Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use on intentions to use the TikTok application. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods through online questionnaires and is determined using a non-probability purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 65 Generation Z respondents who had never used the TikTok application. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect the intention to use the TikTok application either partially or simultaneously according to the results of statistical data processing which found that all hypotheses were accepted. used as a reference for further research. The main theory in this study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is used to explain the relationship between perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and intention to use, and it is found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, are still strong predictors in increasing intention to use the TikTok application. in generation Z. The results of the R-Square score of 0.623 which indicates that the intention to use the TikTok application in generation Z is influenced by 62% influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and the rest is influenced by other things that are not explained in this study. This study contributes to the literature on the topic of social media use by considering perceived usefulness and ease of influencing intentions to use TikTok

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional, Corporate Social Responsibility, Kebijakan Dividen dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kualitas Laba. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 36 perusahaan yang merupakan sampel dengan 3 tahun periode pengamatan, sehingga diperoleh 108 laporan keuangan tahunan.Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas laba, corporate social responsibility(CSR) berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laba, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laba dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laba.

Abstract

MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) is a term for business activities run by business entities, households and individuals which refers to productive economic enterprises. The classification is based on turnover and the amount of wealth and employees owned. MSMEs have a very big contribution in raising the wheels of the Indonesian economy, this is because the type of business has a role in expanding employment opportunities. Sultan Express Couriers are SMEs that have great potential to develop the shipping service industry. The purpose of this research is to find out how Sultan Express handles the increasing demand in a season in order to remain effective and timely as well as the branding of Sultan Express. The results show that Sultan Express can handle increasing demand in one season while still using low prices in order to attract consumers to use the services of MSMEs, Sultan Express services in handling demand if it goes up or down and the branding of Sultan Express is still offering the cheapest postage prices. in the city of Batam, namely at a cost of Rp. 6,000 throughout the city of Batam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kompetensi dan kualifikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, dalam hal ini kinerja UMKM. Manakah yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar antara kompetensi dan kualifikasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kempada UMKM di Yogyakarta dan studi literatur, terdapat 48 responden yang mengisi kuisioner kemudian data diolah menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil olah data menunjukkan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh pada variabel kinerja organisasi dengan nilai sebesar 0,00 dengan ambang batas <0,1, sedangkan variabel kualifikasi tidak memiliki pengaruh pada variabel kinerja dengan hasil 0,487 pada ambang batas <0,1. Hal ini menjawab pada hipotesis pada penelitian ini yaitu variabel kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan variabel kualifikasi tidak memiliki pengaruh pada kinerja organisasi. Artinya organisasi perlu penggalian lebih dalam terkait dengan kompetensi karyawan pada saat interview, kompetensi tidak terlihat secara langsung pada proses rekruitmen

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Asus laptop products on the Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School (PPM) Consumers in Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression method. The variables used are Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision. The type of data used in this study is primary data taken directly by distributing questionnaires, namely the Consumers of the Ar-Royyaan Baitul Hamdi Islamic Boarding School Students (PPM) Yogyakarta. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan seacara parsial dan simultan. Oejek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Zio Parfum Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengolahan data analisis regresi linier berganda, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, ujiasumsi klasik, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan acuan signifikan 0,05 yang diolahmenggunakanbantuan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji t pada variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 pada variabel Harga (X2) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 pada variabel kepuasan pelanggan (Y) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini memiliki nilai yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk pada PT. Kurnia Dwimitra Sejati. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 46 responden karyawan yang bekerja di bagian pengolahan bahan baku, bagian proses produksi, dan karyawan yang bertugas di bagian pengujian kualitas produk Jendela dan Pintu UPVC PT. Kurnia Dwimitra Sejati. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai serta menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh responden. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Kualitas Bahan Baku dan Proses Produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kualitas Produk. Secara parsial kualitas bahan baku berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk, dan Proses produksi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk.

Abstract

Along with the development of the era, the population in big cities has increased every year. This will certainly have an impact on the narrowing of land, especially agricultural land. In addition, the high demand for vegetables by the community further complicates the situation related to land constriction due to development. By utilizing the limitations of existing land, farming with hydroponic methods can be used as a solution for food security, in this case is the consumption of vegetables and fruits. Vegetable market in this case hydroponic vegetables continue to grow up to 20% each year with key players that can be said is still small. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a mature strategy to overcome the problems and in the development. Using the Business Model Canvas approach and SWOT analysis can provide a new business model design alternative to face competitors and maximize revenue. This research method uses a qualitative method based on a descriptive purpose that is inductive. Data collection techniques used observations, interviews, and documentation addressed to informants, as well as secondary data. Based on the results of interviews, I obtained a description of nine blocks of the current Canvas Business Model building from Mina Tani Farm Evaluation of SWOT results using SWOT analysis showed that Mina Tani Farm has strengths and weaknesses. In addition, it has many opportunities and some threats that need to be faced. From the evaluation results with SWOT analysis can be prepared alternative strategy formulation as perfection Business Model Canvas existing. The results of this study are to find out the description of the current Mina Tani Farm Hydroponic business model when viewed with the Business Model Canvas approach, to find out the current position of Mina Tani Farm's internal and external environment and to find out the appropriate business development strategy at this time.

Abstract

Objectives–This study aims to examine and analyze the role of employee empowerment on the intention to quit with performance as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research uses quantitative methods and uses a population of 76 employees of Arya Mandiri Teknik Yogyakarta staff. Questionnaire method. Instrument test and classical assumption test. SEM-PLS program data analysis tool. Research Results–Employee empowerment has a positive and significant role in performance and Intention to Quit. Meanwhile, performance plays a positive and significant role in the Intention to Quit, and performance mediates the role of employee empowerment in the intention to quit. Originality – Research using established variables needs to be done as a reinforcement of existing theories, as well as contributing to the development of other, more specific variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the method used by the company to calculate the cost of production and compare it with the calculation of the job order costing method and to determine the role of the Job Order Costing method in assigning costs accurately and efficiently.The data collection method used is the method of field studies interviews), literature studies, documentation. This research uses research techniques by going directly to the production site, documentation, and literature studies that are used to strengthen and deepen the study of the object under study. The data analysis method used is descriptive test analysis technique, descriptive test is a way of formulating or interpreting existing data so as to be able to provide a clear picture through collecting, compiling, and analyzing data, so that a general description of the company's production activities can be known. The results show that CV Globalindo Perkasa Engineering has not used the calculation of the cost of production and has not classified its costs. By using the calculation of the cost of production using the job order costing method, the resulting cost of goods manufactured is Rp. 1,112,912.34 and ends at a selling price of Rp. 1,391,140. the calculation of the cost of production using the job order costing method is smaller than the calculation of CV Globalindo Perkasa Engineering
