Abstract

Public spaces to be crucial and indispensable component of democratic civilizations. Public spaces are used for more than just leisure activities. However, public space has significance as a space to dialectics of society. Using a quantitative method and a descriptive analysis of the data gathered from 165 respondents, this study aims to give an overview of the youth in Parepare have begun to interpret public space to oversee many issue and policies. In addition, the youth of parepare also have the opinion that public spaces should be accessible to anyone and utilized for the common good. However, the youth of Parepare contend that the government's alligments in preparing an equal public space for the community.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility merupakan kegiatan perusahaan dalam berbisnis dengan komitmen terhadap pembangunan untuk memberikan kualitas hidup masyarakat yang lebih baik. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani merupakan perusahaan di bawah wewenang Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang melakukan pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility pada bidang pendidikan melalui Program Ruang Pintar. Program ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan akses untuk para anak-anak prasejahtera terhadap Pendidikan yang diharapkan menjadi center of gravity. Metode penelitian ini yaitu dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan dari Program Ruang Pintar sudah sesuai dan menghasilkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat belajar anak-anak prasejahtera.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of tourist perceptions on the post-pandemic era towards Bali tourist destination. The study results provide a basis of how COVID-19 affects tourists’ decision-making process that influenced by their travel behaviour, motivation, preferences and their experiences. Based on the results, the government policies of health protocols implementations and the power of social media influence the tourist perceptions of Bali during the post-pandemic era. The method of this study using focus group discussion with ten participants and supported by secondary data collected by the researcher. These findings contributed to the proposed strategies that increased the number of local and international tourists

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of wall pass and drill pass exercises on the passing accuracy of futsal extracurricular students. This type of research is classified as a quasi-experimental research with a two groups pretest-posttest design method. Data collection methods used are tests, measurements and treatments. The population in this study were all students who took part in the futsal extracurricular with a total of 47 students. The sample in this study were futsal extracurricular students who were still active as many as 20 students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, prerequisite test and t-test. The results showed that there was an increase in the passing accuracy of the futsal extracurricular students, namely for the wall pass group the average increase in the difference between pretest and posttest was 1.8 points, while for the drill pass group the average increase in the difference between pretest and posttest was 1.8 points. 3.5 points.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzed: (1) the use of the internet and social media by dairy farmers from the Rejeki Barokah livestock group as a source of information during the Covid-19 pandemic, (2) factors that influence the utilization and use of social media by dairy farmers from the Rejeki Barokah cattle’s group as a source of information for farmers during the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) the impact of using the internet and social media by dairy farmers from the Rejeki Barokah livestock group as a source of information in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency in January-March 2022. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Main informants in this study was determined by purposive sampling method as many as 5 resource persons and key informants using snowball sampling as many as 7 sources. The method of collecting data is through in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews. The data analysis in this study used the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique and the validity of the data was determined by the triangulation method. Based on the results of data analysis, data obtained: (1) The use of the internet and social media is the use of Whatsapp, Facebook, Browser, and Youtube. (2) The factor of using social depends on their occupation, culture, personality, level of awareness of information, gender, age, availability of time, access, cost, information overload, and the importance of using social media. (3) The impact arising from the use of social media by members in the form of cognitive, conative, affective and psychomotor effects, the use of social media also has an impact on the knowledge of farmers and from the emergence of these impacts can also have an impact on increasing the scale of the livestock business of members Rejeki Barokah Livestock group

Abstract

This study aims to provide an explanation and recommendations based on previous studies on the ethics of the millennial generation in the framework of realizing Pancasila. This research is a qualitative research using a literature review method from previous research and textbooks that are appropriate to the topic. The research data is in the form of primary and secondary data obtained by means of a literature review. Qualitative research data analysis uses the stages suggested by Miles & Hubberman (1992) consisting of data collection, data reduction, displaying the reduced data and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that in general the millennial generation still has ethics in interacting with their environment, although there are several studies showing that the millennial generation is unethical in using social media

Abstract

Gadgets are a form of electronic media that is widely used among the general public, especially children who are still in school. The use of gadgets is very influential on children's social behavior, especially in the way they interact with their social or environment, even though children's gadgets become more emotional and forget time, often neglecting their obligations as students. From that problem, this study aims to determine the social behavior of children who are addicted to playing gadgets during the current pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using observation, structured and in-depth interviews. The research subjects consisted of 10 subjects: 7 children aged 9–13 years, 2 housewives, and 1 mother who worked as a teacher. The results showed that gadgets can affect social behavior in children. The importance of the role of parents during online learning at home is to always be able to provide supervision and knowledge about the use of gadgets that should be useful and not have a negative impact on children.

Abstract

The community's need for full day schools is increasing every year. There are many factors behind this, what is interesting to research is the reasons why parents choose to send their children to full-day school. The author took the example of a full day school in West Kotawaringin district, specifically the Integrated Islamic School. There are two foundations (schools) that implement a full day school system in West Kotawaringin district, namely SIT Al Manar and SIT Cendikia. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, that is, the data collected is in the form of words, images, not numbers. The author made observations and acted as an active observation participant, interviewing parents at both institutions. Then analyze and reduce the data obtained from the field. The results of this research show that what parents need for full day school is for their children to get the right education. Who is not only academically intelligent, but also has character, is socially and emotionally intelligent, and also understands his religion well. Also an equally important reason is that parents want their children to have a good environment when their children are left behind to work.

Abstract

Education is a process that aims to develop the potential of humans and gain useful knowledge for themselves later. But what happens at school, many students secretly violate and ignore the rules. Based on this phenomenon, the authors are interested to conduct research on the factors causing low discipline among 9th-grade students of SMP X in Surakarta. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. In terms of self-awareness, the students were also assessed as lacking. This is because the sanctions given are considered mild for students. The habit of a student who often do things without self-awareness and high responsibility changing their habits into bad habits. The conclusion that can be drawn, SMP X students in Surakarta are classified as having less discipline. This is evidenced by the high level of violation of school rules. The pandemic has also caused a decrease in the quality of discipline from students because it has been changed by the “new normal” which makes students carry out activities more easily at home. Abstract

This study aims to look at the general description of subjective well-being in terms of cognitive and affective aspects, and the contribution of the factors forming subjective well-being to the level of subjective well-being in TK Masyitoh IV Laweyan Surakarta teachers. Subjective well-being is explained as a person's subjective evaluation of his life, including overall satisfaction with life which is characterized by high positive affect and low negative affect (Diener, 1984). The method used in this study was a qualitative method, using semi-structured interviews. The main informants in this study were two teachers of TK Masyitoh IV Laweyan Surakarta, supporting informants in this study were administrators of TK Masyitoh IV Laweyan Surakarta, numbering one person and one student's parents. The results showed that the average subjective well-being of TK Masyitoh IV Laweyan Surakarta teachers was quite high. On average, TK Masyitoh IV Laweyan Surakarta teachers like their life and feel that everything is going well. For further research that is interested in conducting research with the same theme, it is expected to deepen the factors that influence subjective well-being in kindergarten teachers such as gender and age. Respondents who were studied also need to be added with varied backgrounds.
