This study was to find out how the financial condition of PT Angkasa Pura I&II (Persero) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic based on calculations using the Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio), Solvency (Debt to Assets Ratio), Profitability (Net Profit Margin) and Activity (Total Assets Turn Over). The data source used is secondary data obtained from the websites https://ap1.co.id/id and www.angkasapura2.co.id. The results of this study a comparison between the two companies through the calculation of the ratio. So it can be concluded that the two companies experienced a lot of decline in profit during the pandemic, but in terms of liquidity both companies were in poor numbers, namely in the 2020 period. This decline was largely due to the Large-Scale Social Restriction regulation which resulted in the temporary closure of several flight routes.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of services and products on decision making using the services of the airline Pt. Garuda Indonesia at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. By considering the aspects of comfort and safety when using air transportation.This research is a quantitative research. The method used in this research is a questionnaire method with a questionnaire instrument and the research subjects used are service users at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport, totaling 92 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed with IBM SPSS 22 statistics using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that H1 and H2 were accepted. meaning that services and products affect the decision to use the services of an airline Pt. Garuda Indonesia at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. Where the tcount value of the service variable is 2.809 and the tcount value of the product variable is 3.286.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of occupational safety on employee performance, (2) the effect of occupational health on employee performance, (3) the effect of occupational safety and health on employee work performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique of 50 employees of the passasi unit of PT. Gapura Angkasa Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The data collection technique uses direct questionnaires, the data that has been studied can then be analyzed through multiple linear analysis. This research was conducted in September 2021. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that (1) work safety had a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa Juanda International Airport Surabaya, (2) occupational health has a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa Bandarr Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, (3) occupational safety and health simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa, Juanda International Airport, Surabaya, amounted to 28.2% with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

PT. Citilink is one of the airlines that applies the LCC concept. Flights that provide cheap ticket prices and minimalist flight services are called LCC. This LCC-based airline offers an increase in the use of flight services in Indonesia. In addition , rivalry is also increasing due to the emergence of many airlines that are included in the category of low cost carriers. An effort that is needed to be able to compete and increase Citilink's sales volume is a promotional strategy and prices that are in line with the purchasing power of the market share. This study intends to partially test the effect of promotion on buying interest, partially test the effect of price on buying interest, test the effect of promotion and price simultaneously on buying interest. This research uses quantitative research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study are Citilink airline service users at El Tari Kupang International Airport. The sampling technique used by the researcher is a non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling with 100 users of Citilink airline services.Furthermore, the data analysis used is multiple analysis, T-test, F-test, coefficient of determination with the SPSS 20The results of this study state that promotions do not affect the buying interest of Citilink airline service users, there is a price effect on Citilink airline service users' buying interest, promotions and prices simultaneously affect the buying interest of Citilink airline service users. Promotion and price factors have an effect of 74.2 on buying interest on Citilink airlines, and the remaining 25.8% are influenced by other factors or other variables that are not known or not included in this study.

The pattern of people moving from villages to cities has become a pattern in various places, including in Paniai Regency. This pattern makes the village 'abandoned', while the city becomes congested. Therefore, the Paniai Regency Government issued a Return to Kampung policy so that the Paniai community returned and built a village. This policy has a derivative program for Coffee Farmers, all of which are funded by the Regency government. Therefore, this study looks at the implementation of these policies from the government's perspective. This study used qualitative research methods. The data was taken using the Literature Study Technique sourced from the news media that wrote about this activity, the Paniai district government website and social media channels. The result of this research is that the coffee planting program is able to make the Paniai community return to their village and empower the Paniai community

The development of technology began in primitive times along with human civilization, starting from conventional technology and evolving into an all-digital and sophisticated technology. Technology is a set that helps daily human activities. Of course, this will also impact human behaviour and civilization because technology affects the human experience using technology. Technology is included in all lines as a symbol of the progress of civilization and has a positive impact. However, technology that is considered the progress of the times has a negative impact, namely the destruction of nature due to technological destruction, such as global warming, consumerism, addiction, depression, and FOMO, which become problems due to the use of technology. Technology will affect the experience so that it affects the individual human person. Therefore, a development centred on the human point of view has a bad impact because everything is measured from the human point of view. As a result, nature is damaged, and many plants, the environment, and animals die, many animals die. Technology becomes an instrument that leads humans to destruction and arrogance, and arbitrary actions become human nature. Behind the technology behind bringing benefits, some things must be paid for. So there is a need for a discourse on development change by looking at all aspects so that the location of the problem can be known. Overcome, it is necessary to have a discourse on the ethics of responsibility, namely by looking at the negative impact before it happens. So that the development paradigm can be reviewed and practically, individuals can think of undesirable things to avoid.

Batik Air's check-in counter service has not been maximized. Like when checking in the old officer in handling passengers. because there is only 1 check-in counter which results in a relatively long queue buildup. The purpose of this study is to (1) find out how is the check-in counter service of for Batik Air passengers at Komodo Airport (2) Labuan Bajo and their level of satisfaction on the service. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of this study, for the Check-in Counter service is good and is in accordance with the provisions of PM No. 49 of 2012 and Doc. No: TND/SOP-01. From these results, the average passenger who uses Batik Air Airlines is satisfied with the services provided by the Batik Air Airlines check-in counter

The purpose of this study: to analyze retail management at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Surakarta; Describe the benefits of retail, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of retail management. This type of descriptive qualitative research. The results showed: Retail management planning, organizing, directing and supervising. An important benefit of retail at the airport is that passengers make it easier to find products. Supporting factors for managing retail promotions, large number of passengers, attractive physical evidence, and quality workforce. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for managing retail where rent is expensive, access to the airport is not as easy as having your own retail store, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of passengers has dropped drastically.

This study aims to see how the influence of service excellent ground handling officers on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. The sampling technique in this study is a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method, the number of samples obtained is 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with the analytical methods used, namely validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, and t test (partial). The results of the simple linear regression test show that there is a unidirectional effect, which means that service excellent has a positive effect on passenger satisfaction. The results of the t-test show that the significance value is <0.05 and the tcount > ttable value. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the study concluded that service excellent had a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate.

This study aims to determine how to determine aircraft parking stands at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, how to coordinate the AMC unit team in handling aircraft parking, to find out the obstacles faced, to find out the efforts made by AMC officers to overcome problems when handling aircraft parking stands. This research uses a qualitative research type. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive method with the Miles and Huberman model, namely reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results showed that AMC officers had fully coordinated with related units in handling aircraft parking, but there were several obstacles such as oil/fuel spills on the apron and lack of coordination between airlines and AMC units, as well as departure and arrival schedules that were not in accordance with the schedule. Efforts made by AMC officers are optimizing the use of aircraft parking stands, communicating and coordinating well with related parties, and always conducting routine inspections in the apron area.
