Abstract

Virtual Reality Box is a technology that allows a person to simulate a real object using a smartphone. The purpose of the study was to find out that virtual reality boxes can increase the dental knowledge of elementary school children. Experimental method with pre-posttest design approach. The sample is 30 students. The results of the study can increase dental knowledge significantly, the posttest value (17.4) and the pretest value (7, 1), with statistical tests the results obtained P-value = 0.000 p value <0, statistically important differences in prior knowledge and after watching a dental knowledge video using a virtual reality box. In conclusion, virtual reality box media can improve knowledge.

Abstract

Dental and oral health problems are experienced by many school-age children. The cause is less parental knowledge. The purpose of this study was to increase children's knowledge of maintaining oral and dental hygiene. this method uses pretest-posttest. The target is 30 Madrasah students. The results showed that the use of snakes and ladders educational media about dental and oral hygiene increased knowledge and changed attitudes before playing snakes and ladders media. From the snake and ladder game, it is proven that it can increase the knowledge of 3rd grade Madrasah students in maintaining oral and dental hygiene. This can be seen from the results of the pretest-posttest and evaluations that have been carried out.

Abstract

Research has also been conducted to examine whether the 7P marketing mix has an influence in generating interest in buying Lactuca Sativa lettuce at Mara Farm. The method of determining the location is done by using the method (Purposive Sampling). While the determination of the sample in this study uses (incidental sampling), namely the determination of the sample that accidentally meets the researcher. The methods of collecting data in this study are interviews, questionnaires, observations and documentation. Instrument testing is done by testing the validation and reliability using the SPSS program. The data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis to identify the marketing mix that has been carried out by Marasa Farm and also quantitative data analysis to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at Marasa Farm. So the results of this study indicate that the marketing mix which consists of Product, Process and Physical Evidence variables partially has a significant influence on buying interest with a significance value below 0.05% while the Price, Place, Promotion and Human Resources variables partially have no significant effect. significant.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases (NCD) which became a major public health problem both in Indonesia and in the world. Data from the Public Health Office of Jambi showed that hypertension rate was 11.33% in 2019, 3.15% in 2020 and 4.00% in 2021. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension at the Paal Lima Public Health Centre of Jambi City. This study used a cross-sectional design with 214 respondents aged ≥ 18 years old selected through accidental sampling. Data were analysed through chi-square test for bivariate analysis and cox regression for multivariate analysis. The prevalence of hypertension in the study was 33.2%. The multivariate analysis indicated that age (aPR= 2.502; 95% CI: 1.302 to 4.809), salt consumption (aPR= 1.799; 95% CI: 1.086 to 2.978), and stress (aPR= 3.963; 95% CI: 2.355 to 6,670) were correlated with the incidence of hypertension. Age, salt consumption, and stress were the risk factor of the incidence of hypertension. The most dominant factor affecting the incidence of hypertension was stress. Therefore, stress managements are required to reduce stress experienced by people apart from consuming low-sodium food.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and factors related to the use of the nursing laboratory as a place to train the skills independently of students of the Baturaja Nursing Study Program. Data were collected using a quantitative approach with Chi-Square statistical test. The research activity lasted for 6 (six) months. The results of the research from 78 respondents have mostly used the laboratory as a place to practice independent laboratory practice skills. Suggestions to the Baturaja Nursing Study Program to further increase student participation in terms of activeness in practicing independent skills in nursing laboratories so that students are skilled in carrying out action procedures and have readiness during clinical practice in the field and have confidence when dealing directly with patients, and for teaching lecturers.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is one of the most common types of arthritis, this condition causes joints to feel sore and stiff. Swelling can also occur in these joints. To determine the application of red ginger boiled compresses to reduce joint pain in Osteoarthritis sufferers in the Work Area of ​​the Public Health Center of Lubuklinggau City in 2021. Case study subjects used in family nursing case studies namely 2 families who experience osteoarthritis with knee pain problems on a scale of 4-5, female, 45-70 years old, have members who are more than 15 years old, can communicate well, do not suffer from complications of other diseases and do not take medication. Before the action is taken. Research results: during the application of red ginger decoction compresses are able to provide a comfortable effect and help in overcoming joint inflammation that occurs. The application of red ginger boiled compresses can reduce joint pain in osteoarthritis sufferers.

Abstract

In Morocco, the population has used several medicinal plants to relieve and prevent against covid-19. The data were collected through questionnaires and other means (Telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook).The information collected from the survey also showed that the inhabitants of the Central High Atlas of Azilal use during covid-19 a total of 50 species of medicinal plants belonging to 18 families. Based on the ICF value the five symptoms treated were the fever (ICF = 0.90), followed by cough (ICF = 0.79), headache with (ICF = 0.68), breathing difficulties (ICF = 0.61), diarrhea (ICF=0.31), and  fatigue (ICF =  0.22). The results showed that medicinal plants in the study area occupy an important place in the treatment of the principles similar to those of the coronavirus.

Abstract

Hypertension can be caused by various factors, including individual anxiety and stress, and hypertension can trigger anxiety in sufferers. Efforts that can be made to prevent and overcome hypertensive anxiety can be achieved by treatment or non-pharmacological interventions spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT), which can maintain blood pressure stability in the normal range. Various SEFT studies have shown a decrease in anxiety levels. The purpose of the study: to obtain an overview of nursing care in the application of spiritual emotional freedom technique in reducing anxiety in hypertensive patients. Research method: using descriptive research with a case study approach. Performed on both subjects with a medical diagnosis of hypertension and complaints of mild to moderate anxiety. Activities are carried out 2x/week with a duration of 20-30 minutes. The results: there was a decrease in the anxiety of both respondents from moderate to mild anxiety, with complaints of reduced weakness, no cold sweats, relaxed body, and no heart palpitations. Abstract

In this era of globalization, business actors need to be more creative and innovative in building their businesses in order to compete with new competitors. One of the most popular and trending businesses is retail, especially the coffee shop sector. The coffee shop business has become a phenomenon and is currently an attraction for the people of cities in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine human resources through employee productivity in the work environment and to find out the strategies that must be carried out by Stay Kopi-Kopian SMEs regarding improving the quality of human resources for their employees to achieve better productivity results. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews. MSME employees of Stay Kopi-Kopian must develop human resources in their work environment. Suggestions in this study are that the employees of MSME Stay Kopi-Kopian should be given training provided by the makers of the MSME Stay Kopi-Kopian or the government that provides training, so that with this training employees have quality human resources.

Abstract

Analyzing financial ratios helps determine whether a company's financial performance is good or not. This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of PT. Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) uses the ratio analysis of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and activity. The data used are financial reports for the years 2016 – 2020. This research is a comparative descriptive study by examining annual financial statements, and using financial ratio analysis. Based on the profitability ratio of PT. Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) is in the unprofitable category although the return on equity ratio is  excellent  condition, based on the liquidity ratio in the illiquid category, the solvency ratio in the non-solvable category, and the activity ratio in the poor category. So, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Borneo Olah Sarana Sukses Tbk (BOSS) is in the poor category.
