Abstract

Coffee consumption has continued to increase over the past few years due to the emergence of new trends in society, especially among young people, where coffee shops become a hangout place and coffee as a drink to accompany gatherings and spend time which is caused by this trend. as an opportunity for entrepreneurs to open a business with coffee-based ingredients so that there are so many coffee shops and the proliferation of coffee franchises in Indonesia. This study examines the effect of Shop Atmosphere, Promotion, Price on Customer Satisfaction Janji Jiwa in Bekasi. The theory used in this research is shop atmosphere, promotion, price and customer satisfaction. There are two types of variables in this study, namely independent which consists of Shop Atmosphere, Promotion and Price, while the dependent variable consists of Customer Satisfaction. The object of this research is the Janji Jiwa. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples of Janji Jiwa customers in the Bekasi area using simple random sampling technique. The three independent variables, namely shop atmosphere, promotions and prices have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Janji Jiwa It is recommended that the Janji Jiwa be able to pay attention to customers, especially to provide a comfortable and good shop atmosphere so that customers feel satisfied and it is also recommended that the Soul Promise can provide promotional promotions in the form of cutting prices to attract new customers.

Abstract

Obat-obatan merupakan salah satu produk hasil dari industri farmasi dimana industri tersebut termasuk ke dalam salah satu bidang industri yang pertumbuhannya sangat cepat. Salah satu industri farmasi adalah PT. Dos Ni Roha. Keanekaragaman produk obat-obatan yang ada pada saat ini mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan identifikasi dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian, sehingga setiap perusahaan menciptakan produk yang dibutuhkan konsumen dengan kualitas yang baik dan harga yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, preferensi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian obat betadine solution pada PT. Dos Ni Roha Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei. yang dibatasi pada survei sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada taraf kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa distribusi penilaian responden terhadap variabel promosi, harga, kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian masuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Artinya pelanggan menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa variabel-variabel yang telah ditetapkan oleh PT. Dos Ni Roha Bandung tersebut sesuai yang diharapkan pelanggan. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa promosi, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Kontribusi pengaruh variabel promosi, preferensi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian adalah 74,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Payment Gateway on the performance of MSMEs in fishing shops in the Yogyakarta and Magelang areas. This study uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression method. The variables used are E-payment Gateway, product Quality, MSMEs Performance. The type of data used in this research is primary data which is taken directly by distributing questionnaires, namely micro business actors who are engaged in selling fishing rods. The results of this study indicate that the use of the E-Payment Gateway can improve the performance of MSMEs in fishing shops.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, and room sales on visiting decisions, as measured by partial significance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test), the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis by multiple linear regression test. The population in this study were all guests of the Glamping room at Alam Heha Ocean View Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used non probability sampling method with a total sample of 138 people. The results of this study indicate that: 1). advertising has a positive effect on the decision to visit, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.047 <0.05, the value of tcount (2.516) > ttable (1.660); individual sales has a positive effect on the decision to visit, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.007 <0.05, tcount (2.760) > ttable (1.660); sales promotion has a positive effect on the decision to visit, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.013 <0.05, the value of tcount (2.438) > ttable (1.660); publicity does not affect the decision to visit, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.594 > 0.05, the value of tcount (0.535) > ttable (1.660); room sales have no effect on the decision to visit, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.550 > 0.05, value (0.599) > ttable (1.660). 2). Advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, room sales have an influence on the decision to visit, this is evidenced by the significance of 0.042 < 0.05, the value of Fcount (2.965) > Ftable (2.463). 3) Multiple linear equation Y = 16.933 + 0.156 (X1) + 0.313 (X2) + 0.217 (X3) + 0.088 (X4) – 0.123 (X5). 4) The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.363, indicating that advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, room sales have an influence on the decision to visit by 36.3%, while 63.7% is influenced by other factors not examined

Abstract

Dandelion is a business engaged in the field of animal accessories, especially pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, cats and dogs. Dandelion was founded in mid-2020, at the beginning of its establishment this company only sold broiler rabbits for the products offered, so then Dandelion changed the products it sold with a focus on selling cage products only. This is due to the decrease in consumer interest in buying products (rabbits) from dandelions. This study aims to analyze internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors by using the Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Analysis tool that can affect Dandellion's business, formulate business development strategies, and develop model development. Dandellion's business uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach which is composed of nine blocks, namely customer segment, value proposition, customer relationship, key partnership, key activities, key resources and cost structure as well as revenue stream. The BMC approach is needed as a visualization tool for efforts to develop Dandellion's business development strategies to optimize business services.

