Abstract

Vaginal discharge is one of the most common problems faced by women, especially teenagers. The incidence of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls increases by 5% every year. This happens because of the lack of knowledge about vaginal discharge and cleanliness of reproductive organs and behavior that depends on the use of pantyliners. The Correlation analytic research with cross sectional approach. The technique in taking the sample is through purposive sampling, with a total sample of 83 respondents. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the level of knowledge about vaginal discharge in young women in Gondang Village was in the high category and the behavior of using pantyliners was in the positive category. Meanwhile, the results of the bivariate test prove that the level of knowledge about vaginal discharge is related to the behavior of using pantyliners in young women with p value = 0.000 < = 0.05. Level of knowledge about the whiteness of adolescent girls is in the high category with the behavior of using pantyliners in the positive category. There is a relationship between knowledge of vaginal discharge and the behavior of using pantyliners in adolescent girls aged 10-21 years in Gondang Village, Gondang District, Sragen Regency.

Abstract

Learning concentration is the ability to focus on the lesson. When a person's concentration decreases, a person, especially a student, will do activities that should not be done, such as falling asleep during class hours, chatting to themselves, and playing games that cause the learning process to be ineffective. One activity that has the opportunity to increase learning concentration is the provision of stretching exercises so that the learning process becomes effective and conducive. Stretching exercises are necessary muscle stretches and are used for both healthy and sick people to stretch, flex or increase the flexibility of muscles that are considered problematic. To determine the effect of stretching exercise on the concentration of learning in students. The research design is Quasi Experiment with One Group Pretest-posttest Design research design. Sampling of 49 respondents. The research instrument used was SOP stretching exercise and learning concentration questionnaire. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant value of stretching exercise on learning concentration in students with p value 0.000 <0.05. There is an effect of stretching exercise on learning concentration in students of SDN 2 Jaten.

Abstract

Inpatient Daily Census (SHRI) is an activity of disability or counting of inpatients carried out daily in an inpatient room in order to find out the number of services provided to patients for 24 hours. The daily census of patients is carried out every day. This is so that the hospital can find out how many patients visit each day. The population used is all medical record officers at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan with a sample of 12 people. This type of research is descriptive research. The instruments used are interviews and observations. Descriptive data analysis. The results obtained that medical record officers with good knowledge (51.2%) and less (26.4%) it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of a medical record officer is influenced by the level of education received by each officer in order to create better performance and results. in patient care. It is recommended to hospitals to improve the quality of human resources, provide motivation, make plans for human resource needs based on the workload of medical recorders.

Abstract

Pediculosis Capitis is an infection of the skin or hair of the head caused by the infestation of Pediculus Humanus Var. Capitis. Factors causing Pediculosis Capitis  is an environment with many residents such as in a boarding school, the lack of  knowledge and attitudes of personal hygiene such as rarely shampooing and individual characteristics (types of  hair and hair length). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and  attitudes about personal hygiene in students with the incidence of pediculosis capitis in the cottage  Pesantren Al-Mansur Popongan. This research method uses the cross-sectional. The sample of this research is the female students of Al-Manshur Popongan Islamic Boarding School. technique  This research uses purposive sampling data analysis chi-square test. Data retrieval  through filling out questionnaires and direct examination of samples. most of the female student had sufficient knowledge of personal hygiene category, 43 female student (64.2%), personal hygiene attitude positive category 42 female student (62.7%) and for the incidence of pediculosis capitis yes category 50 female student (74.6%). The results of the chi square test with P-value 0.017 < 0.05 and P-value 0.001 < 0.05. there is a significant relationship between knowledge and personal hygiene in female students  with the incidence of pediculosis capitis at the Al-Manshur Popongan Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Puskesmas Tarus is the only puskesmas in Kupang Regency that has always contributed to maternal death cases since 2016-2018. The number of maternal deaths at the Tarus Health Center in 2016 was 2 cases, in 2017 1 case and in 2018 1 case. The direct cause of maternal death at the Tarus Health Center in 2020 was due to heavy bleeding and preeclampsia and childbirth was carried out at home. Therefore, the decision to choose a health facility as a place of delivery is very important to help prevent the occurrence of maternal death due to 3 late (3T) which is a factor in indirectly causing maternal death. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, family income, personal autonomy, culture, accessibility, and family support with the selection of a place of delivery in the Tarus Health Center Work Area in 2022. This type of research is quantitative research that is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional research design. The size of the sample in this study of 65 people was determined by the Probability Sampling technique using a simple random sampling method. The data were then analyzed using the spearman correlation rank test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge (ρ = 0.000), income (ρ = 0.000), personal autonomy (ρ = 0.035) and family support (ρ = 0.025) with the selection of a place of delivery in the Tarus Health Center Working Area in 2022. Health workers who handle Maternal and Child Health (MCH) are expected to be able to carry out counseling activities with print media, electronic media, as well as other websites or social media and increase the implementation of the pregnant women's class program by more involving family husbands and local village communities.

