Abstract

Buffer zones have a strategic role in managing conflict. Properly determining a buffer zone can help reduce tensions between countries, prevent conflict escalation and provide time and space for the countries involved in diplomacy. In the context of Indonesia, as a large country in the Indo-Pacific region, determining the Indonesian Buffer Zone (IBZ) will have significant implications for regional and global security. Determinations must consider national interests and state security, while on the other hand, it is necessary to consider the interests of neighboring countries and maintain good relations. Therefore, it is important to identify these challenges and see opportunities for multilateral collaboration in determining the Indonesian Buffer Zone. In this research, the author intends to identify and determine perceptions of Indonesia's outer islands, which will be used as buffer zones using the Delphi method. In the next stage, the author will identify the criteria and sub-criteria for Indonesia's outermost islands in the Indo-Pacific Region as well as obtain ranking priorities using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) approach in developing the Indonesian Buffer Zone, so that analysis can be carried out to determine the right strategy for island development the chosen. Where, later the island area selected as the Indonesian buffer zone can be developed and utilized properly and appropriately. Furthermore, in the next stage, the author uses the Game Theory method to describe the comparison of capabilities and threat interactions between the buffer zone of selected outer islands in Indonesia compared to the buffer zone or military bases of countries from the BRICS and AUKUS alliances that have interests in the Indo-Pacific Region. In this research, it is assumed that the two defense pacts have implemented policies or strategies in this game in the context of developing their military strength in the Indo-Pacific Region. So, it is hoped that Indonesia, as the third player, can anticipate appropriate strategies and policies to maintain the stability of the Indo-Pacific Region.

Abstract

Strategic environmental dynamics in the North Natuna Sea area raises potential threat spots to the territory of the Republic of Indonesia where the Indonesian Navy needs to determine a maritime security strategy where one of the things that must be prepared is the distribution of logistics in the form of ammunition and weapons through development warehouse Arsenal. Through this research, an alternative strategic location was determined as an Arsenal warehouse as a storage place for ammunition supplies used to support the KRI carrying out operational tasks. Alternative construction locations for Arsenal are Lanal Bintan, Lanal Ranai, Lanal Bangka Belitung and Lantamal IV Pontianak. Based on Perkasal No. 17 of 2008 The criteria used and the absolute requirements for determining the location are security, transportation access and supporting facilities. Data collection for this research was carried out using the method of distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews expert. The Delphi method was used in this research to determine and agree on relevant and valid criteria and sub-criteria to be researched at the next stage. Next Method Analytic Network Process (ANP) is used to determine the best alternative with pdata processing process uses Software Super Decision. Then the structure of complex cause and effect relationships is visualized using a matrix and images using the method Decision Making Trial And Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). The results of this research show that the priority of the alternative Arsenal warehouse location is Lanal Bintan with a weight value of 0.536308. Security criteria and sub-criteria for being safe from enemy attacks are the most dominant criteria in determining Arsenal warehouse location decisions.

Abstract

Regional dynamics marked by the increase in submarine operations by several countries need to be balanced with increasing Indonesia's capabilities in underwater warfare and contributing to increasing the deterrence of the country's defense system at sea. Therefore, the aim of this research is to consider the competitive dimensions of the development of submarine capabilities on the deterrence effect of a country and assess the extent of the discussion in the literature review. This research is a statement that there is no instrument for assessing the capability and sustainability of submarines in an effort to increase the deterrence effect in the ALKI II area which is linked to current dynamic developments so that this research is expected to contribute to obtaining an instrument for assessing submarine capability and the deterrence effect of submarines. in the ALKI II area.

Abstract

Students' ability to speak in English is a longing, but they face several obstacles to do this properly. One of the techniques that can be used to overcome the problem of speaking English is playing games, especially those related to speaking. Tongue Twister is one of the methods that can be used to improve students' pronunciation skills and their ability to speak English. Monotonous learning methods often make students bored and eventually do not have a high sense of interest in the lesson. Tongue twister can be one of the learning methods related to learning games; this method can make students feel less bored because they can learn while playing. In this study, the researcher wanted to explore more deeply how the perceptions and opinions of several students when they took part in the tongue twister challenge. The study involved 30 students at Klabat University enrolled in general English classes, who were randomly selected and who had participated in the tongue twister challenge. The results showed that almost 90% of the students were interested in this learning method.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the efforts made by the principal in improving the multicultural learning approach at Pasirsari 01 Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to reveal the efforts of the Principal of Pasirsari 01 Elementary School, Mr. Wanto, S.Pd, in improving the multicultural approach at school. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the main data source coming from the words and actions of the respondents who were observed. The analysis technique involves collecting, reducing, presenting, and concluding relevant data from the field. The results of this work are The implementation of multicultural education at Pasirsari 01 Elementary School has succeeded in creating an inclusive learning environment and respecting cultural differences among students. With strategies that involve integrating cultural values ​​into the curriculum and daily activities, as well as good communication and cooperation between the principal and teachers, multicultural education has increased students' awareness of the importance of respecting differences and forming a strong attitude of tolerance.

Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Policy (K3) at PT. Agritama Synergy Innovation (AGAVI) Bandung based on the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 26 2014 concerning Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SMK3) and PP No. 50 of 2012 concerning Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SMK3). This qualitative research uses data collection techniques through Participant Observation, Structured Interviews, and Documentation, with primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from company documents and related literature. Data analysis was carried out using the Interactive Model technique. The research results show that K3 implementation communication has run smoothly, responsibility and authority are carried out appropriately; in-depth review and evaluation regarding K3 implementation; involvement and consultation with workers/labourers has gone well; as well as policy documentation strategies uploaded on PT's social media. AGAVI. Resources are adequate; the skills that employees must have are appropriate to the established line of command; QHSE managers have the authority to prepare facilities to support K3 implementation. The disposition of PT Agritama Sinergi Innovation is quite good; monitoring of the work environment is adequate; the inspection, measurement and testing process is good enough; regular monitoring of worker health; reporting process and improvement of K3 implementation. The bureaucratic structure is appropriate and on target; The success of implemented internal and external audits is also influenced by the commitment and willingness of all parties.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to integrate Islamic management principles in the management of educators and education personnel in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of education. This research uses the library research method to explore and analyze literature from various written sources such as books, journals, articles, dissertations and official documents regarding the management of educators and education personnel, with the aim of understanding existing theories and identifying gaps in the literature. Data was collected through literature searches in academic databases, selection of credible sources, organizing data based on themes, and analysis by reducing, presenting, and synthesizing information to draw conclusions that can improve the quality and effectiveness of educational management. The result of this work is that educators, including teachers, lecturers and counselors, have an important role in the educational process with the main task of teaching, educating and guiding students, while educational staff such as tutors and instructors support the implementation of education through technical tasks. The management of educators and education personnel is based on Islamic teachings which emphasize skill, discipline and good implementation of tasks, as well as the principle of order to achieve organizational goals. The aim of this management is to ensure that the institution has a quality workforce, an effective work system and a harmonious work climate through recruitment, fair compensation and employee capacity development. Management covers critical aspects such as curriculum, personnel, classes, student affairs, and finance, with duties and functions that emphasize professionalism to improve the quality of education. Even though it is formally recognized, Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia still face quality challenges due to limited facilities and the government's unpreparedness.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of phonological errors, phonological error factors, and solutions to phonological errors in reading Arabic texts in class VII students of MTs Putri Ma'arif Ponorogo. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Methods of data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by going through the stages of data reduction, data display, and data verification or drawing conclusions. Data validity test was carried out using the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the form of phonological errors in reading Arabic texts is in the form of phoneme changes, phoneme subtraction, and phoneme addition. (2) the factors that cause phonological errors are the background of the students before entering MTs, the lack of interest in learning Arabic, the lack of concentration of students when learning takes place in class, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and whether or not the students often read the Al-Qur'an at home. (3) the solution given by the teacher to deal with phonological errors is to provide more material to children who are lacking in mastering reading skills, prepare facilities and infrastructure that have not been fulfilled as learning support, provide motivation about the importance of learning Arabic, and emphasize learning on their own at school House.

Abstract

Murabahah contracts are one of the most dominant financing contracts used by banking practitioners. The ideal in murabahah transactions in banking is to require buying and selling transactions between the bank and the owner of the goods (supplier), and between the bank and the customer. However, in practice what occurs is a sale and purchase transaction between the supplier and the customer as evidenced by the BPKB or cover note issued by the goods provider. Here it is as if the bank only acts as a provider of funds for customers and its position is not as a buyer, but solely as a user of financing services provided by the bank. Based on the problems mentioned above, the author wants to examine in more depth the murabahah contract for Bank Syari'ah Mandiri financing to make it clearer. The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine the application of murabahah in BSM OTO financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo ? (2) To find out the factors that become obstacles in implementing the murabahah contract for BSM OTO financing at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ponorogo ? Meanwhile, the method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and observation techniques. The location for this research is Bank Syari'ah Mandiri (BSM) OTO KCP ​​Ponorogo (which has now changed its name to Bank Syari'ah Indonesia/BSI KCP Ponorogo). Based on data analysis, it was concluded that: (1) The application of the murabahah contract for financing BSM OTO KCP ​​Ponorogo uses the murabahah bi al-wakalah contract. (2) Meanwhile, the obstacles to the application of murabahah contracts for BSM OTO financing are: Banks are unable to fulfill several provisions in the DSN fatwa, recipients of car ownership financing are late in paying installments beyond the specified time limit, recipients of car ownership financing are unable to pay the installment amount, such as which has been agreed due to bankruptcy, the risk of movable collateral has a high risk because if execution occurs the goods could move to another place further from the customer's residence, and in terms of marketing the bank will be less competitive with leasing companies.

Abstract

Bahasa Arab adalah bahasa Islam dan umat Muslim sejak munculnya Islam hingga hari ini, dan Al-Qur'an diturunkan dalam bahasa ini sebagai petunjuk dan rahmat bagi seluruh alam. Dalam konteks pendidikan, bahasa Arab juga dianggap sebagai bahasa asing. Menurut kamus bahasa, "asing" berarti sesuatu dari luar negeri atau lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, bahasa asing adalah bahasa yang digunakan oleh seseorang dari luar lingkungan. Pengajaran tata bahasa Arab penting untuk memastikan keakuratan dalam pengucapan dan penulisan, meskipun kefasihan dan keterampilan menggunakan bahasa tidak hanya diperoleh melalui pengetahuan aturan-aturannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi problematika dalam pengajaran tata bahasa. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data dari literatur terkait. Problematika dalam pengajaran tata bahasa dibagi menjadi problematika linguistik dan non-linguistik. Problematika linguistik meliputi fonetik, kosakata, tata bahasa, dan penulisan. Sementara itu, problematika non-linguistik meliputi faktor guru, siswa, dan sarana. Problematika dari pihak guru mencakup metode pengajaran, buku ajar, waktu terbatas, latar belakang pendidikan siswa, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Problematika dari pihak siswa mencakup kurangnya motivasi, metode pengajaran yang tidak efektif, kekurangan buku, dan kondisi ekonomi yang kurang mendukung.
