated by Jesus Christ during his presence and ministry on earth, of course it is an irony. The research approach method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through various sources such as the Bible and other literature, interviews, and other sources that are related to the topic of study. The result: first, the purpose of life for some followers of Christ is not to exalt Christ, but rather for their own sake. Second, the value of the life that some followers of Christ live is not different from the value of the life of people in the world (outside of Christianity).]]>

<![CDATA[Education is an important pillar for human resource development. Without education, there will be no next generation of intelligent, noble and tough people. This study aims to find out about the role of innovation in supporting teaching and learning activities through technological advances. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by seeking data from the results of the study, conducting observations and interviews, where we took random samples from several elementary, middle, and high school levels in Ngawi Regency. The results of innovation research are useful in developing methods of teaching and learning activities that create new learning methods so that they are useful for improving learning management technology and providing continuous education for the community. Technological advances have an important role in teaching and learning activities during the pandemic, especially in Ngawi Regency in order to realize sustainable education that has an impact on people's lives.]]>

When viewed from an economic point of view, the role of airports in the transportation system uses suppliers (providers of goods), manufactures and consumers so as to create a pattern that is productive and efficient and is a major factor in economic development. PT. Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo Surakarta has a goal that can support improving the quality and quality of airport services, one of which is to become a commercial airport that is able to provide airport services, in accordance with established international standards and is able to meet the needs of service users. This study aims to determine the application of the safety management system of AMC officers in dealing with wild life hazard management in the airside area of Adi Soemarmo Airport, Surakarta. Knowing solutions that can be applied to problems regarding wildlife hazard management and handling wild animals in the airside area of Adi Soemarmo Airport, Surakarta. The researcher used triangulation technique as a technique to check the validity of the data. According to Sugiyono (2019) in data collection techniques, triangulation is defined as a data collection technique that combines various data collection techniques and existing data sources. Based on the results of research conducted at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Surakarta regarding the analysis of the safety management system of AMC officers in dealing with the dangers of wild animals that have been carried out by AMC officers in the airside area, it is in accordance with procedures and carried out carefully, this is evidenced by the results of their work and efforts in handling wild animals that interfere with the activities of workers in the airside area.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic has changed various aspects of life, including the economic sector such as tourism. At the same time, an innovation strategy is needed so that tourism can survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to introduce applicable strategies that are the key to the revival of tourism in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, using a literature study. The results of this study explain how the tourism sector, such as: 1. The travel agency uses one of its strategies in dealing with the pandemic, namely the Virtual Experience where this strategy is an expert trying to teach the audience how to make or do something, make coffee, and learn make-up for example; 2. Tourist Attractions also use the Virtual Music Concert strategy for music lovers who still want to hear their idols sing live during the pandemic even though they are not in the same location as their idols; 3. MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) even implements the Online Exhibition Matters strategy where art lovers can still enjoy indigenous artworks online; 4. Hospitality implements one strategy, namely Work From Hotel specifically for workers who must continue to complete work during the pandemic and hotels provide a comfortable place for workers with complete facilities; 5. Tourism transportation is a public space that can become the center of the spread of the pandemic, therefore each tourist transportation must implement a strategy such as the Chse Protocol In Public Transportation, where transportation must serve passengers who want to travel by paying attention to health protocols (obligation to wash hands, wear masks and maintain distance), in addition, hand sanitizers are placed at each point, checking body temperature, filling e-HAC and many other protocols. and 6. The restaurant also implements the Dine-In Loyalist, Experience Seeker strategy where each restaurant customer is separated by a transparent barrier so that they can still enjoy food but also communicate.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem is that the effectiveness of communication has not been carried out in educational organizations. This study aims to analyze and explain the description of the level of employee work effectiveness, the effectiveness of the dimensions of organizational communication vertically and horizontally, as well as the factors that cause the effectiveness of organizational communication at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Pattimura University. The design of this study used a univariate descriptive quantitative method with a sample size of 25 people and the analytical technique was porcentative and conversional through the sociometric choice status index (ISP) in determining the priority of improvement by taking into account the relationship in the univariate model. The results of the analysis prove that the Factors Causing Organizational Communication Effectiveness are related through the Effectiveness of Organizational Communication Dimensions that affect Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) of 0.704 (70.4%) based on ISP as a follow-up increase by considering the intervention of other factors in outside the univariate research model of 0.296 (29.6%). The findings of this study in a univariate scope provide opportunities for structured improvement and strengthening of organizational communication which has implications for the achievement of optimal realization of Organizational Communication Effectiveness at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Pattimura University]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the leading economic sector and the value of the income multiplier effect, shifting economic structure in Meranti Islands Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data used secondary data is time series data obtained from BPS. The analytical tools used are Location Quotient (LQ) and shift share. The results of the LQ analysis show that the leading sectors are agriculture, forestry and fisheries, the transportation and warehousing sector, the government administration sector, defense and mandatory social security. The results of the shift share analysis that are included in the competitive advantage are agriculture, forestry and fisheries. From the results of the analysis using two tools, namely LQ and shift share, which are included in the leading economic sectors in the Meranti Islands Regency, namely: the agricultural, forestry, and fishery sectors. These sectors include basic and competitive sectors.]]>

<![CDATA[The leadership style in today's development is certainly very necessary, because the leadership style must be able to adapt it, in this article it consists of leadership style variables, motivation and employee performance, using a literature review methodology of about 75 articles, in this case it is found that leadership style has a significant relationship with employee performance, a leader influences employees in carrying out their leadership responsibilities. Communication skills are one of the most important leadership style competencies. Lack of motivation has a negative effect on employee performance. Employee motivation is a problem that many organizations face. Leadership style in communicating with employees affects employee performance. Therefore, researchers should explore the relationship of leadership styles that can be used to increase motivation on employee performance, leadership style and motivation require a better understanding of the strategies needed to improve the performance of their employees.]]>