Abstract

Hospital reporting is an organizational tool that aims to be able to produce reports quickly, precisely and accurately. Types of reporting consist of internal and external reports. Based on the results of the research that the author did on internal reporting at the Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan, there are still officers in the medical records unit who sometimes make mistakes in calculating the daily inpatient census recapitulation. With these errors, the report summary and the information needed are not appropriate. The purpose of this study was to review the process of making internal reports and the utilization of medical record information at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this study, officers in the medical records unit were interviewed by researchers to obtain hospital data. The place of implementation of this research is at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan which was held in July 2022. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Medical Record Unit of Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan has carried out the medical record data processing properly starting from assembling, coding, indexing, filling and report generation to produce useful information for hospitals. (2) The daily census procedure for inpatients at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan has a percentage of 95% and is categorized as appropriate, while the daily census recapitulation for inpatients has a percentage of 79% and is categorized as less appropriate. (3) Medical record information is used for internal hospital reports, as material for determining the cost of paying for hospital services, the basis for planning treatment/care that must be given to patients, material for decision making, hospital leadership considerations and also used for research and education.

Abstract

Inpatient services are non-structural service units that provide facilities and organize individual health service activities which include observation, diagnosis, treatment, nursing and medical rehabilitation. Inpatient registration (TPPRI) is the responsible part of the data and information of patients to be hospitalized. Hospitalization is the maintenance of hospital health where the patient stays for at least one day based on referrals from the implementation of other health services. This study aims to find out how the flow of processing the quality of patient registration services at the Inpatient Installation at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This study aims to find out how the flow of processing the quality of patient registration services at the Inpatient Installation at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using purposive sampling, and collected 17 informants, namely 10 inpatients, 3 medical record services, 4 inpatient registration officer service staff at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. Inpatient installation is one of the clinical services that serves patients who have to be treated for one day or more. The assessment of the success rate of services in health services is usually seen from various aspects, namely the level of utilization of facilities, quality and level of service efficiency. Some standard indicators related to health services that are monitored include bed utilization (Bed Occupancy Rate / BOR), average length of stay (LOS), average bed turn over (BTO), and percentage of discharged patients who died ≥ 48 hours of treatment (Net Death Rate/ NDR).

Abstract

Covid 19 is a new type of disease that has never been previously identified in humans. The emergence of Covid 19 forced everyone to comply with health protocols. Health protocol is a public health effort that refers to many actions that need to be taken in the context of health protocols like waering mask, hand higyne and social distance. Adhering to health protocols could reducing the number of Covid 19. To found out the description of health protocol compliance in school-age children at TPQ Ar-Rasyid in Pagerjurang Village.Research. Those type of research is quantitative with research methods descriptive survey. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling technique, the sample on that study was 42 students at TPQ Ar-Rasyid Pagerjurang. Data analysis on that research is univariate analysis. Complianced with health protocols for school-age children at TPQ Ar-Rasyid is in the obedient and non-compliant category. The description of complianced with health protocols in school-age children at TPQ Ar-Rasyid in Pagerjurang Village shows 35 respondents (83.3%).

Abstract

Elderly exercise is beneficial for improving the health of the elderly. Gymnastics for the elderly has 5M properties (cheap, easy, mass, lively and beneficial) which is able to attract the elderly to follow it. Family support is the attitude, action and acceptance of the family to support and provide assistance in the form of emotional, informational, instrumental and assessment support. Family support plays an important role in encouraging the activity of the elderly to participate in the Integrated Healthcare Center activities for the elderly. To determine the relationship between family support and the activity of the elderly in participating in elderly gymnastics at the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly in the work area of ​​the Sawit Health Center, Boyolali Regency. The type of research used is a correlation design with a cross sectional design. The sample used in this study was 79 respondents based on the theory of inclusion and exclusion. Based on the results of the bivariate chi square test, the p value < p (0.000) means that there is a relationship between family support and the activity of the elderly in participating in elderly gymnastics at the Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly in the work area of ​​the Sawit Health Center, Boyolali Regency. Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a feeling that arises after someone receives a service and assesses the service he receives as expected or not. So that service providers play an important role in being able to meet the needs of every customer. Patient satisfaction is determined by 5 dimensions of service quality, reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The percentage of NTT residents who experienced illness but did not seek treatment for the past month claiming the main reason for not seeking outpatient in 2020, people chose to self-medicate as much as 72,81% compared to other reasons, namely waiting time for services as much 1,38%, feel no need as much as 23,16%, no transportation costs as much as 1,54%, and no medication costs as much as 1,10%. Oekabiti health center in 2021- January 2022 there is an increase and decrease in the number of outpatient visits. This study aims to determine the relationship between patient satisfaction with health services in the working area of the Oekabiti Health Center in the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is an analytical survey, with a design Cross Sectional Research the number of samples is 339 visitors to the Oekabiti Health Center. Selected by accidental sampling method which was researched and tested using the Chi-square test to determine the relationship with the variable of patient satisfaction with health services at the Oekabiti Health Center. The results of the research at the Oekabiti Health Center showed that there was a relationship between reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with patient statisfaction based on the results of the Chi-square test. Wait for the uncomfortable medication to be received.
