Ilmu sosial tersebut adalah sosiologi, antropologi, psikologi, pendidikan, ekonomi, dan politik. Sedangkan ilmu humaniora meliputi bahasa, linguistik, sastra, pendidikan, sejarah, hukum, filsafat, arkeologi, seni, dan ilmu sosial yang memiliki muatan humanistik.

This study aims to determine the utilisation of information technology in increasing reading interest in the Library of Imanuel College (SETITEL) Telukdalam. The research method used is qualitative research. Data were collected using triangulation techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the informants in this study were students of the Imanuel Theological College (SETITEL) Telukdalam with the characteristics of informants, namely 4th semester, 6th semester and 8th semester students totalling 6 people. The technique of taking informants using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that with the use of information technology in the Library of "SETITEL" Imanuel Telukdalam College, which plays an important role in supporting the management and planning of automated library development in order to improve the quality of library services effectively and efficiently, meet the information needs of the academic community and support the teaching and learning process, one of which is the OPAC service which can be used as a medium for finding the required information sources. In addition, with the existence of information technology as a strategy or effort to increase student interest in reading at the Imanuel Theological College (SETITEL) Telukdalam through the use of library services such as: special reading rooms, provision of digital services, interior design, exhibitions and provision of information retrieval systems or OPAC (Online public access catalog).

Kajian mengenai ekspresi idiom dalam sudah cukup banyak dilakukan oleh para pakar. Namun, kajian terkait ekspresi tersebut masih terbatas pada sebuah karya sastra, baik lewa tulisan atau karya lain. Sayangnya, masih belum banyak yang membahas mengenai ekspresi idiom yang hadir lewat tuturan dalam fan sub yang beredar di publik. Sehingga, penelitian ini akan menjawab, apa saja idiom yang hadir dalam tuturan di serial ini dan bagaimana penerjemah mengalihkan ekspresi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Pragmatik. Data dikumpulkan dari tuturan pada serial the Walking Dead, dengan membandingkan subtitle versi TSu yang berbahasa Inggris dan TSa yang berbahasa Indonesia. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menganalisa teks sasaran, apakah penerjemah mengalihkan sesuai dengan yang ada pada TSu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa banyak ekspresi yang tidak diterjemahkan menjadi ekspresi idiom pada TSa. Hal ini mengindikasikan mengenai dua kemungkinan, yakni kompetensi penerjemah atau penerjemah berusaha mengalihkan teks tersebut sesuai dengan minat dan hobinya saja pada serial luar negeri, yang di mana budaya antara Teks Sumber dan Sasaran menjadi berbeda.

The purpose of writing this work is to analyze the challenges and opportunities for social justice in business law enforcement. This study conducted a literature review by collecting and analyzing literature from scientific journals, books, and official documents to explore challenges and opportunities in social justice in business law enforcement. Data was collected through systematic searches, interviews with legal experts and practitioners, and direct observation, to obtain an in-depth perspective. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with a thematic approach, identifying trends and patterns to draw conclusions about the dynamics of social justice in the context of business law. The results of this work, challenges and opportunities in social justice in business law enforcement, reveal that economic inequality, complex regulations, and inequality in law enforcement are the main obstacles that need to be overcome to create a fair business environment. Legal and regulatory reform is needed to ensure that all parties have equal access to justice and economic opportunities. Partnerships between the public and private sectors can be key to driving inclusive and sustainable change. The use of technology, particularly in increasing the transparency and efficiency of legal processes, has great potential to level the playing field for all parties.

This research and development aims to (1) design and develop a more attractive QR Code-based Islamic Cultural History textbook with material that is easy to understand, equipped with pictures and videos that are appropriate to the material developed so as to encourage students to learn effectively. independently 2) determine the level of effectiveness of the QR Code-based Islamic Cultural History textbook. This research uses research and development methods. The samples tested were students from classes XI IPA and XI IPS. Data collection used validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation carried out at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative. Validation by media experts gave an assessment in the "very suitable" category, media experts and student results gave an assessment in the "suitable" category. So it can be concluded that the QR Code-based Islamic Cultural History textbook design is effective and suitable for use for teaching and learning activities for students.

Legal aid is an effort to help people who are not well-off in the legal field. Indonesian people, especially the underprivileged, consider legal aid as a form of legal protection. The formulation of the problem in this journal is how the role of legal aid institutions in increasing the availability and accessibility of legal aid for the poor in East Java, how to optimize government funds for legal aid institutions in order to create justice for the poor in East Java. The research method used is the normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a case approach. This research focuses more on analyzing the laws and regulations relating to the legal issues being addressed. The results found are that local governments can play an active role in supporting the legal aid budget for the poor, in accordance with the Legal Aid Law Article 19 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2). Strategic action is needed to improve the efficiency of legal aid to the poor and improve their access to justice. The provision of legal aid to the poor should be a top priority, by addressing issues that impede provision through planned actions. Efforts to improve access to justice for the poor in East Java should be directed at optimizing government funding for legal aid institutions. By doing so, it is expected to create an environment

