Abstract

In order to community service, IBI Kosgoro 1957 seeks to help the problems faced by community groups. This form of community service is socialization of presentation and creation of reports in accordance with PSAK 45 in 2019. The presentation of The Responsibility report or more familiarly known as SPJ / LPJ is generally part of the relevant school financial statements, the presentation of an activity information data that has been carried out, with the reporting of implementation indicators recording every income and financial related expenses sourced from the school's operational assistance fund. As an operator, school or administrative management team on the accountability report, of course it is obligatory to be able to make a report in an accountable and transparent manner. Related to that, the importance of socialization towards the presentation of accountability report refers to psak 45 non-profit institutions that we socialize to assist the treasurer or administrator in carrying out his duties in the school, whether at the elementary, junior high, high school or vocational school level. Abstract

Siswa sekolah merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang perlu dijaga, ditingkatkan dan dilindungi kesehatannya. meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat iini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian tentang kesadaran akan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan bagi setiap peserta didik, guru, dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah. Manfaat dari kegiatan yang diharapkan adalah meningkatkan kesehatan karena tidak mudah sakit, meningkatkan produktivitas belajar serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat yang dapat menjadi contoh perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat yang diterapkan oleh sekolah di kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama enam hari yang dimulai pada 8 januari 2020 hingga 13 januari 2020 yang berlokasi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Lenteng Agung yang terletak di Jalan Lenteng Agung Gang Waspada II, RT.12/RW.5, Lenteng Agung, Kec. Jagakarsa, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Terdapat empat kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir; berolahraga teratur; membuang sampah ke tempat sampah yang terpilah; danmemakai pakaian yang rapi dan bersih. Kemanfaatan program dapat diukur dengan perubahan sikap siswa yang mengindikasikan bahwa kepedulian siswa sekolah kini sudah dapat terlihat dapat menjadi kebiasaan baik bersama.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic provides impact drops visitors at tourist Setu Babakan that affect the decline in the turnover of sales for the SMEs. They need new strategic to change conventional marketing to the digital marketing should be done by SMEs to recover turnover of sales. On the other hand, the background education of SMEs is majority educated school middle so application of business ethics has not fully implemented by SMEs This program aims to add to management knowledge, especially regarding business ethics for SMEs and entrepreneurial learning in marketing online / digital marketing. Abstract

Community Service was carried out in the business activities of IBI Kosgoro 1957 students in the field of soft drinks in the form of Bubble drinks, located on Jl Arief Rahman Hakim No.64, Beji Depok, West Java. The program implemented by the team is in the form of an entrepreneurial concept based on business science. The activity was carried out with initial stages in the form of problem identification, needs analysis using the SWOT method, question and answer and observation and continued with counseling and assistance using the Business Model Canvas. Assistance activities are carried out in four stages, namely: Basic Management Assistance for SME management, Assistance in Preparation of Business Plans, Assistance in preparation of financial reports and Assistance for Access to Capital which aims to develop and increase business scale. number of students who wanted to become entrepreneurs increased to twenty percent.

Abstract

This implementation of community devotion aims to : (1) Present the definition of entrepreneurship, (2) Promote motivation for being young entrepreneur, (3) Give insight about the advantage of being entrepreneur, and (4) Provide the opportunity for employment. By implementing this community devotion, hopefully, the UMKM will get to knowIBI Kosgoro 57 better and that they can recocnize the capability of getting knowledge theoretically, as well as consulting comprehensively that can be received in this university. Even as simple as sharing insightand experiences about entreprenership could be obtained as provision and mativation in developing business as well as being comparison to what they have accomplished. This community devotion also provides a good opportunity for IBI Kongoro 57 lecturers in trem of public services. As for the student and alumni, they are expected to have more open mind and a strong desire mind to try and dive into the entrepreneurhip world after this seminar.

Abstract

During this time of the Covid-19 corona virus pandemic, we are required to continue to work and carry out strict health protocols to reduce the rate of spread of this virus. The current advancement of internet technology, especially in big cities like Jakarta, can answer the challenge where we can work from home and learn from home by using an internet connection. There are already many platforms available to minimize face-to-face meetings. Not everyone, especially youth organizations, fully understands the use of the internet. That the benefits obtained from the internet can add knowledge and improve the economy, including learning through available online sites, as well as online sites and applications that make it easier for people to transact online. Opening his way of thinking how to manage and utilize internet functions optimally. Synergy between campuses and regional administrators is needed to support an activity to increase the ability of youth to use the internet. the development and need for the Internet of Things (IOT), thus giving rise to various innovations in meeting the needs of life. as well as getting the benefits of making attractive videos uploaded on YouTube. even some national celebrities are expanding by making several videos uploaded to get paid from advertisements on youtube. The world is running too fast, so we have to adapt quickly, by utilizing the internet optimally.

