Abstract

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond in the form of a union between a man and a woman based on the desire to have offspring and a family. Basically, marriage is carried out by someone who has matured physically, psychologically and economically. However, in Indonesia, around 12-20% can still be found marriages that have not been accompanied by readiness from various aspects such as physical, economic, and knowledge of household life. This article uses qualitative and descriptive research methods that will explore more about early marriage and its relation to reproductive health. Early marriage is carried out by someone who is under 19 years old on average who is not ready for various aspects of marriage. This is likely to have an impact on reproductive health for both women and men. Therefore, various aspects of preparation are needed in carrying out the marriage so that efforts to avoid the negative impact of early marriage on reproductive health can be minimized

Abstract

From the results of the study, it turns out that the prevalence of worm disease is still high, namely 60-70%. This parasite is found all over the world. The frequency of this worm disease in Jakarta is quite high. In Bekasi, 1083 school children show a frequency of 24.4%. The incidence rate in Indonesia is still very high, namely almost all children aged 1-10 years have Ascariasis infection, while in adults it is estimated that 60% (in Jakarta). Indonesia still thrives on worm disease, the reason is that the personal hygiene of the community is still lacking. There are still many people who defecate on the ground, in rivers, in ditches, and on rice fields. Worm eggs can also be attached to major vegetables, that is, if the major vegetables are not cleaned using ditch water, river water and water that has been contaminated by worm eggs. Various factors that support the high rate of stomach infection pain in Indonesia are Indonesia's geographical location in the tropics which has a hot but humid climate, which allows stomach worms to breed well.

Abstract

Talun Kenas Health Center is one of the Technical Implementation Units of the Deli Serdang District Health Office. In the current BPJS era, the Talun Kenas Health Center provides first-level health services related to the National Health Insurance, where referrals for BPJS patient services are still said to be high from 2017. This is caused by officers who do not understand the referral policy for outpatient health centers properly, the availability of medicines is limited and the supporting facilities for medical equipment are minimal. Education is carried out with the aim that officers who are responsible for and involved with BPJS referral procedures can carry out their duties better due to increased knowledge and understanding of the BPJS referral system. The number of participants in the educational activity was 18 health workers at the Talun Kenas Health Center. After the implementation of the activity, there was a significant increase in knowledge related to the referral system and referral for BPJS patients.

Abstract

The Puskesmas Integrated Recording and Reporting System (SP2TP) is intended to meet administrative needs at higher levels in order to develop, establish policies and be utilized by Puskesmas to improve Puskesmas efforts, through planning, mobilizing, implementing, monitoring, controlling and assessing. The training for SP2TP officers in South Tapanuli Regency is aimed at increasing the capacity and capability of human resources in managing common problems. The training was carried out using the lecture method interspersed with discussions and brain storming to stimulate the training atmosphere. The training participants are invited to express their opinions, especially the problems faced at the puskesmas in managing SP2TP, so that solutions can be found together. Participants were given a question about data processing, in the form of items in the SP2TP format so that it became useful information. This is done so that the absorption of SP2TP material can be maximized so that it can be directly practiced in managing SP2TP problems at their respective health centers.

Abstract

Pratama clinic is a clinic that provides basic medical services served by general practitioners and led by a general practitioner. Based on the license, this clinic can be owned by a business entity or an individual. In the service system in the era of the National Health Insurance (JKN) organized by the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) in the health sector, pratama clinics were placed as primary services on par with puskesmas. As a primary service, a pratama clinic is required to meet certain requirements as quality assurance or the quality of services provided for BPJS participants to obtain treatment or referral services related to the health problems they are experiencing. As service providers, officers need good knowledge and understanding regarding service quality at the Klinik Pratama Tanjung Deli Serdang, so that with good knowledge and understanding the officers can provide services that meet the standards set and satisfy visiting patients.

Abstract

Smoking is a culture in society that has been going on for a long time and is still a health problem in Indonesia. Hospitals as health care centers should demonstrate a healthy culture and behavior in all aspects, including being free from cigarette smoke. The problem that is often encountered by the Sembiring Deli Tua General Hospital is that there are still health workers and hospital visitors who smoke in the hospital environment, even though various warning signs are prohibited from smoking in almost all strategic points of the hospital area. In order to strengthen the smoke-free hospital movement, socialization was carried out to hospital employees and hospital visitors in the form of distributing leaflets and brief information about healthy behavior without smoking which was carried out during February 2021, with the hope that this socialization would be able to realize the Sembiring Deli General Hospital. Old as a smoke-free area.

Abstract

The hospital is one of the health facilities where health efforts are carried out. Health efforts are every activity to maintain and improve health, aiming to realize optimal health degrees for the community. Pharmaceutical services as one element of the main services in hospitals, are an inseparable part of the service system in hospitals that are oriented to patient care, providing quality drugs, including affordable clinical pharmacy services for all levels of society. The practice of pharmacy services is an integrated activity, with the aim of identifying, preventing and solving problems related to drugs and health. Hospital pharmacy services are one of the activities in hospitals that support quality health services. This is explained in the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 1333/Menkes/SK/XII/1999 concerning Hospital Service Standards, which states that hospital pharmacy services are an inseparable part of the hospital health service system that is oriented to patient care, drug provision. quality, including clinical pharmacy services, which are affordable for all levels of society. Currently, pharmacists who work at the Granmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital are required to be able to provide patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services. The aim is to improve patient safety. Pharmacists are required to play a role in improving patient safety, especially for drug-related problems.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a primary health care which means it is a health service center that is first visited by community members if they have problems related to their health. Therefore, the Puskesmas was established in a community environment with a work area determined based on applicable regulations. Utilization of health services at the Puskesmas is a process of interaction between consumers who use services and health workers at the Puskesmas as service providers. As a form of service, the service provided must be of quality in accordance with the service quality standards that have been set. Paramedics as health workers in the first line of service at the Puskesmas are expected to have knowledge and understanding related to service quality, and can apply it as much as possible. This counseling is intended to refresh and increase knowledge related to the quality of services for paramedics at the Namorambe Health Center with the hope that this counseling can improve the quality of services in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Hypertension is a state of increasing blood pressure beyond normal limits. Hypertension is often accompanied by symptoms that cause discomfort to the sufferer. The symptoms experienced are headache, palpitations, difficulty breathing, fatigue and blurred vision. To lower blood pressure to reduce the symptoms felt can be done by using noni fruit. Iuni action is very practical, cheap and easy and can be done by everyone. This action is still rarely performed by patients in the community when experiencing increased blood pressure. The service was carried out on 15 people who had hypertension. The service implementation team provided training on how to process noni in the work area of ​​the Patumbak Health Center. The team made home visits as an evaluation of the service program. The outreach activities went smoothly. There were 5 patients who asked about the counseling material. The importance of conducting regular outreach activities to the community about other complaints they suffer to improve their health status.

Abstract

The hospital is a service organization that has a variety in terms of human resources, infrastructure and equipment used. Hospital human resources are hospital assets that are very valuable because human resources control all activities in the hospital. Human resource development is a lifelong process, therefore it is related to adult education and lifelong learning. This development is also a process of helping and sharing that leads to competence and satisfaction with both the process and the outcome. Human Resource Development (HR) is one of the important factors that affect performance. The importance of human resources needs to be realized by all levels of management because of the advancement of technology today, the human factor still plays an important role for the success of an organization. The performance quality of human resources (HR) is a measure of the success of health services that can demonstrate the accountability of service institutions within the framework of good clinical governance. This training is aimed at developing human resources which is carried out to increase knowledge and skills related to the quality of hospital services.
