Abstract

The calculation of reserves is critical in petroleum engineering because knowing the amount of reserves contained in a reservoir allows one to determine the feasibility of a field. A field that is declared economically viable and can be produced is obtained from the many oil reserves that exist in the reservoir. Therefore, a field's reserves will be calculated. In this research, the calculation of reserves is carried out using the material balance method using the MBAL simulator. The material balance method is used to determine the quantity of reserves in a developed field's reservoir. The material balance method requires parameters including PVT data, tank data, production data, and history in the field. The result of calculation using the material balance method using the MBAL simulator obtained an OOIP value of 112.238 MMSTB with the type of drive mechanism in the "NBL-14" field being Water Influx, PV Compressibility, and Fluid Expansion, where the drive mechanism that is more dominant in this reservoir is Water Influx. According to production forecasting until 2100, the value of oil production rate is 5,02638 MMSTB, the value of cumulative oil production is 27,904 MMSTB, the value of oil recovery factor is 24,7376%, with the estimate ultimate recovery (EUR) of 27,904 MMSTB and the estimate remaining reserves (ERR) of 13,1108 MMSTB.

Abstract

A prisoner is a person who is punished for committing a crime. Meanwhile, according to the main dictionary of scientific terms, the meaning of a prisoner is a person in prison. The purpose of this study was to determine the security measures that can be applied to prevent and handle prisoner escape attempts at Class 1 Surabaya Penitentiary. This research method uses empirical legal research, with data collection through observation and interviews. The data found was analyzed using an empirical approach, conducting direct observations of inmates, talking to policy makers at the Penitentiary and found that there were three efforts, namely, persuasive, preventive, and repressive. The results of the study indicate that security and order are absolute in the security system at the Penitentiary. Security disturbances are the impact of the less than optimal persuasive and preventive efforts in the security system. Through persuasive efforts carried out by fulfilling rights and obligations, as well as fostering inmates in the form of skills and piety, these efforts have been running effectively and efficiently in preventing escapes. Preventive efforts by implementing security procedures for inmates, but these efforts have not been running effectively, because there are still shortcomings in terms of the number of personnel. Repressive efforts as a reaction to an incident, in the event of an attempted escape, coordination will be carried out with related parties and sanctions will be applied to inmates. This effort can be said to be an effort to take action and has been running effectively and providing legal protection to inmates. In the end, the government must pay more attention to the correctional system in Indonesia, because as a policy maker, the government has an important role in the progress of the correctional system in order to realize social justice for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of moderate Islamic education with an inclusive approach in the formal educational setting of SMP Negeri 21 Surabaya. The research is grounded in the importance of shaping a tolerant and open-minded generation capable of living harmoniously in a multicultural society through a balanced and adaptive Islamic religious education. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with Islamic Education (PAI) teachers and the school principal, as well as documentation of learning activities. The findings reveal that the integration of moderate Islamic values is reflected in the learning materials, teaching methods, and student activities such as social service, Dhuha prayer, and daily sermons. The inclusive approach is implemented by instilling interfaith tolerance, recognizing diversity, and fostering a learning atmosphere that respects differences. Teachers play a crucial role in internalizing moderation values through exemplary conduct and diversity-friendly pedagogical methods. This integration not only enhances students' understanding of peaceful and rahmatan lil ‘alamin Islamic teachings but also strengthens their social character. This study contributes conceptually and practically to the development of a more moderate and inclusive Islamic Education curriculum. In conclusion, an inclusive approach to moderate Islamic education in public schools can create a humanistic, tolerant, and inclusive learning environment, relevant to the diverse context of Indonesian society today

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contextualization of moderate Islamic values in SMP Negeri 5 Bojonegoro through religious programs and the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5). The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that moderate Islamic values such as tolerance, justice, balance, deliberation, and openness are integrated into various school activities, particularly through the Religious Programs and P5 projects. These values are contextualized by adjusting learning content and approaches to the school's pluralistic environment, where students of diverse religious backgrounds interact harmoniously. The Religious Program promotes values of peace and inclusivity through joint worship, interfaith dialogues, and character-building activities. Meanwhile, P5 projects focus on real-life applications of tolerance and cooperation among students from different faiths and backgrounds. Supporting factors in this contextualization include the school’s status as a driving school, the commitment of school leaders and teachers, active parental involvement, and a conducive school culture. In contrast, inhibiting factors include limited time allocation, lack of resources, and differences in understanding moderate values among stakeholders. Overall, the study concludes that contextualizing moderate Islamic values in public schools with diverse students is both possible and effective when supported by inclusive educational strategies and strong collaboration among stakeholders. This research contributes to the discourse on religious moderation in education and provides a practical reference for other schools aiming to build inclusive, tolerant environments through curriculum and extracurricular innovation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a strategy for early childhood character development through Pancasila education that can be implemented effectively in PAUD institutions. The library method in this study was carried out by collecting and analyzing relevant literature on early childhood character development through Pancasila Education, including educational theories and related policies. Researchers used sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles to explore the components of character education and Pancasila values ​​that can be applied in PAUD. This literature analysis aims to identify research gaps, evaluate the implementation of Pancasila in PAUD, and formulate effective and applicable character development strategies. The results of this study reveal that early childhood character development through Pancasila Education still faces challenges, especially in PAUD teachers' understanding of Pancasila values ​​and the limitations of the Pancasila-based curriculum. The existing curriculum has not sufficiently integrated the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor dimensions in a balanced manner. In addition, the learning methods used are not fully contextual and the less innovative learning media are obstacles in conveying Pancasila values ​​in an interesting way. Collaboration between schools, families and communities is essential to strengthen the teaching of Pancasila values ​​and continuous evaluation is needed to ensure effective character development.

