Abstract

Industri jasa laboratorium kalibrasi memiliki peran strategis dalam menjamin akurasi pengukuran pada sektor manufaktur, energi, kesehatan, dan otomotif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian jasa kalibrasi pada pelanggan sektor industri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus jamak melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap 12 narasumber dari sembilan perusahaan pengguna jasa kalibrasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam tema utama yang memengaruhi perilaku pembelian jasa kalibrasi pada pasar B2B, yaitu: (1) akreditasi, kompetensi teknis, dan nilai Calibration and Measurement Capability (CMC) sebagai syarat dasar pemilihan penyedia jasa; (2) kepercayaan relasional yang terbentuk melalui hubungan jangka panjang; (3) ketepatan waktu layanan (delivery time) sebagai faktor operasional yang kritis; (4) kompleksitas pengambilan keputusan kolektif melalui buying center; (5) sensitivitas harga yang bersifat kontekstual; serta (6) reputasi dan rekomendasi dari sesama pelaku industri. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian jasa kalibrasi tidak hanya dipengaruhi faktor teknis dan harga, tetapi juga oleh relasi bisnis, persepsi risiko, dan dinamika organisasi pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dengan menghadirkan konteks empiris baru pada literatur perilaku konsumen B2B, khususnya pada industri jasa teknis terakreditasi yang masih jarang dieksplorasi dalam penelitian sebelumnya. Studi ini juga menegaskan bahwa karakteristik jasa kalibrasi menghasilkan pola pengambilan keputusan yang berbeda dibandingkan layanan B2B pada umumnya, terutama karena tingginya tuntutan akurasi, risiko operasional, dan kebutuhan kepatuhan standar industri. Implikasi manajerial bagi penyedia jasa kalibrasi mencakup pentingnya strategi diferensiasi berbasis kompetensi teknis, penguatan hubungan pelanggan, serta efisiensi proses operasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fraksi volume serat dan variasi perlakuan serat bundung (Scirpus grossus) terhadap kekuatan bending komposit berbasis resin. Variasi fraksi volume serat yang digunakan adalah 20% 30%  40% dengan tiga kondisi perlakuan, yaitu tanpa perlakuan, perendaman NaOH 5% selama 2 jam, serta kombinasi perendaman NaOH 5% selama 2 jam diikuti pemanasan pada suhu 70 °C selama 2 jam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, di mana proses pembuatan komposit dilakukan dengan metode hand lay-up, yaitu penyusunan lapisan serat ke dalam cetakan dan impregnasi dengan resin secara manual hingga diperoleh spesimen uji. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan fraksi volume serat berkontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kekuatan bending pada seluruh perlakuan. Komposit dengan serat tanpa perlakuan memiliki kekuatan paling rendah, sedangkan perlakuan NaOH meningkatkan kekuatan secara signifikan melalui proses delignifikasi yang memperbaiki adhesi serat–resin. Perlakuan kombinasi NaOH dan pemanasan menghasilkan kekuatan bending tertinggi, mencapai 98 N/mm² pada fraksi serat 40%, yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya kadar air, terlepasnya pengotor, serta meningkatnya stabilitas dimensional serat. Dengan demikian, kombinasi perlakuan NaOH dan pemanasan terbukti paling efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja mekanik komposit berbasis serat bundung.

