Al Hikmah : Jurnal Studi Keislaman
Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. In the understanding of Islamic law, there are two dimensions: first, ilāhiyah dimension of Islamic law, because he believed the teachings that come from God (Allah). Secondly, Islamic law insāniyah dimension. In this dimension, Islamic law is a human attempt seriously to understand the teachings of which was considered sacred by the two approaches, namely the approach of language (linguistic/lughawi) and maqasid approach. Islamic law, the law of God because it comes from khitāb Allāh recorded in al-Quran and Sunnah, from al-Quran and Sunnah is, the scholars to understand and then produces the laws of the various methodological tools to stand on "views of the world" ( world view). Legal products that are then we know called fiqh. Thus, the position of Islamic law in the schools of philosophy of law, including "the ideology of natural law".

Family sakinah, mawaddah, wa Rahmah, a family's dream is a goal even in a marriage. To shape it should start with a valid marriage according to Islamic law and regulations. The study of leadership and organizational climate education is a part that gives a view of the ability of a leader in maintaining the stability of an organization's sustainability movement. Leadership is an advantage for someone to unite the group and he was a central figure for subordinates. A leader has an important role to shape and influence subordinates in an organization container. For the realization of a common goal, then an organization must have the interaction between members and the task is clear. Comfortable feeling that is felt positively impact subordinate members to support the implementation of the duty of each member of the organization's effort to create a good climate.

Participation in decision-making in an organization of Islamic educational institution or part of it has an important meaning. Open a space for the participation of the teachers and staff for making it the probability of getting a high-quality decision is greater than if done without participation. This situation occurs because it is assumed the participants (principals, teachers and staff) have diverse ideas about a problem. Delegation of authority has strategic impact for the maturation of the organization of Islamic educational institutions because it makes the teachers and employees are learning to assume greater responsibility. When linked with the concept of participative leadership, delegation of authority is a matter of support, although not identical. For teachers and staff, delegation of authority make the job challenging and it does have a meaning. If teachers and employees skilled in work, challenging work is one of the things that makes it like to work, love the workings and feel affection for the move to other work, in addition to making it ready to assume the responsibilities of higher education institutions to improve the professionalism of Islam.

Classroom management is a skill teacher to create a climate conducive to learning and control in the event of disruption in learning. Good classroom management is the result of conscious of the role of teachers to integrate the management of the interaction with the planning of learning interactions. Interaction learning and management does not essentially separate, but rather are the two main components that must be built with each other if we want to achieve a harmonious classroom. Skills of effective teachers will supervise the behavior of pupils with a good time; control can actually be effective as classroom management actions directly. Teachers make planning lessons. Furthermore, the lead in the learning process, motivating the study, and then supervise or evaluate learning outcomes, all of that is the influence of classroom management actions used to achieve learning effectiveness, thus the implementation of classroom management is good and right to increase the effectiveness of learning, especially in learning Education Islam.

Morals are a reflection noble personality, noble character than it would be able to deliver the person to dignity. Assessment is good and bad is determined by a person's moral. Lately good morals are expensive and difficult to find. The lack of understanding of the moral values contained in the Qur'an will further aggravate the condition of a person's personality; even life seemed to feel less meaningful.To form a glorious personal, moral cultivation of the child should be encouraged from an early age, because its formation would be easier than after the child is an adult. Surah al-Hujurat verses 11-13 discusses about creating a harmonious atmosphere among the public and prevent hostilities. That will create a decent private accordance with the guidance of the Qur'an.Value of moral education contained a surah al-Hujurat verses 11-13 include: educational value to uphold the honor of the Muslims, repentance, positive thinking, ta'aruf egalitarian education (equality). Thus Islamic education would be more respectful to do exemplary, advice, stories, and threats (Tarhib). Education of repentance to do with the conditioning and the provision of advice (lecture). Education to do with positive thinking exemplary method, the method of advice and methods of habituation. Education of ta'aruf to do with advice, stories and habituation. Egalitarian education to do with lectures, advice, example and story.

Development cooperative learning model type STAD is a model of a general nature, may be used to study the field of Islamic Education (PAI), as well as a model of the most simple and easy to implement. Learning the skills approach in the process of setting type STAD cooperative learning can transform teaching from teacher center to student centered. At the core concepts of learning model type STAD is present lessons teacher then students work in teams to ensure that all team members have mastered the lesson. The positive impact of the use of other models of cooperative learning is the emergence of motivation and self-confidence of students in the course. Psychological aspects are directly or indirectly have an impact on students' ease in receiving information. Student attendance rate is also increased because every learning activity involving students, so that students who do not attend will be very visible as well as the information will be missed. Also foster the growth of a sense of motivation and learning in Islamic Education more fun, it finally happened studying Islamic Education is not monotonous and boring

Jilbab, either as fashion or term, new known in Indonesia in the 1980s. Before that the Indonesian people already know the "kerudung" (as the head cover loosely), which is used in a limited circle. Problems arise in line with the swift on the jilbab wearers in this country, which of course wearing the jilbab has been no longer simply becoming a demand of syariah, but more than that. Jilbab just as a fashion, privacy, sometimes as a resistance and strength, as imaging or even to attract public sympathy. Here the jilbab loaded with meaning and importance. On the other side, the veil is also seen as patriarchal culture biased, or vice versa seen as a liberation. At this point, jilbab has entered the arena of contestation-a play of meaning and interpretation. Power relations played and the mutual attraction between the normative theologians and Muslim feminists. For that reason this paper attempts to outline some of the differences between the views of classical scholars, contemporary scholars till explain how Muslim feminists have done a reinterpretation and deconstruction toward the classical commentators about the veil, including the hijab and ‘awrat’ of women.

Strong religious spirit is not accompanied by a proper understanding of religion will cause damage and madharat to themselves and others. Therefore, in this case religious education schools have a very important role to stem the madharat as violence, either violence motivated by religious sentiments, class, and regional sentiment. Unfortunately the role of pesantren which was originally to be a central and trusted by the community as well as educational institutions to study religion, now is in decline due to a number of things, such as education schools judged to be able to answer the challenges of the times for the future of their children. This is the work of the scholars in order to reinstate the schools function as a reference every issue surrounding communities. Prophetic role of schools should be re-built for the prosperity of the people of this country and build social justice for all people.
