Abstract

Strategic efforts to maintain rice production, which is the staple food of the Indonesian people, must continue to be carried out, one of which is maintaining production in rice-producing areas such as Indramayu Regency is a step that must be prioritized. Knowing the prediction of the upcoming rice harvest is the right effort to make. Fuzzy Tsukamoto logic is a method that can be used as a calculation to make predictions, the selection of fuzzy Tsukamoto is due to its ability to predict with factors that have uncertainty such as rainfall, in addition, land area and harvest yields can also be used as variables to obtain predictions through fuzzy Tsukamoto. This study was conducted to implement fuzzy Tsukamoto for predicting rice harvest yields, where the results of the fuzzy Tsukamoto logic process that have been carried out produce six rules at the inference stage in the category of increasing or decreasing harvests, which are used as the basis for the defuzzification process to find the output value of the harvest. The calculation results are then applied in a website-based system using the Laravel framework and MySql DBMS so that they can be used to predict rice harvest yields. Based on the prediction process carried out through a system based on the fuzzy Tsukamoto method, out of 31 sub-districts, 16 sub-districts have the potential to experience a decline, and 15 sub-districts have experienced an increase in rice harvest production in Indramayu Regency.

Abstract

Although broiler chicken farming offers many benefits, there are also risks of losses, especially when production costs are not accurately recorded, leading to inaccurate per-unit pricing that can harm farmers. To assist farmers in accurately determining the Break Even Point (BEP) price for each chicken, a web-based cost and stock management information system for broiler farming has been developed. To provide a clear and sequential software lifecycle approach, this system was built using the waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design specifications, coding, testing, and maintenance. Each stage produces measurable outcomes before proceeding to the next. The development results indicate that the system successfully records the total production costs, including detailed costs for feed, medicine, operational expenses, and chicken stock. By using the formula BEP = total production cost/number of live chickens, the system achieves accurate pricing for broiler chickens. Based on these findings, future research is suggested to improve the user interface for greater appeal, optimize system accessibility on mobile devices, and integrate this system with other systems.

Abstract

E-commerce technology enables efficient online transactions, providing customers with a convenient and efficient purchasing experience. In terms of production, e-commerce information systems can be integrated with production management, enabling monitoring of the production process, optimizing production efficiency and reducing the risk of stock shortages. E-commerce technology also opens up opportunities for more sophisticated marketing strategies, as MSMEs can utilize consumer data analysis, increasing customer appeal and ordering and sales. E-commerce technology facilitates direct interaction between consumers, fostering closer relationships and improving customer experience. The development of e-commerce technology has significantly increased the effectiveness and efficiency of MSMEs specifically in the fried chicken sector, enabling them to compete in the digital business era. The purpose of this study is to develop an E-Commerce information system in the "Maju Makmur" Kalasan fried chicken industry center that manages MSMEs fried chicken. The research method is a prototype model. This model starts from data collection, system design and testing. The stages of the prototyping development model consist of: communication, rapid planning, rapid modeling, construction, and delivery. The results of this study are a web-based system to optimize consumer, production, and marketing processes in order to increase operational efficiency and market access through an online platform.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education emphasizes the importance of information technology in enhancing management efficiency, including the management of lecturers' workloads. This study aims to design a Full-Time Equivalent Teaching Load (EWMP) calculation system integrated with the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER), implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (KEMDIKBUDRISTEK). The application was developed using the Waterfall methodology and leverages the SISTER Application Programming Interface (API) to automate the collection of lecturer activity data at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang (UDINUS). By integrating the workload calculation application into the internal management system, this solution streamlines data recording, reduces manual errors, and enhances accuracy in the evaluation of lecturer performance. The test results indicate that the application successfully synchronizes data with SISTER in an accurate and real-time manner, supporting more effective workload management for lecturers. Additionally, the system provides reports and analyses of lecturer workloads, facilitating resource planning and allocation. This application is expected to contribute to a more transparent, accurate, and quality-driven human resource management process in higher education.

Abstract

The application of automation technology in the agricultural sector is a highly effective solution for improving the efficiency and productivity of seedling cultivation, particularly in oil palm nurseries. CV Pangean Raya TBS is an oil palm nursery business located in Solok Selatan Regency. CV Pangean Raya TBS is currently facing challenges in the watering process of oil palm seedlings, as it is still done manually. This manual method leads to wasted time, labor, and water. Manual watering often results in uneven water distribution, which can affect the quality of the oil palm seedlings. This research aims to design and implement an efficient Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic watering system using a soil moisture sensor, ESP32 module, and RTC. The system is designed to monitor soil moisture conditions in real time and regulate watering automatically. The automatic watering is based on the moisture values detected by the sensor. Watering can also be manually controlled via a smartphone when needed, such as during rainfall, to prevent water wastage and overwatering of the oil palm seedlings. This system can help plantation owners optimize water usage, increase seedling productivity, and reduce dependence on manual labor. The research results indicate that the watering system can operate automatically based on the moisture data received, making it effective in conserving resources, improving productivity, and providing better control over plant conditions.

