Abstract

This research focuses on optimizing the management of dakwah based ondigital media from the perspective of the Maqashid al-Qur'an. This ismotivated by the fact that recitations are based on courage or digital da'wah,but in fact the results and targets are different. So one of the efforts is tooptimize the management of da'wah. This study uses qualitative methods andlibrary research (library research). The conclusion of this paper is that in aneffort to optimize da'wah management which includes POAC: Planning,Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (supervision/evaluation) when  viewed from the perspective of the Al-Qur'an perspective, the results can provide the impact of individual benefit (al-fardiy), social (al-jama'i), and the civilization of the people (al-'umraniy) both aspects of Maqashid A mah and Khashah. Dalam penelitian ini terfokus kepada optimalisasi manajemen dakwahberbasis media digital pespektif Maqashid al-Qur’an. Hal inidilatangbelakangi bahwa meningkatnya pengajian yang berbasis daring ataudakwah digital, namun demikin pada nyatanya antara hasil dan targetberbeda. Maka salah satu upayanya adalah dengan optimaliasai manajemendakwahnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kualitatif dan penelitiankepustakaan (library research). Kesimpulan tulisan ini bahwasannya dalamupaya optimalisasi manajemen dakwah yang meliputi POAC yaitu Planning(perencanaan), Organizing (pengorganisasian), Actuating (penggerakan), danControlling (pengawasan/ evaluasi) jika dilihat dari perspektif maqashid AlQur’an yaitu hasilnya dapat memberikan dampak kepada kemaslahatan individu (al-fardiy), sosial (al-jam’iy), maupun peradaban umat (al-‘umraniy) baik aspek Maqashid A mah dan Khashah.

Abstract

The objective of this studywas to obtain a general overview of optimizingvfundraising strategies by zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf and how to take care of licensing the opening of zakat outlets through malls / shopping centers in Greater Jakarta. Fred R. David manages strategy management with 3 steps, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. While the purpose of fundraising according to Furqon and Ibrahim, there are five of them; they are collectingzakat funds, adding Muzakki, building the image of an institution, collecting sympathizers / relationships, satisfying donors and muzakki. This research focuses on fundraising strategies for Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah and Waqf outlets through Shopping Centers in Greater Jakarta, using a qualitative research approach. Zakat outlets were examined 6 malls, 2 shopping centers, and 1 zakat headquarters. The results of his researchare that there are differences between official institutions as amilzakat and unofficial ones even though they have formed an Islamic social foundation. They arein institutions that are in the form of foundations but not yet officially as amilzakat institutions, 1. There is no zakat education 2. no audits 3. No reports 4. Less than optimal in fundraising strategies. 5. The program is not used as a fundraising strategy. 6. less ethical. Institutions in the form of foundations and unofficially emphasize the distribution of funds while in the case of raising zakat funds are less accountable. Meanwhile, the amilzakat institution emphasizes the raising of zakat funds in accordance with the name of the institution, namely the amilzakat institution.

Abstract

Biro travel Umroh telah meramaikan bisnis umroh di Indonesia dan maraknya biro travel secara kuantitatif telah mendorong kompetisi pasar yang terbuka bebas. Dengan adanya persaingan tersebut maka diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang tertata dan kompeten untuk menjaring dan menarik minat jamaah umroh.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian paket umroh VIP pada PT. Al Amin Universal Tours, Jakarta Selatan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah bauran pemasaran dan Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian paket umroh VIP pada PT. Al Amin Universal Tours, Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dengan populasi jamaah pada periode Oktober 2018 – Juni 2019. Sampling yang didapat sebanyak 70 jamaah dilakukan kembali menggunakan sampling purposive sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Uji yang digunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda.Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh Sig F 0,000 < 0,05 berarti bahwa variabel bauran pemasaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian paket umroh VIP. Dapat diketahui besar pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian paket umroh VIP sebesar 68.17%. Kata kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Keputusan pembelian Paket Umroh VIP

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana kinerja pasar saham yang mempengaruhi unitlink syariah Prudential Indonesia Periode 2010-dengan menggunakan data harian. Adapun unitlink yang diteliti adalah PRUlink Syariah Rupiah Equity Fund, PRUlink Syariah Rupiah Infrastructure & Consumer Equity Fund, PRUlink Syariah Rupiah Asia Pacific Equity Fund. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari nilai return harian yang bersumber dari website Prudential Indonesia dan Yahoo Finance. Alat analisis yang akan menggunakan metode Vector Autoregression (VAR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini berbukti dalam beberapa model penelitian kinerja indeks pasar saham dapat mempengaruhi return produk unitlink baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang sehingga menguatkan teori bahwa kinerja pasar saham dapat menjadi gambaran bagi peningkatan return produk unitlink khususnya unitlink syariah.  Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pasar modal di Indonesia belum menjadi market driven mengingat besarnya dampak atau efek dari pasar saham global terhadap return produk unitlink syariah di Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Unitlink Syariah; Kinerja Saham; VARABSTRACTThis study analyzes how the stock market's performance affected the Prudential Indonesia syariah unitlink from 2010 to 2018 using daily data. The unit links examined are PRUlink Syariah Rupiah Equity Fund, PRUlink Syariah Rupiah Infrastructure & Consumer Equity Fund, PRUlink Syariah Rupiah Asia Pacific Equity Fund. The data in this study use secondary data sourced from the daily return value sourced from the Prudential Indonesia website and Yahoo Finance. An analysis tool that will use the Vector Autoregression (VAR) method. The results of this study indicate that in this study it is evident that in some research models the performance of the stock market index can affect unitlink product returns both in the short and long term so as to reinforce the theory that stock market performance can be a picture for an increase in unit link product returns, especially sharia unitlinks. This research also provides implications that the capital market in Indonesia has not become market driven given the magnitude of the impact or effect of the global stock market on the return of sharia unitlink products in Indonesia.Keywords : Sharia Unitlink, Stock Performance, VAR

