Reports on CSR activities, poverty alleviation, environmental preservation, drug rehabilitation, healthy living campaigns, improvement of community skills, increasing the added value of an MSME product, and good practice of natural disaster rehabilitation are also included in this journal.

Abstract

Implementasi program CSR merupakan komitmen perusahaan untuk wilayah di sekitar perusahaan. Pertamina Gas memiliki sebuah Program CSR yang dinamakan Desa Seirama (Sejuk Indah Ramah Lingkungan) yang terletak di Desa Cambai, Kecamatan Cambai, Kota Prabumulih, Sumatera Selatan. Program CSR diisi dengan kegiatan seperti pelatihan, pemberian infrastruktur, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan daya, keterampilan, dan kemampuan perusahaan bagi masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan CSR yakni perencanaan berdasarkan kajian Pemetaan Sosial lalu melakukan diskusi bersama dengan masyarakat guna memastikan potensi dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Setelah melakukan hal tersebut ada beberapa program yang dapat dikembangkan lalu dilakukan implementasi program serta melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. Program tersebut berupa pengembangan budidaya ikan air tawar, pakan alternatif maggot, hidroponik, dan pengelolaan sampah. Capaian dari budidaya ikan air tawar kelompok mendapatkan peningkatan kapasitas dalam pengelolaan budidaya ikan serta meningkatkan kualitas ikan, penggunaan pakan alternatif yang mampu menekan biaya pakan hingga 50%. Pengembangan budidaya maggot BSF ini juga dapat membantu pegurangan sampah organik yang ada di masyarakat, serta hasil panen maggot yang dapat menambah pendapatan kelompok. Hasil dari kegiatan hidroponik juga dapat menjadikan salah satu pendapatan tambahan bagi kelompok. Kegiatan pengelolaan sampah saat ini sudah menjalin kerjasama dengan perumahan untuk melakukan layanan pengambilan sampah, selain itu juga sampah botol plastik yang kelompok dapatkan dibuat menjadi filter Ipal yang sudah berkerjasama dengan Dinas Permukiman Kota Prabumulih. Hasil dari penjualan filter Ipal memberikan pendapatan tambahan bagi kelompok. Program yang direncanakan hingga tahun 2023 diharapkan mampu membuat masyarakat lebih mandiri.

Abstract

Garis pantai Kabupaten Indramayu terbentang sepanjang 147 km di pesisir utara Pulau Jawa. Pantai Rembat merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan di Desa Juntinyuat, Kabupaten Indramayu. Pantai Rembat berjarak 20 km dari pusat kota Indramayu. Risiko bencana di kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Indramayu berupa gelombang pasang yang diikuti banjir dan abrasi. Abrasi yang terjadi di Pantai Rembat, Desa Juntinyuat menjadi risiko bencana bersama yang berdampak bagi masyarakat dan Pertamina Gas OWJA. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana yang diinisiasi Pertagas OWJA terdiri dari kegiatan kajian dan penelitian awal risiko abrasi, pemasangan geotube, peningkatan kapasitas, rangkaian kegiatan kesiapsiagaan bencana abrasi, dan pembibitan dan penanaman      mangrove. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah adanya kerja sama antara Pertagas OWJA, warga, dan pemerintah Desa Juntinyuat dalam pengorganisasian pelaksanaan kesiapsiagaan bencana abrasi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Minyak goreng merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang digunakan secara masif, baik dari rumah tangga hingga skala industri. Timbulan limbah minyak jelantah merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh berbagai lapisan sektor. Selama ini, masyarakat Desa Kalitengah masih membuang minyak jelantah secara sembarangan. Umumnya, minyak goreng yang telah selesai digunakan, dibuang ke saluran air, selokan, atau langsung ke tanah. Melalui program Taman Olah Jelantah, PT Pertamina Gas OEJA melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial dan lingkungan di Desa Kalitengah. Terdapat tiga tahapan implementasi program, yaitu perintisan, pengembangan dan penguatan program. Sistem pengumpulan minyak jelantah melalui Program Taman Olah jelantah berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Kalitengah dalam pengumpulan minyak jelantah hingga 64 RT dengan 29 RT yang rutin berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pengumpulan minyak jelantah di Desa Kalitengah. Partisipasi jumlah anggota kelompok juga menunjukan peningkatan dari yang semula berjumlah 3 orang, kini naik menjadi 40 orang. Program Taman Olah Jelantah juga melibatkan Komunitas Minim Sampah sebagai stakeholder yang mendampingi pelatihan pembuatan olahan jelantah sebagai bahan baku sabun dan lilin.

Abstract

Community service with the topic of training on social media management of pottery product marketing Banyumulek Village aims to make potters become able to edit content design using the Canva application, become able to design product marketing messages to be published on each social media account, as well as become able to manage posts on social media potters in Banyumulek Village, West Lombok Regency. The scope of this activity is digital content creation training through the Canva. The method is carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely: lectures, clarification of social media, and practice to manage social media in marketing. The fact in the field is that participants have not been optimal in managing social media for the promotion of earthenware products. The result of the activity obtained was that participants gained additional insights after being taught to use the Canva to help design content in the promotion of pottery products. From the activity, participants were divided into 3 (three) small groups to be trained using the Canva by the service team. This activity has benefits for participants because by using the Canva, the content design becomes more attractive because there is already a template that can be accessed by participants.

