Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the number of parking spaces and parking rates either directly or indirectly on the original regional income in Batu City. The population used in this study was all employees of the Transportation Agency and this research used a data analysis method, namely Path Analysis with SPSS software version 25. This study used instrument test, classical assumption test, f test and R² test. The results of the study are as follows: (i) The number of parking lots has a positive and significant effect on the potential parking levy. (ii) Parking Rates have a positive and significant effect on Local Revenue. (iii) The number of Parking Lots has a negative and insignificant effect on the Local Revenue. (iv) Parking Rates have a negative and insignificant effect on Local Revenue. (v) The potential for the Parking Levy to have a positive and significant effect on Local Revenue. (vi) The number of Parking Lots has a positive and significant effect on Local Revenue through the Potential Parking Levy. (vii) Parking Rates have a positive and significant effect on Local Revenue through Potential Parking Levies.

Abstract

Moringa is a type of food that is very useful and contains many nutrients, both macronutrients and micronutrients that have been widely used in dealing with malnutrition especially in pregnant women and can improve the immune system. In developing countries Ice cream is the most popular food and is very popular with all circles of society because it tastes very good and, soft texture and contains substances nutrition and can be one of the media in improving nutrition. To determine the acceptability and analysis of the Fe content of ice cream with the addition of Moringa leaves. This type of research is experimental with pre test and post test group designs, which are given adding Moringa leaves to the manufacture of ice cream with some concentration. Research on texture, as well as aspects of taste and value weighting results, the best formulation of ice cream with the addition of Moringa leaves is F1 compared to F2, F3, and F4, namely with a value of F1 60, F2 46.06, F3 42.01, F4 33.29, although when compared to F0 (ice cream krontrol) the value is lower at 54.65. Results of Iron (fe) analysis Ice cream with the addition of Moringa leaves increased from 3.3% to 4.1% This happened after the addition of 30 grams of Moringa leaves. From the results of the acceptability research on aspects of color, aroma, texture, and taste, the best formulation of ice cream with the addition of 30 gr Moringa leaves is F1 compared to F2, F3, and F4, namely with a value of F1 52.86, F2 42.86, F3 42.01, F4 33.29, although when compared to F0 (ice cream control) the value is lower at 54.65. There is an increase in Iron (Fe) content in ice cream with the addition of 30 g Moringa leaves which is 0.0888 g, compared to without the addition of Moringa leaves or 0 g which is 0.0686 g.

Abstract

The performance of lecturers plays a crucial role in achieving educational goals, and the lack of adequate human resource development can hinder the quality of teaching. This research was conducted to develop human resources and improve the performance of Management Department lecturers at Pattimura University Ambon. Using qualitative research methods, in-depth interviews with lecturers and staff in the department were conducted, along with questionnaires to measure satisfaction levels with human resource development. The study revealed that the Management Department has implemented training and skills development, seminars and workshops, and curriculum development to enhance the performance of lecturers. Appropriate education and training can improve the skills and knowledge of lecturers, and their involvement in research and community service activities can enhance their ability to produce quality research and contribute to society. Institutional support and project-based or collaborative learning activities can also improve the performance of lecturers and increase student participation and skills. Recognizing and appreciating good lecturer performance can motivate them to continue performing well and contributing to the university and society. In conclusion, optimizing education and training, involvement in research and community service, institutional support, project-based or collaborative learning activities, and recognition and appreciation of good performance is crucial for human resource development to improve the performance of Management Department lecturers at Pattimura University Ambon.

Abstract

This research was carried out on a laboratory experimental scale, with the aim of determining the characteristics of the Marshall test for the substitution of Polypropylene plastic pellets in the Asphalt Concrete Binder Course (AC BC) mixture. The substitution of Polypropylene plastic pellets in AC BC mixture is 1%, 2%, 3% of the weight of filler in AC BC standard mixture. From the test results, it can be concluded that the characteristics of the marshall test include VMA values, VIM values, VFA values, stability values, flow values, MQ values that meet the predetermined requirements both without filler and with filler.

Abstract

The Internet has had a profound, impact on society, enabling numerous benefits while also presenting significant challenges. While it has revolutionized communication, information access, and business operations, it has also created new ethical challenges, particularly with regards to inappropriate or negative content. Cybercrime, misinformation, disinformation, and user data exploitation are just a few examples of these issues. As the Internet's reach and influence continue to expand, it is critical to recognize and adhere to ethical principles in the digital world. This article aims to explore the importance of ethical principles in Internet use and their role in mitigating negative impacts. To achieve this objective, the paper conducts a literature review towards policy document and analyzes bibliometrics data against scholarly article databases indexed by Scopus and identify key point regarding ethical discourse. The article delves into the ethical implications of the Internet, including privacy concerns, confidentiality, decision-making, and data protection. In conclusion, it posits that the Internet should not be viewed simply as a tool but as a cultural artifact with the potential to shape society for better or worse. Therefore, it is our responsibility as users and stakeholders to understand and uphold ethical standards to ensure the responsible and equitable use of this powerful technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to assess the efficiency of the general banking industry in Indonesia on the use of digital banking and digital transformation. This paper is a research paper with quantitative methods and uses primary data collected by researchers using questionnaires. As for the data analysis method with PLS software SmartPls. The respondents were employees of commercial banks consisting of ten Islamic commercial banks and eleven conventional commercial banks. Findings - Investigative findings show that the banking industry in Indonesia is generally on a trend of increasing efficiency after implementing digital banking and digital transformation. And Financial Innovation does not moderate digital banking and digital transformation towards efficiency. This study provides a basis for regulators and bankers to improve efficiency in the banking sector by improving services to customers through the application of digital banking and digital transformation in order to improve banking performance. Originality/value – This paper presents new empirical findings on the state of efficiency of Commercial Banks in Indonesia after using digital banking and digital transformation.

