The purpose of the research entitled Analysis of the Utility System at the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Building, Thailand to provide an overview of the utility system applied to the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Building, Thailand using a descriptive method by direct observation to the research location, collecting literature studies taken from books, articles that are accessed from the internet and then analyze the data. The results show that Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok, Thailand has a fairly good utility system, but some of them need to improve their utility systems such as the Design System for Fire Prevention. Because the better the utility system, the visitors will feel comfortable when in the building and the Architect has succeeded in designing a building where from an architectural point of view, the structure and utility are in accordance with the standard design criteria.

The success and failure of an organization in carrying out its duties and responsibilities is closely related to human resources (HR). In this study, the researchers aimed to (1) determine whether there is an influence of anxiety over the issue of termination of employment on the work motivation of PT. Gapura Angkasa employees at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport, Lombok (2) To determine how much influence anxiety over the issue of termination of employment has on work motivation. employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport Lombok. In this study using quantitative methods with saturated sampling technique of 54 respondents employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport Lombok. Data analysis used simple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that, (1) the anxiety of the issue of termination of employment has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Gapura Angkasa at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport Lombok. (2) the anxiety variable on the issue of termination of employment is influenced by the work motivation variable of 71.3% and the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other variables outside the variable variation model in this study.

This study aims (1) to determine whether there is an effect of service on passenger satisfaction in the drop zone and pick up zone area of Lombok International Airport (2) to find out how much influence the service has on passenger satisfaction in the drop zone and pick up zone area of the International Airport. Lombok. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The population in this study were passengers in the drop zone and pick-up zone area of Lombok International Airport, the number of which was not counted by taking a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that the t-count value was 20.694 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Which means that service has a positive and significant effect on passenger satisfaction in the drop zone and pick up zone areas. The passenger satisfaction variable is obtained from the R Square value, which is 0.814 or 81.4%. This means that the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) is influenced by the service variable (X) of 81.4% and the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study.

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out by the Lion Air airline with the concept of Low Cost Carrier and to know the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy to increase the competitiveness of Lion Air. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection with documentation, observation and interview techniques. Source of data comes from primary data through interviews with managers of Pt. Lion Air, while secondary data was extracted from the internet site. The results of the strategy used by Lion Air airline with the Low Cost Carrier concept have been going well and become an attraction for consumers, then SWOT analysis on Lion Air airline using the company's strengths and opportunities can facing or avoiding the weaknesses and threats of other companies. So it can be concluded that Lion Air has great strengths and opportunities.

The growing world of aviation certainly has implications for human resources and is an asset that must be developed in order to be able to face the developments and challenges faced by the company. Every company certainly has HR management to improve the performance of its employees. For example, research that has been carried out on 27 September-17 October 2021 by directly interviewing 6 resource persons. Where 4 people are the main informants. Descriptive qualitative method as a way of collecting data. The research aims to find out how HR development through training to improve employee performance, find out what are the obstacles in HR management in development through training to improve employee performance, and know HR development strategies through training to improve employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa, Jayapura Sentani Airport. PT. Gapura Angkasa of Sentani Jayapura Airport is general and comprehensive for all employees to create multitasking human resources. In addition, there is further training for licensed employees. Training is usually done in person, but during a pandemic the training is carried out online. The training received by employees is not limited to training at PT Gapura Angkasa, but employees also receive training from airlines handled by PT Gapura Angkasa so that employee performance can be maximized in accordance with existing SOP. Non-licensed training is carried out every 3 to 6 months, while licensed training is carried out periodically every 1 or 2 years according to the validity period of the license. The company's management makes a strategy in training in such a way that the performance of its employees is maximized, effective, efficient, and in accordance with applicable SOPs. Based on the performance indicators, the performance of the HR at PT Gapura Angkasa is in accordance with the indicators.

Science is a constituent part of human civilization and culture. Knowledge can be obtained from various things, one of which is from libraries. The existence of the library can not be separated from the civilization and culture of mankind. This study aims to conduct a study on the role of innovation to improve public literacy through library development. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data in the form of observations and interviews. The results of the innovation research are useful in the development of the AJAR Library which is a new library so that it is useful for improving literacy and providing continuous education for the community. The existence of the AJAR Library aims to arouse public interest and desire to continue reading and learning in order to realize sustainable education that has an impact on people's lives.

Health is a primary need for humans, so this sector continues to experience growth. This study aims to conduct a business feasibility study and examine several things at a company that provides dental and oral health services in West Java called Tami Dental Care. Assessing decoupling and SWOT aspects, management aspects, marketing aspects, production aspects, human resource management aspects, and financial aspects. The results of the study indicate that based on all aspects and especially the financial aspect, it shows that the making of the TDC App that will be carried out is feasible to run. Companies need to maintain financial performance and continue to be profitable companies. one of them is by making the TDC App application.

This study focuses on the effect of E-service quality effect on online repurchase intention with E-trust as a mediating variable for Tokopedia users. The approach used in this research is explanative quantitative research. The number of respondents from this study amounted to 200 respondents with data collection techniques using google form. Meanwhile, the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis which is then followed by path analysis. The results of this study show that e-trust has succeeded in bridging e-service quality on online repurchase intention, with the level of direct influence > the level of indirect influence, which is 0.418, so it is known that e-service quality has an effect on online repurchase intention through e-trust

The culinary business is the biggest business choice because the demand is large, everyone needs to eat and drink, so this sector continues to experience increasingly rapid development. This study aims to determine the business feasibility of the Tempe Pak Iwan Bandung business, from the production aspect, marketing aspect and financial aspect. The results showed that based on the production aspect, marketing aspect and especially on the financial aspect, this Tempe business was said to be feasible with a project life of 5 years at a discount rate of 20%. The analysis of the eligibility criteria resulted in a Payback Period (PP) of 1 year and 8 months, a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 1,077,541,937, a Profitability Index (PI) of 2.6 and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 66%.

Kargo delivery is a common activity that involves the transfer of goods from the place of origin to the destination. In this shipment, there are several types of kargo, one of which is the Dangerous Goods kargo. This study aims to find out how to handle and what are the obstacles in the process of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods kargo. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research type. Qualitative research is often called naturalistic research because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting) which is also known as ethnographic methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation and research at PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo Pontianak Branch. The results showed that there were handling efforts made by PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo in handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods kargo includes administrative handling related to kargo acceptance activities and document inspection such as the completeness of Air Waybill, Shipper Declaration, Dangerous Goods Checklist, then handling in the form of packaging, storage in the warehouse, to loading onto aircraft. Therefore, any handling involving Dangerous Goods kargo must be carefully considered in every detail to minimize the possibility of accidents occurring. Suggestions for PT. Angkasa Pura Kargo Pontianak Branch continues to improve services and supervision, especially during the process of checking goods/kargo for flight safety and security.