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Hajj ritual services at KBIH At-Taqwa Tangerang City in 2019 and to find out how much influence the quality of services provided by KBIH At-Taqwa had on the satisfaction of pilgrims. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The sampling used the Purposive Sampling technique with a standard deviation of 10% which resulted in 56 respondents from the population of Hajj pilgrims at KBIH At-Taqwa in 2019. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the quality of Hajj ritual services and the satisfaction of the pilgrims shown. with a T value of 2,005. The correlation value is 0.860. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.740 which shows that 74% of pilgrims' satisfaction has an effect on the quality of service at KBIH At-Taqwa, while the other 26%. how much influence the quality of service provided by KBIH At-Taqwa has on the satisfaction of pilgrims. Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha mencari tahu bagaimana strategi pendekatan takmir masjid terhadap pergerakan aktivitas keagamaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kajian secara garis besar strategi takmir masjid Al-Faqih dalam memobilisasi dakwah yaitu menyusun rencana kegiatan pembangunan fisik masjid dan perluasan infrastruktur masjid. Selain itu, strategi lainnya meliputi pelaksanaan program santunan anak yatim & piatu, santunan janda dan duafa, infaq, shodaq, dan zakat, program tahsin, program pendidikan Islam (TPA), dan program kegiatan berkaitan dengan syiar Islam. Partisipasi ikatan remaja masjid Al-Faqih berdampak signifikan terhadap rencana takmir masjid untuk mendorong jadwal acara keagamaan karena mereka berperan aktif mengikuti program kegiatan dakwah di masjid Al-Faqih, antara lain kurban, iduladha, idulfitri, isra mikraj, nuzulul quran, dan peringatan tahun baru hijriyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja perkembangan Pegadaian Syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur. Untuk mengetahui kinerja perkembangan dari pegadaian syariah sendiri yaitu melihat dari Perkembangan total aset dan piutang pembiayaan syariah di tahun 2016-2017 dan perkembangan pegadaian syariah dibeberapa sumber. Dan hasil analisis dari kinerja perkembangan pegadaian syariah dari total aset dan piutang dan perkembangan pegadaian syariah  dibeberapa sumber yaitu semakin mengalami peningkatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees in Hajj Cancellation Services during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province. Riau. The study uses a qualitative approach, which carries out a research process that will create descriptive data in the form of writing from various sources, namely the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province. The data collection technique is by observation, in the sense that the author examines directly the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province, conducts interviews with employees who are authorized to cancel Hajj, such as the Head of the Hajj Registration and Documents Section, the Head of the Hajj and Umrah Organization (PHU), employees, and read the documents and information available on the website. From the results of this study, it was shown and explained that the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province in the service of canceling the registration of prospective pilgrims had Standard Operating Procedures applied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Poliklinik Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Poliklinik Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh Poliklinik Masjid Al-Falah Surabaya kepada masyarakat dan jama’ah secara keseluruhan sudah baik. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung yaitu adanya dokter-dokter spesialis, peralatan medis yang cukup lengkap, serta tersedianya obat-obatan. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah ruang antrian yang kurang luas.Kata Kunci: Sistem; Pelayanan; dan Kesehatan. AbstractThe goal of this study is to find out how the health-care system in the polyiclinic of the al-falah mosque there is surabaya and its supporting factors and constrainting. The study employs descriptive qualitative methods. From the study, it was concluded that the health care system given by the polyiclinic of the Al-Falah Mosque Surabaya to the community and the jama 'ah overall was good. Supportive factors include doctors, adequate medical equipment, and medical supplies. The retard factor was a small queue.Key Words: Sistem; Services; and Health.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan mengenai penerapan system informasi manajemen pada lembaga Organisasi Manajemen Lembaga Dakwah, yang mana didalamnya dibahas mengenai pengertian sisitem informasi manajemen, tujuan dan manfaat system informasi manajemen, karakteristik system informasi manajemen, dan system informasi manajemen Organisasi Lembaga Dakwah yang mana kita dapat mengetahui apasaja penerapan dari system infromasi manajemen ini pada lembaga Dakwah, yang dimulai dari pengolah data sampai pemrograman data. Sistem informasi merupakan suatu sistem yang mampu menyediakan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi pengelola terlebih lagi bagi penggunanya, atau sebuah sistem untuk menyediakan informasi guna mendukung operasi, manajemen dalam suatu organisasi secara terintegrasi. Pengembangan dan pengelolaan sistem informasi dewasa ini membutuhkan keterlibatan banyak pihak di dalam organisasi, jika dibandingkan peran dan keterlibatanya pada periode-periode yang lalu. Begitu juga dengan sistem informasi manajemen dakwah dalam organisasi dakwah yang sangat terikat dan memberi manfaat.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi; Manajemen Dakwah; Lembaga DakwahABSTRACTThis article describes the application of a management information system at a Da'wah Institute Management Organization, in which it discusses the meaning of a management information system, the objectives and benefits of a management information system, the characteristics of a management information system, and a management information system for a Da'wah Institution. the application of this management information system to Da'wah institutions, starting from data processing to data programming. An information system is a system capable of providing useful information for managers, especially for users, or a system for providing information to support operations, management within an organization in an integrated manner. Today's development and management of information systems requires the involvement of many parties within the organization, when compared to their roles and involvement in previous periods.