Abstract

Academic activities at Dian Nuswantoro University are managed using a web-based and mobile-based (Android and IOS) academic information system for students, lecturers, educators, and parents (guardians). The data retrieval process used by the academic information system is currently in each system itself so that it is prone to errors. Therefore, a back-end service is needed in the form of a web service that acts as a portal for the data retrieval process that can be used by the multiplatform academic information system. In addition to helping to avoid data retrieval errors, the web service that is built also provides complete and easy-to-understand documentation of web service usage. The average time required for the web service to provide a response when accessed by 1000 users is 6198ms (minimum 17ms and maximum 10017ms), meaning that the web service has good performance under high loads. The Extreme Programming method was chosen for the development of the web service in this study. This method consists of four stages, namely planning (analysis of what the system needs), design (visualization with Use Case diagrams), coding (using FastAPI Framework), and the last is testing (using BlackBox and JMeter for testing functions and security). The simplicity of this method can support the achievement of the desired results, namely a back-end service in the form of a web service, which can be used by a multi-platform academic information system to exchange data easily and accurately so that errors can be avoided, especially inconsistencies in presenting academic data.

Abstract

Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota merupakan salah satu wilayah yang menjadi destinasi wisata populer di Sumatera Barat. Objek wisata yang beragam di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menjadikan banyaknya alternatif pilihan bagi wisatawan. Hal ini menjadi kendala apabila wisatawan ingin melakukan wisata yang dapat menyesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhannya. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut maka dirasa perlu rancangan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu wisatawan memperoleh alternatif destinasi wisata yang tepat dan sesuai.Pada rancangan ini kriteria yang digunakan adalah jarak tempuh, waktu, biaya akses, fasilitas, transportasi dan jenis wisata. Pada penelitian ini, metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang digunakan adalah TOPSIS karena metode ini memiliki komputasi yang cepat dan sederhana. Platform yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem ini adalah berbasis web untuk mempermudah akses bagi pengguna terhadap sistem. Berdasarkan rancangan yang telah dibangun maka sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode TOPSIS berbasis web dalam pemilihan lokasi wisata dapat digunakan oleh wisatawan dan memberikan alternative lokasi wisata.   Lima Puluh Kota Regency is one of the areas which is a popular tourist destination in West Sumatra. Diverse attractions in Lima Puluh Kota District make many alternative choices for tourists. This becomes an obstacle if tourists want to travel that can adjust to their conditions and needs. Under these conditions it is deemed necessary to design a decision support system that can help tourists obtain alternative tourism destinations that are appropriate and appropriate. In this design the criteria used are distance, time, access fees, facilities, transportation and type of tourism. In this study, the Decision Support System method used is TOPSIS because this method has a fast and simple computation. The platform used in the design of this system is web-based to facilitate access for users to the system. Based on the design that has been built, the Decision Support system using the web-based TOPSIS method in the selection of tourist sites can be used by tourists and provides alternative tourism isolation.

