Abstract

Background The persistently high Maternal Mortality Rate ( MMR ) is 461 per 100,000 live births tend to be difficultto achieve the MDGs. Regularly monitoring actual pregnancy can guarantee access to a simple and inexpensivetreatment that can prevent maternal death in Indonesia (the world average of 13 %). Patient’s satisfaction should bemaintained if all health institutions if it is to continue to exist in health care. Comfortable service with a good attitudeand positive of health care can help the patient to get well. The results showed the majority of pregnant women doprenatal care in qualified health personnel.Research Knowing the attitude of a midwife relationship with maternal satisfaction in antenatal care services onBPS Hajaroh Srigading Bantul 2015.Research Methods This research is a descriptive correlation study. This study was conducted in BPS HajarohSrigading Bantul. The number of respondents 28 pregnant women , and using the analysis of Kendall’s Tau.Research Result The attitude of midwife in BPS Hajaroh considered sufficient except good value with 19 respondents (67,9%), very good value with 9 respondents (32,1%) and pregnant women in antenatal care services exceptsatisfied value with 24 respondents (85,7%), very satisfied value with 4 respondents (14,3%) and all of them weresatisfied with the value of 0.593 with sig (Pvalue) of 0.002.Conclusion There is a relationship of midwives attitude with satisfaction of pregnant maternal in antenatal careservices on BPS Hajaroh Srigading Bantul 2015.Keywords Attitude, Satisfaction, Antenatal Care

Abstract

Background: The number of pregnant women experiencing anxiety tends to increase. It affects both maternaland fetal outcome, physically and mentally health of the fetus. Hypnobirthing is a mind-body intervention to reduceanxiety, fear, panic, and tension during pregnancy and childbirth.Objective: To explore perception or hypnobirthing response as mind-body intervention in preparing for labor andbirth.Method: Qualitative design with phenomenology strategy, done with in-depth interview technique. The qualitativesample was conducted by purposive sampling on 17 informants. The research was conducted in Mergangsan,Jetis, and Tegalrejo District of Yogyakarta City from January to April 2014, analyzing qualitative data with contentanalysis.Results: Class hypnobirthing reduces pain, shortens labor stage I and stage II, lowers feelings of tension, worriesbad, fear, nervous, anxious, hesitant, worried and confused, and increase feelings of satisfaction, self-confidence,relaxed, meaningful, steady and happy.The success of hypnobirthing in reducing anxiety is influenced by family support, birthplace comfort, relaxationfacilities, and disturbance of tranquilityConclusion: hypnobirthing participants feel fulfilled their physical, emotional and spiritual needs during pregnancyand childbirthKeywords: The class hypnobirthing, childbirth anxiety

Abstract

Background: The age of adolescents is the most vulnerable age to experience reproductive health problems. BasicHealth Research Results (2013) showed in DIY the prevalence of adolescents with malnutrition status was 2.4%,underweight nutrition at 4.9%, and obesity by 4.2%. The health status of today’s adolescents will determine thepicture of the health status of the adult population in the following decade, therefore adolescent health occupies animportant position on a global scale.Objective: To find out the relationship between the knowledge of young women about reproductive health andnutritional status in SMA Negeri 1 Srandakan.Research Methods: Quantitative research, with analytic survey design, cross-sectional approach, population 148and samples taken 66 using stratified random sampling techniques, data collection tools using questionnaires, univariate analysis with frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using Kendal-tau.Results: Knowledge of young women about reproductive health with a good category (53.1%) with normal nutritional status. Knowledge of good categories (34.7%) with underweight nutritional status and good level of adolescent knowledge (12.2%) with overweight nutritional status. There is no significant relationship between the level ofknowledge of reproductive health with adolescent nutritional status p-value (0.313)> significant level (0.05).Conclusion: There is no relationship between the knowledge of young women about reproductive health and nutritional status in SMA Negeri 1 SrandakanKeyword: Adolescents, knowledge of reproductive health, nutritional status

