Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has an impact on learning activities in schools. Therefore, this study aims to provide an overview of how parenting activities are carried out by parents for early childhood during the new normal period. Parents have different characteristics that affect the parenting applied and they are just adapting to the current state of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Parenting activities carried out in the new normal period were carried out as usual activities but accompanied by new normal habits by implementing health protocols. Based on the research results, parents' answers on average rarely, sometimes and often implement new normal parenting activities. Parents who answered rarely worked as housewives because they were still indifferent to health protocols and thought that parenting activities had been carried out by teachers at schools. While sometimes and rarely are working parents such as civil servants, entrepreneurs and private employees, this is mostly due to the busy work of parents, but there are also some parents who have often implemented new normal parenting on the sidelines of their busy lives

Abstract

Interpersonal intelligence is very important for children to be easily accepted in the community because children with interpersonal intelligence have many skills, namely the ability to empathize (sharing, helping and helping others), the ability to recognize other people's thoughts, the ability to make friends, and establish social relationships so that they can build relationships. positive relationships with others. Some of the inhibiting factors for children's interpersonal intelligence include the child's individual home environment, parenting patterns that are too authoritarian and overprotective. Abstract

Toddlers are an age that is susceptible to developmental problems. An important period in the process of child development is the first five years which is the golden period of an individual's life or known as the golden period. Growth and development in children occurs throughout life which consists of several stages, one of which is the toddler period. Toddler period is in the range from childhood starting to walk alone until they walk and run easily, which is approaching the age of 12 to 36 months. This study aims to analyze the development of social personality in infants and toddlers. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using library research methods. Library research is research conducted using library materials, either in the form of books, notes or other reference sources. The results of the study showed that the development of social personality in infants in general is usually the first experience of socialization for babies with their mothers. At the age of 2 months (social period), infants are responsive to humans and non-humans. At 6 months, social smiles begin to appear, at 9-13 months, babies try to touch other babies' clothes, faces, hair, and imitate their behavior and voice. At the age of 16-18 months, babies begin to show negativism. Ages 18-24 months, babies are interested in playing with other babies and use play materials to form social relationships with them. Age 22-24 months, babies want to cooperate in a number of routine activities, such as bathing, eating, dressing

Abstract

This study aims to determine language development strategies and indicators of achievement of receptive and expressive language in early childhood. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, research using literature study research methods or literature study. Studying literature in this study, researchers used various written sources, namely, books, articles, journals and various documents that were relevant to the issues studied. There are several languages that must be developed in children, some of which are receptive language and expressive language. Receptive language is related to the ability to distinguish meaningful and meaningless sounds, receptive language is the ability to listen and read. Children's expressive language is the ability to express language verbally and non-verbally. From the research results, there are several strategies to help the development of receptive language, namely: (1) Storytelling activities; (2) Flashcards; (3) Language games (rehearse words, listen-do, listen-guess, whisper chain and tell stories). And some strategies to help children's expressive language development are: (1) Finger Puppet Play; (2) Role Playing.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the success of the TPA Raudhatul Islam Nagari Toboh Gadang Timur, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evidenced by the large number of students and the many achievements obtained by Raudhatul Islam TPA students. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of this TPA is due to the varied teaching styles of educators in learning activities. This study aims to describe the variations in teaching styles of educators at TPA Raudhatul Islam. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were TPA Raudhatul Islam students totaling 180 people. The sampling technique used is purposive random sampling. Samples were taken with a specific purpose or purpose as many as 45 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data collection tool uses a list of statements (questionnaires). For the data analysis technique using the percentage formula. The results showed that the variation in the teaching style of educators was seen from the aspect of voice variation, focusing the attention of students, changing the position of educators and making eye contact with students when learning activities were categorized as good. This is evidenced by the majority of students giving frequent statements. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that variations in the teaching style of educators in TPA should be maintained and if it can be improved

