In an organization of urgency on the capability and capacity of a leader really needed an effort to run and maintain the organization to an organization that still walk and run functions as where it should be so reasonable that a leader in case this should continue to improve capacity as a leader. Community service activities in the form of This extension is a response to problems of capacity of a leader in managing the organization that he leads are often times encountered was the lack of capacity of a leader who in the end will result in less well-organized organization and ultimately led walk not the function of each part of an organization. This activity generally aims to provide knowledge in order to increase the capacity of the leadership element in managing the hospital medical record unit , and for the material in this out reach activity itself is material that is processed by the team based on the model of leadership theories . This activity was held at Sembiring hospital, Deli Tua Subdistrict . Overall, this activity ran smoothly starting from the preparation and planning stage, the implementation stage, until the report writing stage went smoothly without any significant obstacles. The enthusiasm of the participants extension consisting of the ranks of the sick as well as the leadership of the unit, especially medical records show that the activities of counseling is responded to well by the participants. Response positive that shown by these participants indicated that this activity brings impacts that are positive for the leadership of medical records , especially in the increase the understanding of the ranks of the hospital in order creation work order management that is optimal.

This study aims to determine and describe the quality of BPJS Inpatient Health Services at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency, seen from the theory of service quality standards according to Groonros (in Tjiptono 2011), namely professionalism and skills (professionalism and expertise), attitudes and behavior. and Behavior), Accessibility and flexibility (Ease of achievement and adjustment of services), Realibility and trustworthiness (reliability and trust), Recovery (Control of situations and problem solving), Reputation and credibility (good name and can be trusted). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. There are 22 informants, namely patients or patients' families who receive services, the Head of Medical Services as the one who knows all processes and conditions of service by employees at the service counter, one of the staff at the BPJS health service counter at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency The data source used is primary data obtained directly from informants while secondary data comes from existing data at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital, Deli Serdang Regency, documents relating to the problem to be studied. The results showed that the quality of BPJS Kesehatan services in Grandmed Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang Regency has generally been running well, although there are still some things that need to be improved, such as the unfriendly attitude of young medical officers and new administrative officers, reliability and trust in administrative officers and medical officers is still not maximal, it still needs to be improved.

The medical record is one of the bases for assessing the quality of medical services In a hospital or clinic. Medical record officers have big duties and responsibilities in maintaining the integrity of medical records. It is hoped that medical record officers will really know the ins and outs of medical records in a comprehensive and in-depth manner. The purpose of this study was to determine how the management of the medical record system at Deli Tua Health Center.. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews with informants. The subjects in this study were medical record officers, heads of public health centers, doctors and nurses. The results showed that the unit of medical records at Deli Tua Community Health Center still did not meet the standards both in terms of quality and quantity, but in terms of understanding, medical record officers at Deli Tua Health Center had a fairly good understanding of medical records. The facilities and infrastructure in the medical records of the Deli Tua Health Center are also incomplete and limited. In the implementation of activities, it has been carried out in accordance with the SPO, so that cooperation between officers in individual health efforts is also considered good, as well as the flow of medical records has been running according to the SPO.

Labor pain is a physiological condition that is generally experienced by almost all women who give birth. Pain comes from uterine contractions and cervical dilation. With the increasing frequency of uterine contractions, the pain felt by the mother in childbirth will be even stronger. This education aims to increase the knowledge and insight of mothers about how to use counter pre ssure massage techniques to reduce the pain of childbirth during the first stage of labor. This education uses an approach approach to mothers in labor so that they can perform counter pressure massage techniques during the first stage of labor. This massage technique is carried out for 20 minutes during contractions. The targets in this education are 1st stage mothers. This counseling technique starts from identifying the first stage mothers, preparing places and targets, preparing materials, extension tools and implementing teams. This education was carried out at the Kurnia Independent Practice Midwives, Deli Tua District. The results of this counseling indicate that by applying a counter pressure massage technique on the mother's waist can reduce labor pain from mothers who experience moderate pain to mild pain and mothers who experience severe pain to moderate pain p value = 0.007 (p. <0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of counter pressure massage techniques on reducing pain in stage I labor. It is recommended that mothers who give birth during stage I are able to do this technique of counter pressure massage correctly.