Abstract

Pipe sticking is an event where the drilling pipe is stuck or a fracture occurs. Usually what causes the pipe to be stuck or pinched is the viscosity in the mud is greater, causing the drill string movement to be hampered, it can also be caused by differential pressure or the fall of a foreign object into the drill hole. In this final project, a study will be carried out on the "AB" well because the drilling of this well experienced a pipe sticking problem. In writing this final project, 2 scenarios will be carried out, namely the calculation of Spotting Fluid using diesel and reducing the weight of the mud with the aim of reducing hydrostatic pressure. The pinch point has been found at a depth of 8083.99 ft. then for the handling, the weight of the mud is reduced in order to reduce the value of the hydrostatic pressure. In the bouyancy factor parameter, a value of 0.832 is obtained, then the density value of the drilling fluid is obtained in the table which is 82.29 lbs/ft3 Or 1318.159 kg/m3. And the total volume of the well obtained results of 284,557 bbl or 45,241 m3. In the spotting fluid method when the pipe sticking point has not been found, the diesel volume value is 41.25 bbl. In the mud weight reduction method when the pipe sticking point has been found, the mud weight reduction value is9.212 ppg. And obtained a differential pressure value of 63.255 psia. So that thebalance well and the pipe can be released.

Abstract

As is known, if an oil well is produced for a long time, the pressure will decrease so that it can reduce the production rate of the well. So it is necessary to do a vertical lift performance to determine the pressure loss in the tubing during production. Where in production it is important to determine the vertical lift performance in analyzing the pressure loss in the vertical pipe. Where the purpose of this study is to calculate the pressure loss in the tubing and also to obtain the optimal flow rate in the "AF" well in the "MP" field. There is a loss of pressure when the production stage has started, automatically the pressure in the reservoir will decrease to pwf, where after the fluid enters the tubing it starts to take into account the VLP value, where the liquid rate is the greater the pressure generated in the tubing will also be greater because of friction between the fluid and the tubing. so that the maximum oil flow rate is 167.61 Bopd, then the maximum water flow rate is 490.53 Bwpd, and the total maximum flow rate is 658.14 Bfpd. From the intersection of the VLP curve to the IPR curve, the optimal flow rate is 398 Bfpd.

Abstract

The reservoir layer in the FAY field is sandstone which is categorized as having low permeability. An evaluation was carried out on the AML-14 well to determine the cause of failure of the hydraulic fracturing work carried out on the well and its handlers The evaluation carried out in the FAY field included validating IPR data before hydraulic fracturing, pressure obtained during the step rate test, fracture geometry obtained after hydraulic fracturing, average permeability value, and increase in IPR value using the vogel method. Based on the results of the evaluation carried out, it can be seen that the pressure obtained during the step rate test was around 2602 Psi and the fracture flow rate was 1.2 Bpm which caused a screen out. The obtained fracture conductivity is about 6200 md-ft. The average permeability value obtained is 79 mD. The results of the fracturing carried out were that production decreased from the previous 154,626 Bopd to 15,757 Bopd. These results indicate that the hydraulic fracturing operation on the AML-14 well can be declared a failure due to a screen out that has an impact on production results that are not as expected. Handling of the well can be done by installing gravel pack conditions as well as slug pumping of sand which can effectively reduce the problem of placing sand into the wellbore.

Abstract

As we know mud drilling provides many benefits in drilling operations. This needs to be considered also how the speed of the drilling mud is so in bringing drill powder above the surface so that there are no problems at will. The problem that occurs when the drill powder is not carried to the surface is the deposition at the bottom of the borehole. To see if the drilling sludge can circulate properly, it is necessary to calculate critical speed and average speed. Research data such as borehole diameter, mud weight, yield point, and plastic viscosity as well as data on each circuit component and annulus will be needed to determine flow patterns in circuits and annulus. Determination of flow patterns is also needed so that it can find out if the drilling sludge is functioning properly in the borehole. After doing calculations on the circuit then the vcDP result = 5.99 fps < V dp = 13.18 fps, VcMWD Tools = 6.28 < V MWD Tools = 26.82 fps, Vc3xDC = 6.62 fps < V 3xDC = 47.69 fps, Vc4xHWDP = 6.28 fps < V 4xHWDP = 26.82 fps, Vcjar = 6.28 fps < V jar = 26.82 fps, Vc16xHWDP = 6.76 fps < V 16xHWDP = 26.82 fps, then it is certain that the flow of mud in the circuit is turbulent so as to cause a cleaning effect on a fairly good circuit. In annulus obtained results VcaDP = 5.43 fps > V adp = 5.10 fps, VcaMWD Tools = 6.66 fps < Va MWD Tools = 10.38 fps, Vca3xDC = 6.10 fps < Va 3xDC = 8.05 fps, Vca 4xHWDP = 5.43 fps > Va 4xHWDP = 5.11 fps, Vcajar = 6.10 fps < Va jar = 8.05 fps, Vca16xHWDP = 5.43 fps > Va 16xHWDP = 5.11 fps, Looking at the results of calculations on annulus more average speed values then it can be ascertained that the flow of mud in annulus is turbulent.
