Abstract

This activity is part of the continuation of research on Media Literacy conducted in 2019. The results of the research show that from each skill in media literacy problems arise at the technical skill level and communicative abilities level. These problems are of course the main focus of this activity, especially regarding participation in content creation to maximize communication abilities through applications. Based on the background of the above problems, Audio Broadcasting Production Assistance (Podcast) was carried out as the embodiment of the Catholic Church's Digital Catechism. This assistance is intended, to provide a new way of packaging the message of tempestuous life for all people. The target object of abdimas is the Catholic Church of Saint Yusup Karanpilang. In the context of communication, the Catholic Church of Saint Joseph, including the late majority. So it is deemed necessary to provide assistance so that the content that is disseminated to the public can be accepted and is good for presentation.

Abstract

Social organization is an association, namely a group of people who have the same goals, interests, hobbies, and interests and form a permanent organization. This training is intended for the management of the Nekafmese organization, which is a community of immigrants from NTT. The benefits that can be taken from this training are: the management knows the basics of good organiza-tional management, the management knows how to prepare organi-zational equipment such as vision, mission, goals, activity plans, and SOP. The training method used is Asset-Based Community Devel-opment (ABCD), because it is considered the right approach to the problems encountered in the Nekaf Mese Organization. The results of the training show that based on the feedback, responses, and partici-pation of all leaders and members of the Nekaf Mese Surabaya organ-ization, it can be concluded that the participants are satisfied with the training activities and require regular and sustainable training from the Community Service Team

Abstract

Cooperative education, especially by the Indonesian people, including members of the Tirta Dana Credit Union, aims to increase understanding of the cooperative concept and how to become a member wisely and have a role in it. Education on financial management for members is considered necessary and provides opportunities to learn the basics related to income, expenses, savings, and loans. This PkM activity is a coaching effort that is expected to help members of Credit Union Tirta Dana in formulating dreams of welfare and building members' financial health. This activity is the main goal of the UKWMS Management Study Program in an effort to play a role in developing financial intelligence for Tirta Dana Credit Union members, especially in contributing to the creation of greater value to the community

Abstract

The purpose of the activity with the topic of service excellence includes providing counseling and consultation regarding providing excellent service, handling customer complaints, and using technology and social media to market products. Participants in the activity are small business owners in Surabaya who generally face marketing diffi-culties during the pandemic, including technology adoption, consisten-cy in meeting certain quality standards that allow customer complaints to arise, and lack of mastery in using social media to market products and serve consumers. This activity has been held online in March 2021 in two stages. The first stage is the provision of training in 3-day session through the zoom application, which is also broadcast on the YouTube channel. The second stage is the provision of consultation for eight days through the WhatsApp Group application
