The research objective is to identify and analyze the behavior of drivers and road users in traffic in the absence of ZoSS when passing SMP Negeri 55 Bekasi City. The method used is quantitative descriptive qualitative method and with reference to the Director General of Land Transportation Regulation Number 1304 / AJ / 403 / DRJD / 2014 concerning School Safe Zones. The results showed that the behavior of students of SMP Negeri 55 Kota Bekasi and road users in times of heavy traffic without a School Safe Zone (ZoSS) made them unsafe and unsafe.

The aim in this study was to compare the level of efficiency and advantages of operating the Bombardier CRJ 1000 and Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft on the Jakarta-Banyuwangi-Jakarta route in order to face competition between airlines. Selection of aircraft types with a larger seat capacity is important to increase market share. However, it should be approved whether the technical operational takeoff weight, operational costs, and payload of the selected aircraft can generate optimum profit. Hence, the study is designed to solve these problems by using a comparative qualitative study with the research subjects being the airlines owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and collecting secondary data from company documentation. Data analysis tools used are payload allowable calculation data based on aircraft structure and aircraft performance, as well as the BCG (Boston Consulting Group) matrix to determine the company's position in terms of market growth and market share. The results of this study indicate that the Bombardier CRJ 1000 aircraft has a small but efficient capacity, while the operation of the Boeing 737-800 NG incurs higher costs. However, with a large load capacity, the Boeing 737-800 NG can generate greater profits than the Bombardier CRJ 1000. Garuda Indonesia's position in the BCG matrix is in the star quadrant, with a relative market share value of 0.74 and an average market growth of 78.04.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) and behavioral awareness (K3) of the depok-antasari toll road service operational officers on zero accident efforts at PT Citra Waspphutowa. This research was conducted on 48 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. By using two independent variables, namely the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3), awareness of behavior (K3) and one dependent variable, namely zero accident efforts. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) (X₁) and awareness of behavior (K3) (X₂) on efforts to zero accident (Y). The results of this study show simultaneously (F test) the variables of the implementation of occupational safety and health. (K3) and awareness of behavior (K3) together have a positive and significant effect on zero accident efforts with a contribution value of 67.3%. Partially (T test) awareness of behavior (K3) has a positive and significant effect on zero accident efforts.

Tanjung Priok Container Terminal is a terminal that serves the loading and unloading process of containers with high service performance standards. Termnal Container customers expect the performance of the services provided by the company to meet their satisfaction or expectations. This study aims to determine the level of conformity between service performance and customer satisfaction or expectations at the container terminal. This study analyzed the data of 67 Container Terminal customers obtained by providing a questionnaire to the customers. The results of the suitability level analysis show that the service performance provided by the container terminal management is satisfied or very satisfied because it has a conformity percentage of 91.93%, besides that the index value of the gap or gap between performance and customer satisfaction / expectations is at -0.28. Where at this value, Container Terminals generally have met customer expectations, but in terms of reliability and assurance, it is still necessary to improve so that it is expected to increase the number and loyalty of Container Terminal customers.

The implementation of the School Safe Zone (ZoSS) provision program in the Depok City area for early childhood education, basic education and education that has not been implemented optimally is in accordance with the objectives of implementing the ZoSS program. The purpose of this research is to increase traffic awareness in the area to school, where many parents, teachers and children do not care about good driving and care for the safety of themselves and others. The problem in this study is the lack of public awareness of how to get to the school area safely. The research method uses descriptive qualitative data collection methods by interviewing children who go to school in Depok and secondary data from journals. The results showed that the application of ZoSS in the city of Depok has been implemented with priority in 7 elementary schools (SD) with traffic signs and officers optimally.

This study aims to analyze the different handling procedures of Perishable goods in the cold storage area at the seaport and airport in Jakarta, as well as to increase the efficiency, benefits of more effective and efficient warehousing in the flow of the handling process. The location of this research is at Tanjung Priok Port and Soekarno Hatta Airport. The research's focus on surveying the location where observation is carried out in closed and open warehouses also conducts layout analysis and observes, studies the process of receiving and storing goods in the warehouse. This research is descriptive qualitative to describe in-depth about the different procedures for handling perishable goods at seaports and airports in Jakarta. The data are primary and secondary. Primary data from interviews and surveys, secondary data from the company, and various supporting literature. The research informants were Cold Storage business players at ports and airports as well as from the Indonesian Cold Chain Association. The data analysis technique used the approach developed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed the differences in both procedures, capacities, and reference standards, although the type of goods handled was the same as perishable goods.

This study was conducted in ITL Trisakti Jakarta in order to analyze the effect of the application of IMC and Innovation towards Purchase Intention of university selection. The study was conducted using quantitative-hypothesis testing research. The validity and reliability testing research was conducted using SPSS program, while the data was analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result of the study shows there is not significant influence of innovation to the respondents’ decision making on university selection. However, there is a significant influence of the IMC strategies applied to the respondents’ decision making. Furthermore, respondents’ quality perception, as the intervening variable, shows direct and significant influence to the respondents’ decision making on university selection. Specifically, internet and marketing evenst have big contribution to the application of IMC in ITL Trisakti, despite; Advertising and Personal Selling show the least. Therefore, ITL Trisakti is expected to develop the marketing strategy in order to get the best result.

PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is a subsidiary of Pelindo III which is an expansion of Tanjung Perak Port which is engaged in container services. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of the availability and waiting time of a combined terminal trailer on the loading and unloading productivity of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. The problem of this research is the inadequate number of combined terminal trailers, the occurrence of waiting trucks, inadequate number of combined terminal trailers, changes in location, weight of containers transported by CTT, the high level of damage to the combined terminal trailer, difficulty in spare parts or spare parts. The results showed that there was a significant effect between the availability and waiting time of CTT on loading and unloading productivity where the correlation coefficient test showed 0.848 which means that there is a very strong influence. Meanwhile, the correlation coefficient of determination test shows that the influence between the availability and waiting time of CTT and loading and unloading productivity is 71.9% while the remaining 28.1% is influenced by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pedestrian behavior of school children when crossing the road and to review the road design factors from the student's house to the school, such as consistency, continuity, attractiveness, safety, comfort, spatial integration, experience, and socio-economic value, in order to integrate bicycle infrastructure designs with school safety zones. This study was designed qualitatively with data from the experiences of 100 child participants aged 12-15 years following the flow and route to school. Participants was asked to fulfill questionnaire consisted of 10 points of system reports and 41 points of audit statements on road infrastructure factors that were traversed to school. Data analysis used the school safety zone theory (ZoSS) and eight levels of bicycle service. The findings of investigative research that participants understood the standard 4T guarding, but inconsistent with the right-looking procedure. This makes the front area of the school requires a school safety zone (ZoSS) as a reminder for students to apply the correct traversing procedure In addition, the findings of the audit of infrastructure factors that support well-planned infrastructure. The result contains recommendations to improve and enhance road infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists for school children with the integration of bicycle service levels into school safety zones (ZoSS).

This study discusses about train traffic and guard shifts in the covid-19 pandemic era whether it affects the perception of the train crossing guard (PJL) performance in the work area. This reseach used quantitative and qualitative method where the questionnaire distributed to the train crossing guard (PJL) in the working area of Daop 1 Jakarta. The result of the study showed that Partial t test of calculated values and tables then the value t calculate > t table where the guard shift (X2) gives a positive influence on perception (Y), while train traffic (X1) has no influence on perception (Y). Simultaneous F test if the value of F calculates > F where F calculates = 15,683 is greater than F table 3.04 meaning that train traffic (X1) and guard shift (X2) simultaneously affect perception (Y) with a value of 14.4%.