Abstract

Public knowledge about COVID-19 and vaccines can support the success of programs to deal with this disease. The scope of providing vaccine information in Indonesia is not maximized because it is still new and some people refuse to be vaccinated for reasons of worry about the safety and effectiveness of vaccines, they express distrust of vaccines and question the halalness of vaccines . To find out Information Analysis About the Effect of Vaccines on the Participation Rate of Covid-19 Vaccination at Various Health Centers in NTT Province . Obtain research knowledge regarding the influence of Information Analysis on the Effect of Vaccines on the Participation Rate of Covid-19 Vaccination at Various Health Centers in the Province of NTT. This research is also useful for helping research subjects increase their knowledge and insight into knowledge by participating in the COVID-19 vaccination at various NTT Provincial Health Centers .

Abstract

This study aims to simplify business processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a recruitment process and improve the performance of the recruitment business process. In this study, the authors used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The conceptual framework model in this research consists of problems, methods, comparative experiments, and results, so the research procedure also needs to be carried out because it is wrong one crucial process, from the results of the analysis using the Quality Evaluation Factor (QEF) researchers found that there were findings of four quality factors that did not match the target of the employee recruitment process in PT. Indofresh is the business process of receiving application files and screening application files, invitation business processes, business processes of candidates present in the test and psychological test process, and business processes of participants to continue the interview process. Of the four quality factors, researchers identified the causes of discrepancies in the recruitment process in observations and interviews conducted and used them as a basis for improvements to the corresponding kids. Modeling carried out using BPMN is then simulated to get several recommendation results on each quality factor.

Abstract

Sustainability in the management of aquaculture activities is very important because it will make the welfare of the stakeholders. The research objectives initiated in the context of this discussion include several things, 1) Analyzing the status or index of sustainability that extends to other dimensions including social or cultural, and legal in relation to aquaculture ponds in Tambakbulusan Village Karangtengah District Demak Regency, 2) Knowing what are the sensitive attributes (levers) that affect the sustainability of aquaculture in Tambakbulusan village. The benefits of research is expected to provide benefits to the provision of comprehensive information, especially for stakeholders will describe the status of the sustainability of aquaculture ponds Tambakbulusan village. The implementation time of the research is detailed in March to April 2023 with the chosen setting is Tambakbulusan Village, Karangtengah District, Demak Regency. The determination of methods related to data analysis is with quantitative methods assisted by qualitative data results. The data obtained came from primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected from direct observations and interviews in the field with 47 (forty-seven) respondents. The analysis used is Multidimensional Scalling Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (MDS-RAPFISH) to analyze several aspects or dimensions of sustainability. The results of the sustainability analysis obtained are in the social or cultural dimension of 61.441 including also quite sustainable and in the legal or institutional dimension of 42.909 including less sustainable. Sensitive attributes in the social or cultural dimension are the attributes of participation in development forums, labor absorption, and family participation in aquaculture, and in the legal or institutional dimension, sensitive attributes are known to include the attributes of the intensity of law violations in relation to aquaculture, the existence of financial institutions, the availability of cultivator groups, and the existence of customary or religious law instruments.

Abstract

Pucung Village, Girisubo District, Gunung Kidul Regency, is located in a karst area which requires a certain method to make the best use of it. The karst area, which is often considered by some people in other areas as an obstacle, is actually considered a blessing by the community and the Pucung Village Government. This attitude arose as part of the optimism of the community and the Pucung Village Government in the karst area within the framework of agrarian reform. This study uses qualitative research methods, with a rationalistic approach. The number of informants was 10 people, who were selected purposively. The data consists of: (1) Primary data, obtained from interviews with informants; (2) Secondary data, in the form of Pucung Village population data. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out by utilizing Qualitative Analysis Techniques. The results of this study indicate that the optimism of the community and Pucung Village Government in the utilization of the karst area within the framework of agrarian reform is manifested in the form of: First, the seriousness of the community and Pucung Village Government, when collaborating with the National Land College (STPN) to carry out participatory research activities and community empowerment ; Second, the sincerity of the community and the Pucung Village Government when working hard to develop agriculture, animal husbandry, small businesses and tourism; Third, the seriousness of the community and the Pucung Village Government when carrying out repairs and arrangements for physical, intellectual, human, financial and technological facilities; Fourth, the seriousness of the community and Pucung Village Government, when improving people's welfare independently and peacefully by utilizing the iconic potential of Pucung Village, namely: Bengawan Solo Purba; Fifth, the seriousness of the community and Pucung Village Government when carrying out land use and utilization activities.