Abstract

This research is based by the good implementation of good learning conducted between educators. This study aims to look at the image of cooperation conducted by educators with the parents in the implementation of learning in a Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an Mushala Amanah Gunung Panggilun Kecamatan Padang Utara Kota Padang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were participants enrolled in educational institutions Wildlife Educators of the Qur'an and recite the following study amounted to 74 people. Samples were taken 25% were 19 people by using simple random sampling technique. technique the collection of the data are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a statement sheet. Mechanical amalisis data using a percentage formula. Research showed that the learning outcomes of Wildlife Educators of the Qur'an is good. Expected to educators and parents to continue to maintain and enhance cooperation in the implementation of children's learning

Abstract

This research is motivated by many teenagers who get good learning result at SLTP level Kanagarian Kinali, Kinali District, Pasaman Barat Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the parent's way of forming the child's learning habits in terms of the following aspects: 1) arranging the learning schedule together with the child, 2) accompanying and assisting the child in learning, 3) giving praise to the child and 4) assisting the child in eliminating anxiety and saturation in learning. This study used quantitative descriptive method.The population in this study was 109 adolescents.Samples were taken 25% using stratified rondom sampling technique, so there were 27 people. collection techniques used observation and questionnaires. Technique of analysis using technique percentage. The result of this research show that parent in forming child's learning habit is included into good category

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high self-confidence of early child in PAUD Adzkia III Village Korong Gadang, District Kuranji, Padang City. This is seen from the courage of children to express opinions to teachers and friends, not shy to rebuke friends if wrong, advise among others, and do not hesitate when appearing in front of the class. This condition is suspected of a relationship with the planting of confidence done by the teacher. The purpose of this study is to describe the planting of self-confidence in early childhood at PAUD Adzkia III institution from the aspect of independence, positive thinking, and courage to express the opinion made by the teacher. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 29 teachers. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique obtained 22 people sample from 75% population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula. The result of the research shows that 1) the picture of self-confidence planting through the independent aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, 2) the picture of confidence planting through positive thinking aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, and 3) the picture the cultivation of trust through the brave aspect of expressing the opinion given by the teacher to the child looks very good. Suggestions in this study is expected to the teacher in order to maintain and increase confidence planting in school so that the child's confidence continues to increase

Abstract

Research is stimulated by his good guidance given by the tutors in the activities of cosmetology at PKBM Ashi-Shifa Pulai Nagari Gaduik the Tilatang Kamang the Agam. Judging from the tutor very establish goog cooperation in carrying out training activities of cosmetology at PKBM. The study aims to see the picture of the social environment in the process of studying cosmetology at PKBM Ashi-Shifa. This type of research is sort of descriptive set of quantitative, with respondents to are listed as a member of the training of makeup. The withdrawal of the sample of saturated (census), where all members of the population as of the respondents. Gathering data using the questionnaire with the analysis of data in the calculation of persentage. The results showed that;(1) visions of the social environment on lerning life skills of makeup in terms of cooperation in studying, (2) visions of the social environment on lerning life skills of makeup in terms of familiarity in learning,(3) visions of the social environment on lerning life skills of makeup in terms of tolerance in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan berbicara anak usia 5-6 tahun di Kenagarian Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai. Diduga salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena intensitas interaksi orang tua bersama anak masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menggambarkan intensitas interaksi orang tua bersama anak; menggambarkan kemampuan berbicara anak; dan melihat hubungan intensitas interaksi orang tua bersama anak dengan kemampuan berbicara anak di Kenagarian Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif teknik korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah orangtua dari anak usia dini di Nagari Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa angket dengan alatnya berupa kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisi dengan rumus persentase dan korelasi Spearman rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Intensitas interaksi orang tua bersama anak usia dini dikategorikan masih rendah; Kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini dikategorikan masih rendah, dan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara intensitas interaksi orang tua bersama anak dengan kemampuan berbicara anak dini di Kenagarian Salido Kecamatan IV Jurai. Disarankan kepada keluarga supaya menjalin komunikasi secara harmonis, intensif, dan dinamis dengan anak sehingga kemampuan bicara anak meningkat.