Abstract

Dengan adanya wabah COVID-19 ini, banyak masyarakat yang belum paham tentang virus covid 19 dan bahaya yang ditimbulkan sampai merenggut nyawa yang setiap harinya bertambah dengan cepat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat secara intensif baik melalui interaksi secara langsung maupun menggunakan media komunikasi social yang ada, maka civitas Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Institut Bisnis dan Komputer Kosgoro 1957 mempunyai insiatif untuk berperan dalam mengedukasi masyarakat dengan membuat/membangun aplikasi Corviribik yang akan memberikan informasi tentang Covid-19 dan cara pencegahannya penyebarannya dengan model animasi interaktif menggunakan software Macromedia Flash 8 yang nantinya akan di upload di media social dengan tetap menjalankan anjuran pemerintah daerah maupun pusat yaitu melakukan ”social distancing/physical distancing ” serta mengadakan bakti sosial berupa sanitasi lingkungan dengan mengadakan penyemprotan desinfectan ke rumah-rumah penduduk dan memberikan sedikit bantuan akan kebutuhan pangan berupa pemberian sembako per keluarga.

Abstract

aspek manajemen yang ada di kantor kecamatan Jagakarsa.Jakarta Selatan Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini senagai informan yaitu Sekretaris Camat, Kasi Kependudukan, Kasubbag Umum dan Kepegawaian, dan Kasi Pembangunan. Teknik pengumpulan data nenggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi tahap pra-lapangan, tahap pekerjaan lapangan, tahap analisis data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang mengetahui bahwa perencanaan arsip meliputi penciptaan arsip, pelayanan arsip, jenis arsip, ruang dan tempat penyimpanan arsip. Pengorganisasian arsip meliputi pembiayaan arsip, peralatan dan perlengkapan arsip, penerimaan dan pencatatan arsip, sistem penyimpanan arsip, asas penyimpanan arsip. Pengendalian arsip meliputi mengidentifikasi kerusakan arsip, pengamanan arsip, perawatan arsip, penyusutan dan pemusnahan arsip, peminjaman dan penemuan arsip. Pengawasan arsip meliputi evaluasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan arsip. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang menangani langsung masalah pengarsipan.

Abstract

The Internet facilitates everyone to interact in cyberspace, connecting people who are in distance. Through the internet, people can also access various social media platforms. Social media is at the core of a very primary need around the world with a huge number of users. Social media is a form of media transformation in today's sophisticated era. Social media gives people the freedom to express, to share opinions, do business, shop and to learn something as well. Besides, Social media can also have a negative impact if users don't use social media wisely and intelligently. Spending too much in social media can lead to poor sleep and numerous studies have shown that many negative impacts occurred in social media. Among young people, social media is used more for fun like posting photos, talking to friends, or doing something as simple as just checking what someone else is doing. The quality of utilizing social media as a useful medium for learning is still not done effectively, especially among students. This is also a concern that occurs among studens of IBI Kosgoro 1957, to improve the quality of social media information by using the internet media. Therefore, a training was conducted to pay special attention to improving the quality of social media information in the IBI Kosgoro 1957 campus. Abstract

Web Blog has been used since the raise of web 2.0 for writing content on the Internet. On this community dedication activities, we teach the teachers from SMK PGRI 23 to make an educational blog as part of teaching methods. The main objective of preparing the teachers with enough skills to blogging so they can face all challenges on the fast growth of Internet technology. The e-learning education method with using the blog as a new platform, expected to be an additional media for their current conventional teaching method. The blog platform used was WordPress because it is one of the popular Content Management System for blogging. We teach them practically in the computer lab so they can have hands-on experience directly to use the blog system. The study case is related to their own teaching experience so they can grasp the meaning of education blogging. The result is an education blog publication by each teacher in the public domain wordpress.com. The continuation of the program is suggested by the audience so they can continue the learning process on to the next level.
