Abstract

Very large technological influence on da'wah management. As we all know, the advancement of information technology has a positive and negative impact. The positive impact of technological advancements is very useful and helps human life and activities. As for the negative impact when this technological progress is misused. With the progress of this technology, humans can quickly give and receive a good or bad thing and influence each other. In the development of da'wah, the influence of technology can be seen from the use of information technology as a medium of propaganda. The use of this technology can help make da'wah activities more effective and can reach wider propaganda goals. technological progress according to influencing human behavior as a target of da'wah. Changes in human behavior also bring about the dynamics and challenges of da'wah to be greater, so the management of da'wah must also develop. This paper attempts to explain the influence of information technology on the management of da'wah.

Abstract

Sharia banking is currently developing very rapidly, as evidenced by theestablishment of sharia-based financial institutions. The number of customersin an Islamic banking is determined by the merits of the services provided. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the prime service strategy at BPRSLantabur Tebuireng Mojokerto Branch. This study uses a qualitative approachwith a descriptive type of method, namely research that describes data andinformation based on facts obtained from BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng,Mojokerto Branch. The data collection technique used in this research is by  collecting data in the form of observation, interview and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this writing is an interactive analysis model, namely dividing activities into four, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or data verification. Perbankan syariah saat ini berkembang begitu sangat pesat terbukti denganberdirinya lembaga keuangan yang berbasis syariah. Banyaknya nasabah padasuatu perbankan syariah di tentukan oleh baik buruknya pelayanan yangdiberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pelayananprima di BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Mojokerto. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis metode deskriptif yaitupenelitian yang menggambarkan data dan informasi berdasarkan fakta-faktayang diperoleh dari BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Cabang Mojokerto. Teknikpengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dilakukan denganpengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedankananalisis data yang digunakan penulisan ini adalah sebagai model analisisinteraktif yaitu membagi kegiatan menjadi empat yaitu pengumpulan data,reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data.

Abstract

providing financing for Islamic banks, they are vulnerable to experience nonperforming loans. These problematic financing must be immediately addressed and resolved,so that the bank does not experience losses. BNI Syariah as a financial institution which distributes financing to customers must also experience the financing problem which is due to internal and external factors. This research focuses on themechanism of financing problem settlement on Griya iB Hasanah products which are BNI Syariah's superior products The objective of this study was to determine the factors causing the occurrence of problematic financing on iBhasanahgriya products and any settlement mechanism conducted by BNI Syariah West Jakarta branch office. This research uses a qualitative methodology with descriptive techniques. The data obtained from the institution is then processed systematically in the form of written words, archives and oral, as well as the observed behavior to obtain an overview of information related to the title of the study. It can be concluded that the results of this study are the mechanism of financing problem solving on Griya iB Hasanah products conducted by BNI Syariah is quite good, namely by conducting coaching with customers, restructuring, and completing with the auction paths of course with directed goals,andit continues to improve every year.

Abstract

Islam adalah agama dakwah yang berpegang teguh dengan Al-Qur’an dan  As- Sunnah, karena Al-Qur’an merupakan mukjizat yang nyata adanya dan AsSunnah merupakan bentuk wujud apa yang ada pada kekasih-Nya. Kewajiban dakwah yakni menyeru dan menyampaikan apa yang menjadi perintah Allah dan meninggalkan hal- hal yang sudah menjadi ketetapan dalam larangan Allah kepada masyarakat. Tentu dalam menyeru dan menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah harus dengan metode dan tata cara yang baik dan benar sesuai dengan apa yang menjadi tuntunan Al-Qur’an agar pesan-pesan dakwah tersebut dapat lebih mudah diterima oleh masyarakat dan agar tercapainya suatu tujuan, yaitu mendapatkan ridha Allah Swt. Kontekstualisasi dan relevansi ayat dakwah menjadi urgent dan vital ketika menyentuh pada permasalahan era globalisasi, yakni adanya fakta pengaburan identitas keberagamaan dan fakta radikalisme agama, dakwah memerlukan kontekstualisasi baru, seperti halnya dengan metodologi tematik, yang kemudian berfungsi untuk menyusun makna-nya secara komprehensif sesuai dengan yang terdapat dalamAl-Qur’an. Islam is a religion of da'wah that holding to the Qur'an and Sunnah, because the Qur'an is a real miracle of existence and the Sunnah is a manifestation of what is in His lover. The obligation of da'wah is to call and convey what is the command of Allah and leave things that have become provisions in Allah's prohibition to the community. Certainly in calling for and conveying da'wah messages must be with methods and procedures that are good and correct in accordance with what has become the  guidance of the Qur'an so that the da'wah messages can be more easily accepted by the community and to achieve a goal, which is to get blessing of Allah Swt. Contextualization and relevance of da'wah verses become urgent and vital when  touching on the problems of the globalization era, namely the fact that there is a blurring of religious identity and the fact of religious radicalism, da'wah requires new contextualization, in the case with thematic methodology, which then functions to compile comprehensively in accordance with contained in theQur'an.