Abstract

Jaminan pengiriman kebutuhan alat utama sistem senjata (alutsista), serta infrastruktur pertahanan jangka panjang, merupakan indikasi kuatnya industri militer. Beberapa faktor yang memperlambat pertumbuhan industri militer nasional, antara lain kurangnya dana, kurangnya sumber daya, kurangnya transparansi dalam proses pengadaan, dan aturan yang tidak sepenuhnya mendukung sektor pertahanan. Hal ini membutuhkan intervensi dari pemerintah dan kerjasama di antara semua pihak terkait. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahui bagaimana pemerintah mengambil keputusan yang tepat terkait Investasi Industri Pertahanan terhadap Pertahanan Negara di Kawasan Asia. Teori dalam studi ini antara lain Teori Investasi Keynes, Teori Investasi Portfolio Markowitz, Teori Kebijakan George Edward III, dan Teori Pertahanan Negara. Pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan analisis studi kasus digunakan untuk studi ini. Metode pengumpulan data sekunder dan primer digunakan pada studi ini. Pengujian kredibilitas memastikan bahwa hanya informasi yang dapat diandalkan yang digunakan. Model Miles dan Huberman digunakan, bersama dengan triangulasi teknis dan triangulasi sumber, untuk analisis data ini. Para peneliti menemukan bahwa beberapa negara Asia Tenggara belum didekati oleh industri pertahanan nasional. Strategi militer suatu negara akan sangat mempengaruhi jenis model pendanaan yang dipilih oleh sektor pertahanan di negara tersebut. Semakin besar kekuatan negara untuk mengarahkan pembiayaan ke sektor pertahanan, semakin efektif sektor tersebut dapat melayani kebutuhan dalam negeri. Hal ini dapat dilakukan misalnya dengan memperkuat diplomasi pertahanan dalam upaya memajukan barang-barang industri militer nasional, dan dengan menciptakan lini produksi berorientasi ekspor yang sesuai dengan lingkungan strategis negara mitra dagang potensial.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance and how far innovation and skills are to the success of the MSME business. MSMEs that promote cultural preservation cannot be separated from the Innovation and Skills used to become a stage for achieving business success. As has been done by NDFsasirangan's efforts to carry out Innovation and Skills to achieve Business Success. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the role of Innovation and Skills in the success of the NDFsasirangan business is. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees or craftsmen of NDFsasirangan as many as 44 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Innovation and Skills play a significant role in business success in the NDFsasirangan business, either partially or simultaneously with the Adjusted R Square (R2)0.62% or the role of innovation and skills by 62% on business success in the NDFsasirangan business.

Abstract

: Kombinasi Analisis CAPM, analisis RVAR dan Analisis Fundamental diterapkan pada portofolio Index High Dividen 20 (IDXHIDIV20) dalam upaya optimalisasi return. Digunakan Data closing price IDXHIDIV20 selama periode Januari 2021 – November 2022 dengan memperhatikan BIRate dan Return Saham Gabungan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 8 saham terbaik menjadi satu portofolio baru dan mengelemininasi 13 saham lainnya dari portofolio lama. Kombinasi analisis ini memberikan kenaikan rata-rata keuntungan sebesar 1,5% dari return portofolio lama menjadi 3,13% serta mencapai keuntungan maksimum 2 kali lipat dari portofolio lama sebesar 18,85%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find the variables that affect the net profit of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This kind of research is categorized as quantitative research. Pharmaceutica companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange between 2016-2020 which constitute the population. Retrieval of research data using an purposeful sampling approach, and collected as many as 35 samples from 11 companies and as many as 7 sample companies. for this reseach, multiple linear regression analysis is the method of analysis. The result is that operating income has a relevant impact on net income. the cash turnover ratio, inventory turnover ratio, and receivables turnover ratio all had no effect on net income. According to the simultaneous test of operating revenues, cash turnover, inventory and receivables have a large effect on net income.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Tanjungpinang. Teknik sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 114 Pegawai. Objek penelitian yaitu pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Tanjungpinang. Jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian instrumen penelitian, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, pengujian hipotesis, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimana berdasarkan dari hasil uji hipotesis diketahui nilai t hitung > t tabel yaitu (5,955) > (1,981) dengan nilai tingkat signifikansinya sebesar (0,000 < 0,05). Kemudian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional (X) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Tanjungpinang. Kemudian secara keseluruhan variabel di luar penelitian ini pengaruhnya lebih besar signifikan yaitu sebesar 76% dibandingkan dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu antara variabel kecerdasan emosional (X) yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 24%.