This research aims to evaluate the financial and operational conditions of culinary MSMEs in Palangka Raya City using activity ratio analysis, as well as formulating strategies to increase their efficiency and competitiveness. This analysis uses data on initial capital, income and costs of various types of snacks in Palangka Raya City which were collected through interviews and field observations. Sellers of snacks such as satay, POP Ice drinks, jasuke, cassava chips and boiled peanuts provide detailed information about their capital, daily income and operational costs. The data is analyzed using the activity ratio formula to assess operational efficiency and identify the strengths and weaknesses of each business, providing insight for traders to increase profitability. The results of this research show that the activity ratios, namely Turnover Asset Ratio (TAT) and Inventory Turnover (IT), in various types of culinary MSMEs in Palangka Raya City are relatively similar. The effectiveness of asset use and inventory management for traditional snack businesses shows the same pattern. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing operational efficiency and asset management for culinary MSMEs. However, this research has limitations in sample size and area coverage, so further research with a larger sample and wider area is needed to provide a more comprehensive picture.

The purpose of preparing this work is to analyze learning evaluation innovations in the PAI curriculum. Literature review method to examine learning evaluation innovations in the PAI curriculum, by collecting and analyzing data from scientific journals, books, research reports and related policy documents. Data was collected through literature searches in academic databases, then selected and analyzed based on categories such as types and methods of evaluation, as well as their impact on PAI learning. Analysis results are synthesized to understand common patterns, key findings and gaps, and interpreted to provide practical recommendations that are reported comprehensively. The result of this work is innovation in learning evaluation in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum in Indonesia which faces challenges such as unclear policies and limited time allocation, so that it requires continuous evaluation to ensure educational goals are achieved. This innovation is important to overcome time constraints, lack of integration of religious values, and increase teacher competence. Appropriate evaluation can identify curriculum strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement. PAI material in Madrasas covers various sub-themes with an assessment of students' attitudes, knowledge and skills expected from the Competency Performance Indicators (GPA). Improving the quality of teachers and collaboration between central and regional governments is very important for developing a more effective and relevant PAI curriculum.

This research aims to develop an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum that integrates local wisdom values to enrich students' learning experiences and support the development of their character and competencies. This research uses a library research approach to develop an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on local wisdom, by collecting and analyzing information from related books and scientific journals. Data collection techniques include identification, collection, classification and content analysis of relevant literature. The collected data was then analyzed descriptively to describe the concept of local wisdom, principles of curriculum development, and examples of implementing PAI based on local wisdom. The results of this analysis are synthesized to form a conceptual framework and produce practical recommendations for relevant curriculum development. The result of this work, namely the development of an Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on local wisdom, is a complex effort involving analysis of local needs, intensive training for teachers, as well as the development of relevant and contextual teaching materials. By utilizing interactive learning strategies and collaboration with local communities, this curriculum becomes more relevant and meaningful for students, helping them understand local religious and cultural values. Regular evaluations ensure the effectiveness of the integration of local wisdom, while strong collaboration with community leaders and parents strengthens the relationship between the school and the community. The implication of this effort is to create more meaningful learning, increase students' understanding of religious and cultural values, and empower teachers to create a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.

In order to meet the challenges of 21st century learning and develop character education in schools, innovation is needed to realize these educational goals. Therefore, researchers are trying to provide a solution by conducting development research with QR Code-based learning media. The product produced in this research is a QR Code-based Aqidah Akhlak textbook for class XI MA. The subjects in this research were class XI students at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang with a total of 20 students. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. The types of data used by researchers are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data collection instruments used were material expert validation sheets and student questionnaires. Based on the validation of the material expert's assessment results, a score of 53 was found to be appropriate, and from the media expert's assessment, a score of 79 was found to be very appropriate, and from validation of the students' results, a score of 51 was declared to be appropriate. So it can be concluded that the PAI textbook with the QR Code-based Aqidah Morals subject is effective and suitable for use by students at MA Mambaul Ulum Megaluh Jombang.

The purpose of writing this work is to describe Learning Evaluation Innovations in the PAI Curriculum. This library research research method includes collecting literature related to learning evaluation innovations in the PAI curriculum, literature selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, as well as literature analysis to identify patterns, trends and related findings. Data will be collected from academic literature, scientific journals, books and relevant online sources, then analyzed carefully to gain an in-depth understanding of the research topic. The results of this work, namely learning evaluation innovations in the PAI curriculum in public schools and madrasas in Indonesia, are important for overcoming challenges such as time constraints and the lack of integration of religious values in students' lives. Proper evaluation helps identify curriculum strengths and weaknesses and provides recommendations for improvement, while innovation in learning methods needs to be increased to achieve comprehensive and relevant educational goals. In madrasas, PAI curriculum evaluation should include an assessment of student attitudes, knowledge and skills, with special attention to the implementation of innovative learning methods and infrastructure development and teacher quality.