Abstract

Background: The birth of a baby is usually attractive to the parents,but not for the eldest child. The eldest childwill feel jealous, especially when he or she saw his little brother or sister were in the arms of their parents like theeldest child’s experience. The eldest child would feel threatened by the presence of the baby that may receive moreattention. Sibling rivalry or jealousy to his little brother could make the eldest child hates or even hostile to his littlebrother. The factor that affecting sibling rivalry is type of parenting that applied by the parents. Purpose: to know therelationship between democratic parenting with sibling rivalry in preschool children in TK Kuncup Harapan Panggungharjo Sewon BantulMethod: this research is a kind of analytic survey with cross sectional method. Population in this research are parents of the children in TK Kuncup Harapan, to decide the sampling using purposive sampling method and there are35 respondents. Instruments of this research using two questionnaires, democratic parenting questionnaires andsibling rivalry among the preschool children. The data analysis using chi square.Result: The analysis result using chi square method is x1 2count > x2table = 6,818> 3,84 and p value 0,024 <0,05and prevalence ratio 3 (CI 1.2815 - 7.3386) so the H0 is rejectedConclusion: There is a relationship between democratic parenting with sibling rivalry in preschool age childrenand the children whose parents apply democratic parenting have risk three times higher to have sibling rivalry thanchildren whose parents apply democratic parenting.Keywords: democratis parenting, sibling rivalry

Abstract

Background: Adolescents are the future of a nation and ensuring their high capacity is crucial for country development. However, the phenomenon of early marriage is common and is one of the major adolescents’ concernsin Indonesia. Youth Information and Counselling Centre (PIK-R) is a container-managed preparation of family lifeprogram activitiesof, by and for youth to provide information and counseling about PKBR (Preparation of FamilyLife For Adolescents) and other support activities. From the results of a preliminary study in the Purwomartanivillage still many marriages at a young age and the high divorce rate that occurred in the region.Objective: To determine differences in the level of adolescents knowledge about preparation of family life for adolescents at PIK-R and no PIK-R.Methode: This research uses study comparative design with cross sectional approach models. Respondents inthis research is adolescents aged 18-21 years of the total 78 respondents. There is 39 from PIK-R and 39 from noPIK-R. The instrument used in this research is the questionnaire. Bivariate analysis using Man Whitney test.Results: The level of adolescents knowledge about PKBR at PIK-R in good categories were 21 (55.26%), while atno PIK-R in good categories as much as 9 (23.68%). Man Whitney analysis with p-value 0.000 (<0.05).Conclution: There are significant differences in the level of adolescents knowledge about preparation of family lifefor adolescents (PKBR) at PIK-R and no PIK-R.Key Words: Knowledge, adolecents, PKBR, PIK-R

Abstract

Background: Diarrhea is a disease with a high incidence in the world. One risk factor for diarrhea is that the motherdoes not give exclusive breastfeeding to her baby. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Banguntapan IHealth Center Bantul from 302 infants as many as 197 (90%) infants who received exclusive breastfeeding.Objective: To determine the relationship and calculate the risk of exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of diarrhea in Banguntapan I health center, Bantul.Method: This study is a type of quantitative research using methods analytical survey with crossectional approach.The population is mothers who have babies aged> 6-12 months in Banguntapan I Health Center, Bantul. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 75 respondents.Results: From 75 samples there were 51 exclusively breastfed babies and 24 infants who were not given exclusivebreastfeeding. Babies with exclusive breastfeeding and having diarrhea as many as 3 babies (4.0%), while babieswith no breast milk exclusive and experienced diarrhea of 6 babies (8.0%). With the chi-square test obtained p valueof 0.026 (p> 0.05). The Prevalence Ratio value (RP) obtained a value of 4,250 (interval 90% trust).Conclusion: There is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea. Mothers whodo not give exclusive breastfeeding are 4,250 times more likely to be babies to experience diarrhea compared tomothers who give exclusive breastfeeding, and on a regular basis statistically significant (0.026).Keywords: Exclusive breastfeeding, incidence of diarrhea

