East Asian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (EAJMR) is a scientific multidisciplinary research journal published by Yayasan Pendidikan Penelitian Pengabdian Algero. Abstract

The study focused to explore the balanced human resource scorecard towards quality, efficiency and timeliness of Secondary Teachers in Sarangani Province. There were one hundred fifty-seven (157) secondary teachers who served as respondents of the study. They are from the Alabel National High School and Malandag National High School respectively. The ANOVA shows that the teachers’ responses about the difference on the balanced human resource scorecard across Profile Age Group, Sex, Grade Level, Teaching Position and Teaching Experience are not significantly different. Results revealed that teachers have very high level of balanced human resource scorecard. Similarly, teachers have outstanding performance level using the balanced human resource scorecard. On the other hand, no correlation is found between balanced human resource scorecard and the performance level of teachers. Furthermore, no significant difference on the responses of the teachers with regards to balanced human resource scorecard and when grouped according to profile.

Abstract

The study examined the employability of Senior High School graduates in the Technical-Vocational and Livelihood Track at Malandag National High School and Alabel National High School from batches 2018, 2019, and 2020. The participants were chosen using the purposive sampling technique within the descriptive survey design; a total of two hundred ninety-three (293) graduates responded by filling out the adapted Graduate Tracer Study survey questionnaire. They responded to an online survey questionnaire, and the collected data was analyzed descriptively using frequency and percentages, means and weighted means, t-test, and analysis of variance as statistical treatments. The majority of graduates are employed, with 202 (68.9%) in service and sales industries, while 91 (31.1%) were unemployed despite having attended college, lacked experience, and had family concerns. Work-related issues were the most common challenge faced by graduates. The study found no significant differences in employability across sex, location, strand, or field of specialization.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to see the implementation of the variables in this article whether it has been implemented with research results and look for supporting literature for the results of this literature research. By reviewing the literature pertinent to this research variable, qualitative techniques are used in this methodology for writing research papers. Theoretical analysis, analysis of the relationships between variables in books and journals acquired both offline and online from Mendeley, Google Scholar, and other online media. The implementation of mentoring, training, counseling, coaching, certification, on employee performance has many existing articles and uses only in the elaboration of the results above as reinforcement found by the research team who are close to the object of research in the cargo object, there has not been a maximum of representatives who state the results with the object of cargo institutions, but other fields.

Abstract

Language that includes understanding, expressing language through receptive language, literacy, and language development is referred to as this aspect of language development. Children evaluated him holistically, taking into account his intellectual accomplishments and all aspects of his personality. A writing study (Library Exploration) with a method of subjective exploration is the type of investigation used in the examination. A writing study is a review used to examine, peruse, record, and cycle research materials in order to gather data or a collection of library information. The specialist is directly connected to the text, which is one of the characteristics of this kind of research. One of the possibilities that youngsters need to develop early is their language potential. When the child looks at the pictures in the media drawing series right away, they become more interested in following the lessons and become more creative when it comes to telling stories.

Abstract

This exploration aims to dissect the influence of herding behavior and overconfidence-bias on investment decisions by millennial generation Cryptocurrency investors in Malang City. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research aims to test and explain the influence of the direct relationship between the variables herding behavior and overconfidence-bias on investment decisions by cryptocurrency investors through hypothesis testing. This research has a sample size of 99 Millennial Generation Cryptocurrency investors in Malang City which was obtained through distributing a Google Form questionnaire using a purposive sampling technique. This research uses the F-test with the SPSS 23 application. The results of this research show that the herding behavior variable has a significant effect on investment decisions. However, this is different, the overconfidence_bias variable does not have a significant effect on investment decisions by millennial generation Cryptocurrency investors in the city of Malang.

Abstract

In today's globalized world, Information Technology (IT) is advancing rapidly, with a strong public interest in information systems. Information Technology (IT) helps governments and organizations process data effectively. The goal of the Smart Economy is to create an ecosystem supporting local economies and adapting to disruptions. To achieve this, financial literacy programs are essential, focusing on three elements: ecosystem, community welfare improvement, and financial transactions. The strategy emphasizes a creative and cooperative industrial environment, benefiting all parties, which ultimately enhances people's well-being. The "KURNIA" initiative offers low-interest business capital loans, benefiting micro-businesses and cooperatives, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This quantitative study explores the causal relationship between the KURNIA program and the empowerment of MSMEs in Kediri City, confirming a significant positive impact.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of BUSAKMIL on the consumption of blood supplement tablets and consumption patterns of anemic pregnant women in the Harapan Baru Community Health Center working area. The method uses a Quasi Experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design and a sample of 29 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of the pocketbook (BUSAKMIL) on the consumption of blood supplement tablets by anemic pregnant women at the Harapan Baru Community Health Center in 2023 (p=0.000) and there was no influence of the pocketbook (BUSAKMIL) on protein and carbohydrate consumption patterns (p=0.109; p =0.0161) and there is an influence of the pocketbook (BUSAKMIL) on energy and fat consumption patterns (p=0.021; p=0.028) of anemic pregnant women at Harapan Baru Community Health Center.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are; 1) Describe and analyze the management of Village Funds in the Jayapura City area. 2) Describe and analyze the determinant factors that support and hinder the management of Village Funds in villages in the Jayapura City area and 3) Provide solutions in efforts to improve the management of village funds in the Jayapura City area. This research uses a qualitative approach, which is limited to efforts to reveal a problem or situation or event as it really is. The results of this study show that the planning stages for managing village funds in Jayapura City are in accordance with applicable regulations, administration activities where recording of village fund financial transactions has been carried out properly.

Abstract

Intake of nutrients has an important role in the growth and development of school-age children; one of them is protein. A sufficient protein intake can support brain development and intelligence so that they can learn well. In general, making biscuits using only wheat flour, which only contains macronutrients and contains few other nutrients, Through the addition of maggot flour and whey protein isolate, it is expected to increase the nutritional value of biscuits, especially protein. The method used in this study was experimental. The organoleptic test using the VAS (Visual Analog Scale) method was performed by 25 semi-trained panelists. The results showed that the addition of different maggot flour and whey protein isolates had a significant effect (p≤0,05) on the quality and content of the biscuits. Treatment with the addition of 70 gr maggot flour and 50 gr whey protein isolate resulted in the highest protein value of 19,28%. While the results of the acceptance test of biscuits treated with the addition of 50 gr maggot flour and 70 gr whey protein isolate were the most preferred biscuits overall, The more maggot flour added to the biscuit dough, the higher the protein value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of company size and profits on company value through the dividend policy of manufacturing companies. The sample population of this study includes companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2019-2021. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, thus an initial sample of 61 companies was obtained for 40 companies. The data source in this study is secondary data. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression and descriptive statistical analysis. Subject of this study shows that the sig value is 0.032 > 0.05 and the t number is 2.770 > t Table 2.262 on the impact of company size on company value, meaning that company size has an impact simultaneously positively affects company value, according to the impact of business size on business value. Subject II shows that the sig value is 0.032 > 0.05 and the t number is 1.571 < Table 2.262 means that there is no effect of profits on firm value. The test results show that business size has a significant positive impact on business value, while profitability does not have a positive impact on business value.