This counseling purpose to know use of the Think Talk Write (TTW) Learning Model on Students' Ability to Write Persuasion Texts by Class X Students of SMK YaPIM Biru - Biru which consists of 7 classes with a total population of 240 students. From the determined population, 64 students were determined with a total of two classes selected by cluster sampling, namely class X 3 and class X 4. The data information technique used was normality test using the F test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing using the "t" test. The results of the research, concluded that the Talk Think Write (TTW) Study Model can improve student learning outcomes in writing persuasion texts.

Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common diseases affecting the elderly. This disease causes pain and decreased activity of the elderly on a daily basis. The problem that occurs in the elderly often experiences pain and loses the ability to carry out their activities. The alternative solution to the problem that can be done is by taking non-pharmacological actions. One very easy and inexpensive procedure is a warm compress. This action is very practical and can be done by everyone, including the elderly. This action is rarely done by the elderly when they are in pain. The service was carried out for the elderly as many as 42 people, namely counseling on rheumatoid arthritis, management of rheumatoid arthritis pain. The community service implementation team provides training on how to compress it to all elderly people who are in the work area of the Medan Amplas Community Health Center Sevice. The team conducted a home visit to evaluate the community service program. Extension activities run smoothly. There were 10 elderly people who asked about counseling materials. It is important to do routine outreach activities to the elderly about other complaints they have to improve their health status.

Touch therapy or massage is a complex form of therapy which involves physical and emotional touch. Massage can be applied to all ages, including babies. Baby massage is a form of stimulation in the form of touch aimed at the baby's growth and development. Baby massage can increase the quality and quantity of baby sleep so that it stimulates the hormone endorphins to reduce pain and will make the baby calm, ultimately reducing the frequency of baby crying. The problem that occurs is that many mothers do not understand what the benefits of baby massage are and how to do it. An alternative solution to the problem that can be done is by providing counseling which is done virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic. The service was carried out for mothers who have babies aged 6 months-1 year in the work area of the Biru-Biru Puskesmas as many as 32 people. The community service implementation team provided counseling virtually for 2 days with prepared materials, after which measure the mother's knowledge before and after counseling. The results showed that the counseling went well, and there was an increase in the mother's knowledge about the benefits of baby massage for baby growth and development, and mothers were able to massage their babies to their respective babies.

The symptoms of the COVID-19 disease are not only experienced by patients when they are infected with the virus, but some case report data shows that the Long Covid phenomenon is experienced by patients who have been declared cured. Most of the patients who experience the Long Covid phenomenon are classified as mild to moderate symptoms. The cause of the occurrence of Long Covid is still being investigated further, but there is a hypothesis that long covid occurs due to organ damage due to viruses and residual inflammation that continues even though the virus is not there. The most common symptoms of Long Covid are fatigue, shortness of breath, cough, joint pain, chest pain, including disturbances of smell and taste. From the counseling carried out for health workers at the Atlantis Clinic, results were obtained in the form of a significant increase in knowledge and reducing the gap in knowledge between participants in the field of life related to the symptoms of SARS-CoV-2.

At the end of 2019, the world was shocked by the emergence of a new virus from Wuhan, China. The virus is known as nCoV (novel corona virus). This virus is a new variant of the corona virus that broke out in 2002 which is known by people as SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome). Then this new type of corona virus was known as SARS-CoV-2 and the name of the disease was known as COVID-19. According to reports until March 2020 the SARS-CoV-2 virus has infected 90,308 people in China and the death rate has reached 3,087 people. COVID-19 was detected in Indonesia for the first time in early March 2020. The rate of spread of COVID-19 was very fast within a few months, the number of positive patients with COVID-19 in August 2020 reached 172,053 cases. COVID-19 is very contagious and spreads quickly, so to avoid COVID-19 it is necessary to do 3M (wear a mask, keep your distance and wash your hands). Because it has been months but the plague has not ended, the whole world has begun to take a stand to initiate new policies in people's daily lives. This policy is known as the New Normal Era.
