Abstract

The “YDK-01” well has alkaline Formation Water with a pH value of 8,3. Therefore, Scale can form in the productive zone so that over time, Scale will continue to settle and be difficult to solved. From several Acidizing methods, Matrix Acidizing is the most recommended because in the wells examined there are indications of a positive Skin value (Formation Damage). Matrix Acidizing is a Reservoir stimulation method used to overcome Formation Damage in the wells caused by Scale. In this research, it is done using manual calculations using (Stiff & Davis), (Skillman, McDonald & Stiff) and Inflow Performance Relationship Wiggins equations, which aims to evaluate the problem of Scale. Changes in well production rates can be seen from a comparison of several parameters before and after Acidizing such as: Inflow Performance Relationship curve, Permeability value, Productivity Index value, and Skin. In the “YDK-01” well, there was an increase in the Qomax value of 47.16 bopd. The Productivity Index value of oil which was previously 0.129 bopd/psia, has changed to 0.198 bopd/psia. Permeability value has increased by 12 md and Skin value has decreased by 28.54. Parameters above prove that the Matrix Acidizing method works well in overcome scale on the well.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential of lost circulation zones in the RJ well at the CP field by calculating hydrostatic pressure, formation pressure, and formation fracture pressure. Lost circulation occurs when drilling fluid is lost into the formation, which can disrupt the drilling process. In this study, calculations were made for hydrostatic pressure, formation pressure, and formation fracture pressure at various depths of the well. The results show that at a depth of 741 ft, the hydrostatic pressure is 330.22 psi, formation pressure is 318.66 psi, and formation fracture pressure is 982.88 psi. Meanwhile, at a depth of 9517 ft, the hydrostatic pressure reaches 5438.78 psi, formation pressure is 5290.31 psi, and formation fracture pressure is 7237.24 psi. The significant difference between hydrostatic pressure and formation pressure leads to the occurrence of lost circulation. In conclusion, the potential for lost circulation in the RJ well is caused by hydrostatic pressure being higher than formation pressure. This study provides important insights into the factors influencing lost circulation and is expected to serve as a reference for future drilling operations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in grade IV at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Ikhlas Nunukan in developing the Independent Curriculum. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The main focus of this research covers four aspects of teacher competence, namely pedagogic, professional, personality, and social, in the context of curriculum development that integrates Islamic values and differentiated and project-based learning (P5RA). The results of the study show that teachers have understood the basic concepts of the Independent Curriculum and have begun to apply them in learning practices. The pedagogic and professional competence of teachers seems to develop through the preparation of methods that are contextual and according to the needs of students. However, the preparation of teaching modules independently and the development of formative assessments are still the main challenges. The personality and social competence of teachers is also quite good, reflected in example, positive interaction with students, and active communication with parents and peers. This study recommends further training, assistance in the preparation of teaching tools, and increased collaboration between teachers as a strategy to strengthen the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at MI.

Abstract

The concept of Islamic science initiated by Kuntowijoyo aims to integrate Islamic values with modern science to answer contemporary social and intellectual challenges. This study uses a literature method with a qualitative approach, focusing on the analysis of Kuntowijoyo's main work, Islam as Science, and other supporting sources. The results of the study indicate that Islamic science offers two main steps, namely integral: the integration of revelation and reason, and the objectification of science to provide universal benefits. In addition, the concept of prophetic social science that he developed emphasizes the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence as the basis for social transformation oriented toward justice and morality. With this paradigm, Islamic science not only bridges the dichotomy between religious science and general science but also builds a scientific framework that is intellectually and spiritually relevant to face the challenges of modernity.

Abstract

The implementation of assimilation for prisoners is part of the fulfillment of the rights of inmates guaranteed in laws and regulations, especially Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections and Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 7 of 2022. However, in practice, the implementation of the assimilation program at the Surabaya Class I Correctional Institution has not been running optimally. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the fulfillment of prisoners' assimilation rights and identify the inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that all prisoners normatively have the same rights to obtain assimilation, but its realization has not been achieved due to lack of socialization, unfulfilled administrative and substantive requirements, and the failure to issue post-pandemic technical instructions from the ministry. These findings are analyzed using the theory of legal certainty, legal justice, and legal benefits which show that the fulfillment of rights is not yet balanced with the mandate of the regulation. The conclusion of this study confirms the gap between normative law and implementation in the field. This study contributes by showing the importance of policy reform and strengthening institutional capacity in guaranteeing prisoners' rights equally and effectively.

Abstract

This study is driven by the urgency of promoting religious moderation in Indonesia’s pluralistic society, where religious polarization remains a persistent challenge. It focuses on the digital preaching of Habib Ja’far through Podcast Log In Season 2 on YouTube, exploring how his unique communication style conveys messages of moderate Islam. The central research question is: How does Habib Ja’far’s communication of Islamic education, grounded in a religious moderation perspective, manifest in digital content, and what theoretical and practical strategies underlie its effectiveness? Employing a qualitative approach and descriptive content analysis, the study analyzes selected episodes from Podcast Log In Season 2 specifically episodes 9, 15, 17, 24, 27, and 30 based on their thematic relevance to religious moderation and high audience engagement. Primary data were collected through video documentation and in-depth interviews with informants, including Islamic communication experts, digital media observers, and selected viewers. Data validation was ensured through methodological triangulation comparing interview findings, video analysis, and related secondary sources. This study applies Islamic education communication theory alongside Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann’s theory of social construction to examine how digital religious messages are constructed, contextualized, and disseminated. The findings reveal that Habib Ja’far’s communication strategies incorporate dialogical methods, humor, everyday analogies, and culturally resonant storytelling. These techniques promote values of inclusivity, tolerance, and critical engagement with religious extremism. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic education and digital da’wah by highlighting how adaptive communication strategies can effectively promote religious moderation in online spaces. Practically, the findings offer insights for educators, preachers, and policymakers on leveraging digital media for value-based education. Future research could explore audience reception across different platforms or conduct comparative studies with other digital preachers in Southeast Asia.