Abstract

Pada Kantor Wali Nagari Tigo Jangko ada sebuah program kesejahteraan masyarakat yaitu Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT). Dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan penerima BPNT terkendala karena cukup banyak data yang diolah atau diseleksi oleh aparatur masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses seleksi yang tidak terbuka mengakibatkan beberapa masalah di Kantor Wali Nagari Tigo Jangko dan di masyarakat itu sendiri. Diantaranya permasalahan tersebut ialah terdapatnya penerima yang salah sasaran .Metode SMART ini mengharuskan pembuat keputusan menentukan bobot bagi setiap attribut. Skor total untuk alternative diperoleh dengan menjumlahkan seluruh hasil perkalian antara rating. Rating tiap attribute haruslah bebas dimensi dalam arti telah melewati proses normalisasi matriks sebelumnya. Data-data yang berhubungan dengan penerima BPNT tentu saja sangat diperlukan.Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam pemilihan penerima BPNT sangat dibutuhkan suatu sistem. Sistem tersebut harus dapat diandalkan untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan baik rutin maupun strategis. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Penerima Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) dapat membantu Kantor Wali Nagari Tigo Jangko dalam menentukan layak atau tidaknya seseorang dalam mendapatkan bantuan BPNT. Hasil Kelayakan Penerima berdasarkan Kriteria yang telah ditentukan.   At the office of the Nagari Tigo Jangko Guardian There is a community welfare program that is Non-cash food aid (BPNT). In decision making BPNT receiver is constrained because there are enough data that is processed or selected by the apparatus is still done manually. The unopened selection process resulted in several problems at the Nagari Tigo Jangko's Office of trustees and in the community itself. Among these problems is the recipient of the wrong target. This SMART method requires decision makers to determine the weight for each attribute. The total score for alternatives is obtained by summing all multiplication results between ratings. The Rating of each attribute must be dimension-free in the sense that past the normalization of the previous matrix. Data relating to BPNT receivers are of course necessary. To meet the needs in the selection of receivers BPNT much needed a system. The system should be reliable to process data into useful information in the decision making both routine and strategic. The decision support system for the recipient of Non-cash food assistance (BPNT) can help the office of Wali Nagari Tigo Jangko to determine whether or not to get the assistance of BPNT. Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue adalah suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue yang di datangkan oleh nyamuk Aedes Aegypti , DBD biasanya terjadi di daerah endemik dan berkaitan dengan datangnya musim hujan, sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya genangan air yang dapat memicu berkembang biaknya nyamuk.Multimedia Interaktif Pengenalan Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah multimedia yang dirancang memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Multimedia interaktif ini memberikan informasi mengenai pengenalan, bahaya, serta penanggulangan DBD dan mensimulasikan dengan visualisasi 3D. Multimedia interaktif ini dirancang untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat tentang penyakit DBD. Multimedia interaktif ini dibuat berdasarkan data – data artikel tentang penyakit DBD. Berdasarkan pengujian yang sudah dilakukaan, maka aplikasi multimedia interaktif pengenalan penyakit demam berdarah dengue dapat membantu kinerja petugas kesehatan dalam memberikan informasi tentang DBD dengan jelas dan mudah dipahami. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Macromedia flash 8 dan blender.

Abstract

Dalam menjaga kerahasiaan informasi atau data dari sabotase, pencuri atau dari pihak yang tidak berwenang, dapat dilakukan dengan menyembunyikan pesan pada sebuah media yang dikenal dengan steganografi. Salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam menyembunyikan pesan yaitu citra GIF, dimana citra GIF memiliki kemampuan yang bagus dalam menyisipkan pesan, karena citra GIF sendiri tidak mengalami perubahan setelah disisipkan pesan karena citra GIF yang bersifat lossless. Algoritma End Of File (EoF) merupakan salah satu algoritma yang digunakan dalam steganografi dengan cara menambahkan data atau pesan rahasia pada akhir file. Perhitungan ukuran file yang sudah disisipkan data sama dengan ukuran file sebelum disisipkan data ditambah ukuran data rahasia yang telah diubah mejadi encoding file. Algoritma EoF mempunyai kelebihan dapat menyembunyikan pesan dalam jumlah yang tidak terbatas. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada GIF yang telah disisipkan pesan dari 50 karakter sampai 100000 karakter tidak mengalami perubahan. Berdasarkan kriteria steganografi dengan algoritma EoF pengujian recovery bagus dilakukan pada citra GIF, pengujian robustness citra GIF tidak tahan terhadap manipulasi, dan untuk pengujian recovery pesan dapat dikembalikan dengan baik tanpa dilakukan manipulasi pada citra stego GIF.   In maintaining the confidentiality of information or data from sabotage, thieves or from unauthorized parties, can take a step by hiding messages on a media that can be said by steganography. One of the media that can be used in hiding messages is GIF image, where GIF image has a good ability to insert messages, because the GIF image itself does not experience changes after the message is inserted because the GIF image is lossless. The End Of File (EoF) algorithm is one of the algorithms used in steganography by adding data or secret messages at the end of the file. Calculation of file size that has been inserted data is the same as the size of the file before inserting data plus the size of the secret data that has been changed to encoding the file. The EoF algorithm has the advantage of being able to hide an unlimited number of messages. Based on the results of the tests carried out, the GIF that has been inserted messages from 50 characters to 100000 characters has not changed. Based on the steganography criteria with EoF algorithm recovery testing is good done on GIF images, testing the GIF image robustness is not resistant to manipulation, and for recovery message testing can be returned properly without manipulation on the stego GIF image.