Abstract

Seeing the booming mutual fund phenomenon, this study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the development of sharia mutual funds and conventional mutual funds. The data collection as analytical material was taken from 2015 to 2019. The method used in this research is descriptive with a comparative study, which comparing the Net Asset Value (NAV) from the statistics of Islamic mutual funds and conventional mutual funds. The results of this study show that the development of sharia mutual funds and conventional mutual funds has increased every year, it's just that there is a far comparison of achievements between the two, conventional mutual funds have higher achievements than sharia mutual funds. Keywords: Sharia Mutual Funds, Conventional Mutual Funds, Total Mutual Funds, and Net Asset Value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep akad pada kartu kredit syariah dan implementasinya di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu menjelaskan secara terstruktur mengenai permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut para ulama di berbagai negara, menyatakan bahwa akad-akad pada kartu kredit syariah sangat banyak dan kompleks, namun di Indonesia berdasarkan fatwa dari Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia menyatakan terdapat hanya 3 akad, yaitu kafalah, qardh, dan ijarah. Implementasi akad-akad tersebut juga mengharuskan beberapa syarat yang perlu diperhatikan oleh penerbit kartu kredit syariah, antara lain adalah penerapan ta’widh, pencegahan israf, dan proses selesksi nasabah calon pemegang kartu kredit syariah. Abstract

AbstractThe writing of this scientific article is intended to explain the importance of Hajj certification for the quality of the Hajj guide. To find out the importance of certification and quality what happens if the Hajj advisor approves.Certification is one of the points in determining the level of professionalism of a person and the assessment of the competence of pilgrims is expected to provide positive energy and the best guidance for pilgrims.Hajj Guidance is a person in the field of Hajj who masters the knowledge of Hajj rituals who have participated in the activities of controlling Hajj and Umrah guides and assigned to guide the pilgrims. To become a guide, the pilgrim must master various competencies and languages and be required to be professional and responsible so as not to question the quality.The quality of conformity with various requirements that have met the requirements to support the need to meet the needs, with the needs made totality formed good quality. Abstract

BAZNAS was formed by Republic of Indonesia's Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001, which is a non-structural and independent Government institution. This institution is responsible to the President and authorized to carry out the task of managing zakat nationally. In particular, BAZNAS has the mandate to distribute zakat funds to those who need them, especially those who need educational assistance and get their share. In addition, BAZNAS also has responsibilities in each of its programs to fit the expected goals. Based on the background, the authors pay attention to the importance of evaluations in carrying out the distribution of zakat funds for educational programsconducted by the National BAZNAS in Indonesia. The problems that will be studied are the mechanism for distributing zakat funds at the central BAZNAS in the field of education, the distribution pattern of the central BAZNAS zakat fund in the field of education, and the evaluation of the implementation of zakat funds at the Central BAZNAS in the field of education. The research that the authors conducted was to use a qualitative approach with a cycle that began with the selection of problems, followed by making questions, making notes or recording at the interview and then analyzing.The results of this studyare that the authors can seek the procedure for obtaining educational assistance in accordance with applicable provisions, so that the funds distributed can be channeled to those who really need it. The pattern of distribution of zakat funds in the education sector is divided into two parts, namely distribution and utilization. The evaluation model used by BAZNAS indirectly uses the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). It is because evaluation conducted by BAZNAS has targets, opportunities and results of achievement. The distribution of BAZNAS zakat funds in the education sector in 2016 amounted to Rp. 8,070,388,736 with a percentage of 0.96% and 1,166 beneficiaries of beneficiaries. Whereas in 2017 there was an increase of 20% with a nominal value of Rp. 25,518,460,752 and percentage of 2.71% and 21,181 beneficiaries directly and 3,051 indirect beneficiaries.

Abstract

The objective of PSAK No. 109 is regulating the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of zakat and infaq/sadaqah transaction and scope of standard are applied to Amil, which collect or receive and distribute zakat and infaq/sadaqah. Contain of PSAK No 109, mainly divide into 4 parts are recognition and measurement, presentation, and disclosure of zakat and infaq/sadaqah transaction. This study aims to see how application of financial statements of Baznas, Dompet Dhuafa, PKPU and Rumah Zakat from their website form 2012–2016 based on PSAK No. 109. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. Result and conclusion of this study are Baznas is the highest average percentage and PKPU is the lowest from presentation of Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Fund Changes, Statement of Assets Changes Under Management, Statement of Cash Flows, and Notes to the Financial Statement.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai proses Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) Kab. Sukabumi dalam mengkonstruksi budaya organisasi melalui komunikasi pada aktivitas layanannya dalam upaya meningkatkan UMKM di Kab. Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melaui metode studi kasus dalam paradigma interpretif. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan terhadap pemahaman budaya organiasi secara interpretif yang dijelaskan Papa dan koleganya, dan beberapa konsep pendukung dalam teori komunikasi organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa PLUT melalui konsultan-konsultannya mengkonstruksi budaya organiasi melalui: pertama, empat pendekatan komunikasi yang mengkonstruksi budaya (bahasa dan cara pandang dunia; struktur pengetahuan; makna yang disepakati dan diingkari; dan ragam sudut pandang budaya). Kedua, tipe-tipe komunikasi yang berkontribusi terhadap konstruksi budaya (metafora; naratif; ritus dan upacara; komentar rekleksif; dan tema fantasi).Kata Kunci : Konstruksi; Budaya Organisasi; Lembaga Pemberdaya, UMKM