Abstract

Background : One reason why maternal mortality rate still high is deivery not at health care facilities. Informationof north tapin health center said there had been 470 delivery and while non health facilities about 43,2 %. For whichfigures obtained conclude that delivery in Tapin did not reach target years 2016 who was targeted delivery serviceat health facilities appropriate standard 100 %Objective : analysis determinant factors of delivery election at North Tapin central public healthMethods : Quantitative researched by approach cross sectional, taken by total sampling about 62 delivered in january 2017 .The stastik used chi square and simple logistic regressionResult : there are 43,5 % mother who has deivery at health care facilities, while non health care facilities are 56.5%. Correlation factors of cultural (p value = 0,000), ANC (p value = 0,001), knowledge (p value = 0,000), deliveryfees (p value = 0,001), income (p value = 0,154), access to health care facilities (p value = 0,315), and support family (p value = 0,411). Dominant determine factors of delivery selection is delivery fee (p=0,008, OR=11,712).Conclusion : bivariate analysis result shown there are relation between cultural factors , a pregnancy , knowledge, and the delivery fee with selection of delivery at haealth care facilities. Abstract

Background: Family planning is a direct effort aimed at reducing birth rates. The majority of acceptors use injectingcontraception, whereas IUD acceptors are in the umpteenth order, whereas in terms of the various things actually IUD contraceptive devices are much more profitable. There are many things that influence the acceptors inchoosing contraceptives include the level of knowledge, the number of children, and the behavior of mother usingcontraception.Objective: To identify the level of knowledge about IUD contraception in women.Research Method: Quasi experiment with Non-Equivalent Control Group with “one group pretest-posttest design”design. The population of all women are married. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collectionusing questionnaires with closed question types. The questionnaire was distributed to the respondents before thecounseling and a month after the counseling.Result: Based on statistical test show p = 0,000; p-value <0.05 means that counseling can increase the level ofknowledge about IUD contraception in women.Conclusion: Counseling about IUD contraception effectively improves knowledge of IUD contraceptives.Keywords: Knowledge, IUD Contraception

Abstract

Background: Standard low of suckle on the breast in some countries because decrease of support breastfeeding for mother in around area. The problem often come at 2012, in global giving exclusive breastmilk still under50%. Family support for breastfeeding that know breastmilk good food for baby is better supported for successbreasfeeding. Study preface in Sidoarum Village mention one of factor about giving exclusive breastmilk is a familysupport.Goal: The goal of the research to know about the relation of family support with sucessful giving exclusive breastmilk in Sidoarum Village Godean Sleman 2016Method: This research is quantitative research, design with descriptive correlation, use cross sectional research.The subject of the study is mother who has baby between 6 to 11 month at February 2016. In selecting sample,its research use cluster random sampling with 48 respondents. It is analyzed by chi-square and the instrument isused questionnaireResult: The result from 48 responden family support at offer bresfeeding exclusive there are 26 respondent (54,2%).The mother was success give breastfeeding such as 38 responden (79,2%). There is any relation between familysupport with sucessful giving exclusive breastmilk (p-value=0.000).Conclusion: There is any relation between familly support to sucessful giving exclusive breastmilk in SidoarumVillage Godean Sleman 2016. Abstract

Background: Eighty percent of maternal breastfeeding at Dina Clinik not successful during the process of breastfeedingthat resulted in the low (55%-60%) coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Giving massage oxytosin can increase success ofthe process of breastfeeding because psychologically enhance attachment and bounding and physiological hormoneoxytosin increase releasing`.Research method: Pre-Experiment with the static group comparison design. Research location taken at Dina MardianaClinik. Subject of research are postpartum mothers and newborns treated at Dina Clinik. Two hours postpartum motherchildbed was given massage oxytosin by a husband with cheklist guidelines on the treatment group. The success ofbreastfeeding observed on the control and treatment groups with observation instrument MBA Tool.Results: Giving massage oxytosin in the treatment group increased breastfeeding success with an average of 6800. Thereare massage oxytosin effect to the success of breastfeeding on maternal childbed at Dina Clinik in 2017 with a significantof p = .004.Conclusion: This Study concludes that there are effect of the influence of massage oxytosin against to success of theprocess of breastfeeding on maternal childbed.Keywords: Oxitosin Massage, Success of Breastfeeding process, Postpartum Mother