Abstract

Kili-kili Beach Turtle Conservation is a tourist destination located on the south coast of East Java, precisely in Wonocoyo Village, Trenggalek Regency. There are approximately four types of sea turtle conservation, namely hawksbill turtles, gray turtles, leatherback turtles, and green turtles. As a new tourist destination, Kili-Kili Beach has a lot of potentials but has not been well developed. Conventional promotion methods have not been able to reach the target national and foreign tourists. Therefore, a promotion and marketing strategy is needed for Kili-Kili as an education-based tourism destination through the Internet (social media). Therefore, this service activity focuses on optimizing destination branding using the AISAS model (attention, interest, search, action, and share) through social media. The methods of implementing community service activities include 1) socialization of activity programs to local communities, 2) mentoring local communities in using social media as a medium for promoting tourist attractions, 3) training and creating social media content by involving POKMASWAS Turtle Conservation. This community service activity aims to promote the existence of marine ecotourism at Taman Kili-kili Beach, Trenggalek Regency as well as a turtle biota campaign by utilizing social media as a communication channel.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, Kampung Lawang Seketeng was designated by the Surabaya City Government as a heritage tourism destination because it is the oldest village in Surabaya and has a legacy for the Indonesian people in the form of the childhood home of the first President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. Soekarno. Unfortunately, although it was reorganized and reconstructed to become a tourist spot, the number of tourists visiting has stayed the same. The results of the pre-Community Service research identified the problem faced by the Kampung Lawang Seketeng Tourism Board: they need to optimize social media as a promotional medium. At the same time, messages distributed by social media have the potential to reach a vast and diverse audience. Social media is also believed to empower users to become new influencers. Therefore, it is necessary to create social media accounts, take photos, and make profile videos uploaded on social media. Also, it is essential to conduct training on social media management, photography, and digital marketing so that tourists are aware, interested, and finally persuaded to visit Kampung Lawang Seketeng as a tourist heritage destination in Surabaya.

Abstract

Miang Island is a Marine Tourism Village located in Sangkulirang District, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The purpose of this article is to introduce the Miang Island Marine Tourism Village both locally and abroad. To be able to get to know the Miang Island Marine Tourism Village, various qualitative and quantitative data were collected. Data collection is carried out by surveying, observation, and document study methods. The survey was conducted with interviews and questionnaires. Observation is carried out by visiting directly the object of devotion. Meanwhile, document studies are carried out to obtain more accurate data support. Miang Island Marine Tourism Village with a very beautiful natural panorama and has not been touched by many tourists. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce it to become a leading tourist attraction in East Kalimantan Province. Miang Island Marine Tourism Village is domiciled on the sea, a unique village. On Miang Island, you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. In addition, there are also snorkeling areas, gusung, tellibo, and lighthouse towers.

Abstract

Lek Dodo Goat Milk is a processed goat milk product with various flavors, such as strawberry, melon, grape, chocolate, and coffee. It is a family business product that began during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. So far, Lek Dodo Goat's Milk has attempted to package its product in an appealing manner, but its marketing strategy is still lacking because the product is not produced in large quantities or on a regular basis. Despite the fact that this product is considered segmented because not all consumers are accustomed to drinking goat milk, the Lek Dodo Goat Milk product has the potential and opportunity to be well received by consumers. Aside from production and human resources, there are other issues in the field of marketing. In this PKM, we provide solutions to problems by designing packaging labeling with a new concept that is expected to form a brand identity more quickly and synergize with the 5P marketing mix strategy, namely Product, Price, Process, Place, and People. This strategy is expected to help Lek Dodo Goat Milk satisfy customers in their target market, add value to their business, and become a differentiator from competitors in the future.

Abstract

This community service activity is carried out to provide assistance to a number of environmental communities engaged in Mataram City regarding climate change issue. The education presented how the NTB Provincial Government responded in formulating regional policies departing from the UNFCCC International Forum. The NTB government as a sub-state actor managed to become a representative of provinces throughout Indonesia to attend the COP event in Glasgow, England. This brings many positive impacts to environmental-based development in the NTB region. For island provinces such as NTB, the impact of climate change is very much felt like the occurrence of droughts, weather changes, floods, and others so that in supporting Indonesia's commitment to realizing Net Zero Emission, the NTB government has compiled a clear roadmap to support this. NTB is directed at environmentally friendly based development which is reduced to four excellent programs, namely NTB Zero Waste or Clean NTB, Green NTB, New and Renewable Energy and Ecotourism. The implementation of the four programs is certainly not only feasible for my government but the role of the environmental community will be very supportive so that this community service activity is expected to bring contributions to realize NTB's commitment towards Net Zero Emission.

Abstract

Rodent pest is known for its detrimental impact on agriculture where it is responsible for for more than 10% of crop loss across worldwide. Although a number of conventional rodent-control methods such as electric current, fumigation, trapping and rodenticide are applied, however there are growing concerns related to their effectiveness and safety concerns. Joint Operating Body Pertamina – Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi (JOB Tomori) initiated community development program to address this issue by utilizing Sulawesi Masked Owl as agricultural rodent control. Starting from 2017, at approximately 84 artificial nest boxes and 175 perch pillars were installed in paddy fields located in 3 subdistrict in Banggai, Central Sulawesi. Here we present a novel approach of using QCDSME strategy in the context of the community empowerement program. The advantages, limitations, lesson learned and further recommendation of the QCDSME approach are also discussed in this paper.