Abstract

The transformation of broadcasting media in the digital era requires local Islamic propagation institutions to adapt to media convergence so that dakwah messages remain relevant and reach audiences across generations. This study aims to analyze the media convergence strategy applied by TV Assunnah Cirebon in optimizing digital dakwah, covering the transition pattern from conventional broadcasting to digital platforms, content production and distribution strategies, as well as the challenges and opportunities accompanying the transformation process. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method, conducted through exploratory field research. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with TV Assunnah Cirebon managers, direct observation at the production studio and editing room, and documentation of digital content on various platforms, then analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results show that TV Assunnah Cirebon applies a convergence strategy consisting of four main dimensions. First, the transition from satellite broadcasting to digital platforms as a strategic decision in response to the Analog Switch-Off (ASO) policy and high operational costs. Second, multiplatform integration through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and WhatsApp with content differentiation according to audience characteristics. Third, the implementation of the one content, multiple outputs production model accompanied by audio-visual quality standardization and distinctive Islamic visual branding. Fourth, strategic collaboration with dakwah networks such as Rodja TV, Ahsan TV, and ARTISI to expand reach. This study also identifies several challenges, including limited human resources, technical infrastructure, shadow banning, content reporting, and dynamics of digital regulation. These findings contribute to the literature on media convergence and dakwah communication, while also serving as a practical reference for other local dakwah institutions in designing adaptive and sustainable digital dakwah strategies.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought major changes in the world of education, including in science learning in elementary schools. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Deep Learning-based AI on the problem-solving abilities of fourth-grade students at State Elementary School 2 Suci Kaler, Karangpawitan District, Garut Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method and a Non-equivalent Control Group Design model. The research sample consisted of an experimental class and a control class. Data collection techniques were carried out through problem-solving ability tests, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The results showed that the use of Deep Learning-based AI had a significant effect on improving students' problem-solving abilities. The average posttest score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. AI-based learning also increased students' active involvement in the science learning process. This study concluded that Deep Learning-based AI is effectively used as a 21st-century learning innovation in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of digital learning videos in facilitating cognitive transformation of student analysis on food chain material at State Elementary School 2 Sukatani. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of fifth grade students, class teachers, and learning documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that: (1) digital learning videos were able to increase student cognitive engagement through concrete visualization of the food chain concept; (2) there was a cognitive transformation from the level of understanding to analysis which was characterized by students' ability to identify relationships between ecosystem components; and (3) supporting factors included the quality of video content, teacher pedagogical strategies, and discursive interactions in the classroom. However, there were obstacles in the form of limited facilities and variations in students' digital literacy abilities. (4) Teachers' strategies in optimizing the use of digital learning videos lie not only in media selection, but in how the media is integrated in a systematic, interactive learning process, and oriented towards developing students' higher-order thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for implementing distance education and digital transformation in Islamic boarding school learning in Garut Regency. The background of this study is based on the demands of information technology developments that encourage educational institutions, including Islamic boarding schools, to adapt to digital-based learning systems. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method, which aims to understand in depth the phenomenon of the need for implementing distance education and digital transformation in Islamic boarding school learning. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation in several Islamic boarding schools in Garut Regency. The results show that distance learning in Islamic boarding schools in Garut Regency has been implemented through the use of digital technology with a blended learning pattern, but is still adaptive and has not been systematically integrated in the curriculum, methods, and evaluation aspects. Supporting factors include the availability of technology, internet access, and digital literacy of educators, while inhibiting factors include limited infrastructure, gaps in teachers' digital competencies, student readiness, and the absence of comprehensive institutional policies. This study produces a digital transformation-based distance education implementation model that includes dimensions of policy, infrastructure, human resource competencies, learning processes, and evaluation and monitoring, as a basis for developing more effective, adaptive, and sustainable learning.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of education, particularly in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of interactive video implementation in improving the digital literacy skills of elementary school teachers in Garut City District. The study used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design method through a one-group pretest–posttest model. The research subjects consisted of 30 elementary school teachers selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments were a digital literacy test and a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the N-gain test and paired t-test. The results showed a significant increase in teachers' digital literacy skills after the use of interactive videos, with an average pretest score of 62.4 and a posttest score of 82.7. The N-gain value of 0.54 is included in the moderate category. The t-test results showed a significance value <0.05, so there is a significant effect. This study concludes that interactive videos are effective in improving teachers' digital literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Google Site-based learning website to improve the conceptual understanding of 30 students in the Crafts subject of class VIII at SMPN 4 Garut. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The product developed is a digital learning media containing materials, images, video tutorials, practice questions, and online evaluations that can be accessed flexibly through various devices. The validation results by material experts and media experts show that the learning media is in the very feasible category with a percentage of ?90%. The results of the effectiveness test show an increase in student learning outcomes, as indicated by an increase in the average pretest score of 60.33 to 82.67 in the posttest. The results of the N-Gain test obtained a value of 0.65 (medium category), with the distribution of increases in the high category of 33%, medium 57%, and low 10%. Furthermore, the paired samples t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. Student responses to the use of the media were also positive. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Google Site-based learning website developed is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' conceptual understanding of the Crafts subject.

Abstract

Manajemen Rantai Pasok Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Supply Chain Management/SSCM) menuntut integrasi efisiensi ekonomi dengan tanggung jawab lingkungan dan sosial. Production Routing Problem (PRP) yang berfokus pada minimalisasi biaya kini diperluas menjadi Sustainable PRP (SU-PRP), yaitu optimasi multi-objektif (MOMILP) dari tiga tujuan yang saling bertentangan: minimalisasi biaya ekonomi, minimalisasi biaya emisi CO?, dan minimalisasi biaya sosial (risiko kecelakaan). Kompleksitas model SU-PRP pada skala besar menunjukkan inefisiensi signifikan pada algoritma eksak. Penelitian ini mengembangkan algoritma Hyper-heuristic berupa Weighted Tchebycheff Iterated Self Adaptive–Great Deluge (AWT SA-DG) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Algoritma diuji menggunakan studi kasus dengan 2 plant, 5 retailer, 4 tipe kendaraan, 2 produk, dan 2 periode perencanaan. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan algoritma AWT SA-DG berhasil menghasilkan 12 Pareto Optimal Solutions, dibandingkan 9 solusi dari metode Weighted Sum. Nilai Spacing Metric (SM) sebesar 6.7024 menunjukkan distribusi solusi yang lebih merata, Inverted Generational Distance (IGD) bernilai 0.00 (100% efisiensi diversifikasi), dan Mean Ideal Distance (MID) sebesar 255.35 membuktikan konvergensi 79.59% lebih dekat ke titik ideal dibanding Weighted Sum. Algoritma AWT SA-DG terbukti unggul dalam memecahkan MOMILP SU-PRP dan berpotensi diimplementasikan pada skala perencanaan industri yang lebih besar.

Abstract

The agricultural input industry faces increasingly complex competition between multinational corporations (MNCs) and national/local firms. Differences in resources, technological capability, distribution networks, and market proximity imply that marketing strategies cannot be standardized across firm types. This study aims to analyze the priorities of the 7P marketing mix in the agricultural input industry and compare the priority patterns between MNC and national/local firms. The study employed the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) involving 12 expert panelists from industry practitioners, academics, and agribusiness experts. The results show that MNC firms prioritize Product (0.234), People (0.165), and Promotion (0.163), whereas national/local firms prioritize Product (0.193), People (0.177), Price (0.167), and Promotion (0.149). The main sub-criteria for MNC firms are dominated by product innovation, brand reputation, core product quality, professionalism, and price-value alignment. In contrast, national/local firms emphasize field staff competence, direct communication through demonstration plots, core product quality, competitive pricing, and the quality of demonstration plots. These findings indicate that MNC firms rely more on product differentiation and reputation, whereas national/local firms depend more on field proximity, pricing, distribution, and tangible evidence of product performance. Artificial Intelligence serves as an enabler of marketing strategy implementation rather than as a primary priority.
