Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi napas dalam terhadap nyeri luka episiotomi di RS Muhammadiyah Palembang.Metode: Metode yang digunanakan pada penelitian adalah praeksperimental dengan rancangan one group prettest-posttest design pada populasi ibu bersalin yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling yang berjumlah 18 orang. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian menggunakan uji wilcoxon karena sebaran data tidak normal.Hasil: Rata - rata usia responden 25,11 tahun (± 4,626), paritas primipara 13 orang (72,2%) dan multipara 5 orang (27,8%), median nyeri luka episiotomi sebelum dan sesudah relaksasi napas dalam berturut-turut 6,00 (min – maks: 4 – 6) dan 4,00 (min – maks: 2 – 6). Untuk rata-rata nyeri sebelum dan sesudah tindakan relaksasi napas dalam berurut-turut didapatkan 5,61 (± 0,979)) dan 3,29 (± 1,098). Uji beda menggunakan uji Wilcoxon karena sebaran data tidak normal dan mendapatkan nilai p= 0,001.Simpulan: Relaksasi napas dalam mempengaruhi nyeri luka episiotomi. Diharapkan praktisi perawat dapat melakukan relaksasi pernapasan dalam sebagai salah satu alternatif implementasi pada ibu postpartum yang menjalani episiotomi. Para akademisi diharapkan dapat mengajarkan siswa tindakan relaksasi pernafasan dalam. Penelitian serupa dapat dilakukan, namun dengan penambahan jumlah sampel dan menggunakan kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is one of the most common types of arthritis, this condition causes joints to feel sore and stiff. Swelling can also occur in these joints. To determine the application of red ginger boiled compresses to reduce joint pain in Osteoarthritis sufferers in the Work Area of ​​the Public Health Center of Lubuklinggau City in 2021. Case study subjects used in family nursing case studies namely 2 families who experience osteoarthritis with knee pain problems on a scale of 4-5, female, 45-70 years old, have members who are more than 15 years old, can communicate well, do not suffer from complications of other diseases and do not take medication. Before the action is taken. Research results: during the application of red ginger decoction compresses are able to provide a comfortable effect and help in overcoming joint inflammation that occurs. The application of red ginger boiled compresses can reduce joint pain in osteoarthritis sufferers.

Abstract

Hypertension can be caused by various factors, including individual anxiety and stress, and hypertension can trigger anxiety in sufferers. Efforts that can be made to prevent and overcome hypertensive anxiety can be achieved by treatment or non-pharmacological interventions spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT), which can maintain blood pressure stability in the normal range. Various SEFT studies have shown a decrease in anxiety levels. The purpose of the study: to obtain an overview of nursing care in the application of spiritual emotional freedom technique in reducing anxiety in hypertensive patients. Research method: using descriptive research with a case study approach. Performed on both subjects with a medical diagnosis of hypertension and complaints of mild to moderate anxiety. Activities are carried out 2x/week with a duration of 20-30 minutes. The results: there was a decrease in the anxiety of both respondents from moderate to mild anxiety, with complaints of reduced weakness, no cold sweats, relaxed body, and no heart palpitations. Abstract

Background : Muscle pain or it can also be called myalgia is one of many disorders and diseases in the body. In general, myalgia is caused by misuse of muscles or muscles that are too tense. Several nursing action therapies for joint pain management using non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is Cupping Therapy, Research Objectives: The results of the application of the wet cupping technique to reduce the pain scale in the shoulder with Trapezius Myalgia in the work area of the Sidorejo Health Center 2022., Research Methods: The Type of This research is descriptive by using the case method. The study was conducted in April 2022. The subjects in this case study were two clients with a diagnosis of Trapezius Myalgia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Research Results: After cupping therapy was performed for 1 time in 2 weeks, the results showed that the pain scale in the subjects decreased in Subject I from pain scale 5 (moderate pain) to pain scale 2 (mild pain) and in subject II there was a decrease in pain scale from pain scale 6 (moderate pain) to pain scale 3 (mild pain). Conclusion: The implementation of cupping therapy can reduce the pain scale in patients with Trapezius myalgia according to the subject's condition and lifestyle factors in each subject in the working area of the Sidorejo Health Center, Lubuklinggau City.
