Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Influence of Personality and Empowerment on Employee Performance at PT.Astra International Daihatsu Tbk.The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were 65 PT. Astra International Daihatsu Tbk employees. Sampling using the Jenu sample method. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 65 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) partially the Personality variables affect the Performance of PT. Astra International Daihatsu Tbk; (2) the Empowerment variable partially affects the Employee Performance of PT. Astra International Daihatsu Tbk; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Personality and Empowerment on Employee Performance of PT.Astra International Daihatsu Tbk

Abstract

This research aims to know "the influence of human resources development and competence on the performance of Hotel Niagara Parapat employees". This type of research is associative which is a research that is asking relations between two variables. The population in this study was the Hotel employee of Niagara Parapat, as many as 155 employees. And by using slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was as much as 61 respondents taken from all employees of the population. Based on the test results it can be seen that the partial test on the development of human Resources variable (X1) and the competency variable (X2) partially have a positive and significant influence on the performance variable (Y). Based on the test results F obtained the development of human Resources (X1) and competence (X2) simultaneously influence positively and significantly against the performance variables. And can be deduced from the Adjusted R Square value obtained by 0.679. To see the great effect of free variables against variables bound by calculating coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so it is obtained by 67.9%. Performance (bound variables) can be explained by the development of human Resources (X1) and competence (X2). The remaining 22.1% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.

Abstract

AbstractThe food industry is a fairly large and rapidly growing group of companies in Indonesia. This industry is also one of the industries whose growth is quite good. The development of this industry is inseparable from the population of Indonesia which continues to grow each year. As the population grows, the volume of demand for consumption products also rises. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CR, DER, and EPS on Share Prices at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. This type of research is causal associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with another. The population in this study are all financial reports on PT.Indfood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The sample used is the financial statements at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2009-2018. The method of data analysis is done by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the CR, DER and EPS significantly influence stock prices

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work environment partially on the performance of Lariz Depari Hotel Medan employees and to determine the effect of training and work environment simultaneously on the performance of Lariz Depari Hotel Medan employees.  This type of research is associative.  The population in this study were employees of Lariz Depari Hotel Medan for two months of research using a sample of 45 people.  Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire.  The data analysis technique used is a statistical test that uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and test of determination using SPSS Software for 21.00.The results of the study using the statistical test of t are known that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) that is obtained tcount ttable (6.258 2.018) with a significance level of 0,000 0.05 and work environment variables (X2)  partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) is obtained tcount t table (4,400 2.018) with a significant level of 0,000 0.05.  The results of the F test for training variables (X1) and work environment (X2) can be concluded that the training variables (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) that is obtained Fcount Ftable (47.572  3.22) with a significant level of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

Influence of HR Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Medan branch of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas, Skripsi, 2019.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Effect of HR Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan Branch.The research method used is associative research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the level of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan Branch, amounting to 65 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the total population is relatively small, as many as 65 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) partially the HR Development variable influences Employee Performance at the Medan Branch of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas (2) partially the Organizational Commitment variable influences Employee Performance at Medan Branch of PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas ;; (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of HR Development and Organizational Commitment affecting Employee Performance at PT. Ikapharmindo Putramas Medan Branch.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the leadership style of employee performance and work discipline on performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumaetra Utara. The sample used in this study were 59 respondents using a questionnaire. The technical analysis in this study uses hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Utara where it is obtained from the value of tcount 2.168 ttable 1.99897 and p-value 0.035 0.05. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera Utara where it is obtained from the value of tcount 3.104 ttable 1.99897 and p-value 0.003 0.05. (3) leadership style and work discipline together have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Pembangkitan Sumatera

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Prices at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. This type of research is associative causal, namely research that aims to analyze the relationship between one variable with other variables. The population in this study are all financial statements at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The sample used is financial statements at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk from 2010-2017. Based on the results of the t test ROA has a significance value of 0.0220.05 and has a regression coefficient of -3054.376 which means that ROA has a negative and significant effect on the stock price at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. ROE has a significance value of 0.0900.05, which means that partially ROE has no effect on stock prices at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. EPS has a significance value of 0.0170.05 has a regression coefficient of 21.878 which means that partially EPS has a positive and significant influence on stock prices at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur. Based on the test results of F, ROA, ROE and EPS has a significance value of 0.0030.05 and shows the value of Fcount Ftable where 30.907 6.591 which means that simultaneously ROA, ROE and EPS have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The value of the Determination Coefficient (R2) is 0.959. So that it can be concluded that 95.9%. stock prices are influenced by ROA, ROE, and EPS and the remainder is 4.1,% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the Effect of Entrepreneurship Orientation and Market Orientation on the Competitive Advantage of Digital Printing MSME in Padang Bulan Medan. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 102 digital printing businesman using the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was 51 respondents. Analysis of the data used is the test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results show that partially there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage and there is a positive and significant influence of market orientation on competitive advantage; while simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.588 or 58.8%. This value shows Competitive Advantage can be explained by the Entrepreneurial Orientation and Market Orientation variables of 58.8%. The remaining 41.2% can be explained by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether self confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan, to find out whether the delegation of authority has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan, and to find out whether self confidence and the delegation of authority have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. The population in this study were all employees of the Human Resource section at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan, amounting to 58 people. The sample in this study amounted to 58 people. this type of research is associative research to find out the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques. Then the research results obtained are self confidence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, delegation of authority has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, then self confidence and delegation of authority have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Location and Satisfaction Against Customer Loyalty At Restaurant Nanda Soto Sei Blutu Medan. This type of research is associative. The population in this study is were 900 people and by using the technique Random Sampling, then the number of samples in this study as many as 90 respondents. Based on the result of research that location variable has a positive effect on loyalty variable with a value 2.646 and ha a significant value of 0.00 0.05 significant meaning. And satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty variable with a value 2.542 and ha a significant value of 0.01 0.05.
