Abstract

Background: In an institution, the importance of employee performance as a standard for an institution can be assessed well. Where the performance assessment that occurs at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten has decreased due to various factors. So the need to improve this performance needs to be seen its effect on several variables, there are recruitment, organizational culture and motivation, which can improve employee performance in achieving organizational goals. Objective: The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of recruitment, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten. Originality / Value: The novelty in this research is that no previous research has been found that discusses the influence of recruitment, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten. Research Limitations: The limitation of this study is measure the influence of recruitment, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten. Design/methodology/approach: The method used in this research is quantitative and uses a questionnaire with an ordinal scale of 1-10 points. The sampling technique was used the saturated sampling method from 70 samples. Findings: The findings of the study explain that there is an influence of recruitment, organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kesehatan ABC Banten

Abstract

Companies must always pay attention to market conditions and compete more fiercely when determining strategy in the face of growing global competition. One method for determining each force's level of competitiveness is through competitive strategy, SWOT analysis effectively can help determine a company's competitive strategy by identifying the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to its continued existence. The question that needs to be answered by this study is, "Are SWOT analysis the right strategy to determine competitive strategies for startup business?". The research method using descriptive analysis with the analyze of qualitative data. Archives or documents are gathered for this study using secondary data.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Performance is a work achieved by a person in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience and sincerity and time. Performance is related to a number of factors, including Employee Placement, Training, and Organizational Culture. Training is one of the factors that can shape a person's performance, while the benefits of placement are to form The Right Man on the Right Place, Time and Job. Organizational culture is important as a moral and value reference in carrying out tasks. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of Employee Placement, Training and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Perusahaan XXX Banten Banten. Originality/values: The novelty in this research is that it has not been found in previous studies that discuss the magnitude of the influence of Employee Placement, Training, Training and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Perusahaan XXX Banten Banten. Research limitations: The limitation in this study is to measure the influence of employee placement, training and organizational culture on employee performance at Perusahaan XXX Banten Banten. Design/methodology/approach The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method with the help of a questionnaire with an interval scale of 1-10 points. The population in this study were all employees at Perusahaan XXX Banten. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Findings: The results of the study explain that employee placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,while training and organizational culture have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at Perusahaan XXX Banten Banten

Abstract

Bogor district is one of the production centers of taro tubers in Indonesia. One of the biggest taro producers in the Bogor district area is the Cijeruk sub-district. Cipelang Village is a village that has the largest taro tubers production in the Cijeruk sub-district. As taro producers in Cipelang Village, farmers should get maximum profit from taro sales and marketing. But, there is a considerable price difference between the price received by farmers and the price paid by consumers. Therefore, an analysis is needed regarding the channels that are suitable for use by farmers in taro marketing. This study aims to analyze marketing channels, costs, margins, profit marketing, function and role of the marketing agency, and efficiency marketing. Based on research, there are two marketing channels in Cipelang Village. Channel 1 (farmers-consumers) and channel 2 (farmers-collectors-retailers-consumers). The total costs for channel 1 Rp. 100/tuber and channel 2 is Rp. 850/tuber. The total marketing margin for channel 1 is Rp. 8,000/tuber and channel 2 is Rp. 17,000/tuber. The total profit for channel 1 is Rp. 7,900/tuber and for channel 2 is Rp. 16,150/tuber. The marketing functions used are exchange, physical, and facility functions. The research data concludes that the first channel is more efficient than the second one because it has a lower technical efficiency value than the second. As well as having a greater economic efficiency value compared to the second marketing channel

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of determinant factors of stock price are Earning Per Share, Current Ratio, Inflation, and Exchange Rates, whether there were differences in Stock Prices before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic era. The population of this study is Healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2018 – 2021. The data used in this research is panel data from 14 selected sample companies, with a total sample of 22 companies. The results of the study show that the determinant factors of stock price are earning per share has a significant positive effect on stock prices; while Current Ratio, Inflation, and Rupiah Exchange Rates have no significant effect on Share Prices; and then, there are differences in Stock Prices before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding taxation, implementing Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018 and understanding taxation on MSME taxpayer compliance (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) at the Pratama Pandeglang Tax Service Office. The population in this study are all MSME taxpayers in Pandeglang, and the sample used is 100 taxpayers. This research is quantitative. The type of data in this study is primary with data sources using questionnaires. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that tax understanding and tax socialization have no effect on MSME taxpayer compliance, while the implementation of Government Regulation No. 23 of 2018 has a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the technical collection and payment of regional fees for foreign workers at the department of labor, population resettlement, and cooveratives of Banten Province. The research method used descriptive method analysis. The data used in this paper are primary data and secondary data. The data source comes from internal data obtained from department of labor, population resettlement, and cooveratives of Banten Province. The data collection methods are interviews, documentation, observation, and literature study. The result of this research shows that the collection technique Regional fees for the use of foreign workers at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province are collected based on Regional Regulation of Banten Province Number 1 of 2018 which are collected using Regional Retribution Letters (SKRD) or other documents.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence to the stock returns on Indonesian Stock Exchange in consumer goods sector for the 2018-2022 period, such as capital structure and profitability. Capital structure proxied by debt to equity ratio (DER) and profitability proxied by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The population of this study were 49 companies that listed on consumer goods sector. The data analyze using regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and F test with a significant level < 0.05. The results showed that the debt to equity ratio (DER) had a negative and significant effect on stock returns,Return on Assets (ROA) had a positive effect on stock returns, and Return on Equity (ROE) had a positive effect on stock returns.Simultaneously, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) have an effect on stock returns.

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this research is to figure out the impact of profitability (X) on stock prices by using capital structure (Z) as a mediating controllable and firm size as a predictor (Y). Methodology/approach: This study's population comprised eighteen companies, and it engaged secondary data and causal associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The regression intervention data analysis technique was used the SPSS 22 software. Results/findings: According to the analyses, ROA seemed to have a positive significant impact on stock prices, whereas DER had quite a significant negative impact on stock prices.Limitations: For five years, this sample was using one sub-sector of textile and garment companies. Contribution: Investors are expected to pay focus on aspects of profit related to net profit got each period based on managerial implications. Then, investors must consider the company's debt and equity levels, because companies with high debt levels can be risky to invest in. Novelty: Even though previous researchers' study became inconstant, the authors add debt to equity ratio as a mediator factor and firm size as a control framework in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership on tax avoidance with hedging decisions as an intervening variable. The independent variable in this study is managerial ownership which is measured by the total share ownership owned by the management divided by the total outstanding shares of the company. The dependent variable used in this study is tax avoidance as measured by the Cash Effective Tax Rate. The population of this study on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method with a total sample of 49 research data. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership has no effect on tax avoidance.
